Needs to put covid drop box away for pharmacy window puts everyone at risk why does cvs think that is smart

I dont know what has happened to this CVS pharmacy but they have gone down the tubes the last couple of years. I moved all of my rxs here about 15 years ago from Walgreens(which is about 2 blocks from my house and I have to drive by to get to CVS)and the last 2 years it has not been good at all. For example I use their app for refills and I put in an order this morning slightly before 9 am and just went to get it at 2 PM and they told me it would take them an hour to fill it for me. What? 5 hours is not enough to slap a label on a bottle that is already prefilled(this rx is in an already filled condition, so no counting the pills) I am very disappointed and will be having a word with management, this is ridiculous.

I recently had to switch over my prescriptions to CVS from another large-chain pharmacy in Cleburne due to a change in my insurance provider. Nothing against my old pharmacy, but the customer service in the CVS pharmacy in Cleburne is hands down the best I’ve seen. The friendly and helpful the pharmacy staff made switching my prescription over super easy.

Covid Vaccine Schedule is not working the way it should. We have been waiting for 20 minutes and no sign of vaccines yet. Why did we schedule ahead a time if we were going to wait this long?

I dont understand why it takes 30 plus minutes to get 3 cars through the pharmacy drive thru...

I went to CVS to get a Tdap vaccine and it was quick and painless, the Pharmacist was wonderful.

This is a clean store, and very organized. My only complaint is with the pharmacy, as they seem to act like you are bothering them if you walk to their counter. Prescription drugs are the lions share of their business, so you would think they would be a little friendlier when you approach them. The prices are good, and they always are properly staffed with enough personnel whom are very knowledgeable. They also get your order filled in a very timely manner. They just need to smile occasionally and not act like they are upset that you need their assistance. The other employees are always very friendly. Otherwise, it is a great place to shop.

Never again will i go to that cvs paharmacy Wednesday took in a prescription eye drops for my daughter waited 15 mins then they say they dont have it on stock again Thursday i recieve a call that its ready I go back Friday morning to pick up and they say Sorry we had to re order them smh never again will i go there so got my prescription back and went else where.

I moved here two years ago and have always shopped at CVS in Arlington where I used to live. The pharmacy there is great. They always kept me updated by calling if there was an issue and would call my doctor to clarify certain meds. This pharmacy in Cleburne does not go out of there way at all. I have to go back and forth with my doctor and the pharmacy. I am doing the pharmacies job. I even use the app to refill my scripts and have the time they are not ready. I give them several days warning. I used to work for Eckerds and this CVS has got to be the worst Pharmacy ever. I’m going somewhere else. Can’t trust these people.

Think it is great pharmacy . have only had 1 problem in that area and it was taken care of love te store always clean and curtious

I have had problems with these idiots every time I have been in here. This last time is the final straw. They have deleted my extremely important prescription while transferring it from another store and appear not know what they are going to do about it. Every time I come here its an hour wait just to get to the front of the line and when you do they are so disorganized it takes 20 min for them to get to you. DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY!!!

Very poor service. Unable to get someone to help at the pharmacy counter unless you leave and go thru the drive thru.

I have had many problems with this Pharmacy - they were short, rude, and I had to call back and forth with the doctor every single month to get my prescriptions filled. I moved some of my prescriptions to another pharmacy, until Lesli started working there. She calls you back, and goes the extra mile to help you. I hope they hire more professionals like her, or they will be hurting for business.

Manager is very rude. Hires her friends. Not friendly as you can tell by the looks on the employers face. Not stocked as well as could be.
