My husband and I stopped in to get Halloween costumes. The store had a good layout and items but the customer service was terrible. The cashier was on a personal cell phone call throughout the whole check out process. She could not be bothered to speak to us or even look at us. We always give to the Cooks Children’s fund but weren’t afforded the courtesy of being able to. She truly never said one word to us.

Horrible customer service. I spent 116.00 dollars there and had an issue with one item. During the return of the item the assistant manager informed me that I had to have a face mask on. No problem, I went to my truck and returned with it. The whole time dealing with her she had her nose pulled out of her mask as did most of the other employees. She then stated she could only give store credit of equal value since my daughter had lost the reciept playing with her costume. I had an electronic reciept from my credit card on my phone and she stated that wasnt good enough. I asked if she could make a duplicate of hers on her register (as you can with any Point of Sale system)and she refused. Then I walked the store for items to get credit for and repeated saw her pulling her own mask down and giggling the time. I will speak with the manager and see if this is how she runs her business today. Look for an update😡.

Was not open and it looked like they were still stocking. Also only entrance was outside and none inside.

Was very nice and the Manger was very helpful
