I really like this store. They have quality merchandise, good selection, the store is always clean and rarely is it too crowded. I always find something neat there; these were my latest finds!

The cashier was super nice and chill while I was trying to work my 10 dollars off birthday coupon . Store was nice, no line, and was clean. It was not really stocked to the brim but stocked enough for my needs which is the only reason it got a 4 star rating. Definitely recommend.

I got some curtains, charger and a cute calender thing (pictures).

I brought my family here for school supplies. Ive always loved Big Lots. Their prices are very reasonable and you can get most things at this place. Im talking everything Fromm food to name brand furniture. Plus they have a great rewards program where you can get twenty percent or more for your entire purchase. This place is also cool for finding things you wont find anywhere else because theyll sell things that only come in once. If you havent visited a Big Lots before, I strongly advise you check it out. Especially iff youre the type of person who loves to go to thrift stores or garage sales. You can find cool stuff here as well, but it will be new. Check it out.

Good store but not enough useful selection as just too many accesories. However, if looking for gifts and trinkets, as well as excellent candy deals (and hard to find candies), as well as decent furniture this is a great store to stop in on.I feel like they have a lot of space and could be organized a bit better and feauture more products (namely more functional kinds that are less accesory type).It is easy to navigate the store but set up can be improved. In some places you bump into others or do not see them more easily.

Place always looks a mess and last time I was in there..wanted to buy an automated bunny they had on the shelf for a sick friend. When I went to check out said couldnt sell it to me... register said not for sale...there was a recall or something..not real sure what the reason was. Could not get a straight answer. Why was it on the shelf if it wasnt for sale. My friend would have loved it.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but they definitely have a good variety of what appears to be quality items. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the items in stock.

Prices are good some things are a bit over my price range but is ok.

It is really hard to beat the friendly, helpful people at Big Lots in Cleburne! We have purchased everything from sundries to furniture and each time has been a pleasant experience. Prices are very competitive and the quality is good.

It used to be better but mostly cheap furniture now.

Big lots has changed so much its not the same cheap place they used to be. The price has went up but the inventory has stayed the same.

People are helpful and a great place to get treats for your dog very reasonable prices better than the stores that just sell cat food and dog food Etc theyre very expensive

Always like coming to Big lots, this trip I got some thing for my cat, the prices are always great, and Im never disappointed in my experience. It was a clean well organized story, and plenty of staff available if you have questions. This was my first time to the Big lots in Cleburne, and wont be my last.

Love coming in this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can almost always find whats on the add. Also cleaner than most big lots I have been to. Love the ladies and gentlemen who work here they are one of the many reasons I keep going back.

The younger adults at the store were amazing. Very helpful, upbeat and friendly. They had to get help from a older lady with long gray hair, I am going to assume she was a manager of some kind. This lady obviously disliked her job. She is unbelievably rude. While staring at me like I was crazy and telling me that I did not have an account because if I did they would have done this.. Yes I have a lease account!!! Then as she was walking away with disgust all over her face, she turned and mouthed something at a worker.I have never seen such hateful behavior. I work in customer service and know that there are some days that you just don’t have it but, to stand there in front of others and argue with a potential buyer is horrific. It sucks when one bad apple ruins the others. Do not plan on going back. Will travel to the other store in a near by city.

Found out I needed delivery because Im a single man with nobody around here to help me and was no longer interested didnt even attempt to make a sale... thats ok I was looking at buying a bed and a couch with love seat you do the math on how much money you lost out on....

The lady check us out Was really friendly and helpful.

We bought patio furniture, got it home, and within 30 minutes realized one of the chairs was missing a piece to put it together as well as we were missing a seat cushion. We immediately took it back to the store and the manager (who was very rude) claimed they couldnt swap out the broken chair nor give us the cushion until May 16th because they were not doing any refunds or exchanges until then because of Covid 19. We were not asking for our money back, we were asking for another chair because they gave us a BROKEN one 30 minutes before. She then insinuated that that we were not telling the truth about the cushion. I had to flat out tell her to come to my house and she could see it was missing or she was going to have to write on my receipt that she refused to give it to me because we did not get the full product we paid for. She finally gave me a cushion off of the display (not even a new one). At least I now have all of the pieces so I can return the ENTIRE $400 set on May 16th. BAD BUSINESS!!

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores. With discount shopping and has food home decor with so much-needed items. And they have the best Holiday items that are fun and unique than other stores. Its a must see place.

Big Lots Cleburne is underrated in my opinion. The store is well organized, clean, and brightly lit. The staff is friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable. A great place to shop.

Only place I can find reasonably priced freeze dried fruit & in snacck pack too ! TY! Great alternative to chips!

Its a great place to get all the domestics you need to live a decent life. The prices are very competitive, but the selection is nowhere near as fun as it used to be. The furniture deals however, are extremely competitive for name brand furniture if you can arrange your own pickup and delivery.

One of my favorite places to shop. I couldnt have said that a few months ago. Before it was chaotic and dirty looking but since they remodeled the store I feel comfortable walking around and shopping is actually a pleasure.

They have a little bit of everything at sometimes good prices and sometimes not you just have to look and shop and be aware of the prices around you at other locations. Lots of toys for young children one of the reasons we come here. We always stop at Big Lots when we are near one

It was close ( distance). Variety they jam as much in there as they can. Wal-Mart, Kroger, HEB are further. How much traffic/ time for a simple need? Are there alot of them, small floor plan. Rotate constantly, employ as few people as possible, with a we are hiring sign in the Window. Turnover doesnt mean savings. It means training, retraining, replacing. Nobody knows where anything is. Somewhere over there, look for it.. Really?

Great place to get cheap stuff. You get what you pay for though. The store is really old and really dated. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was the second time I went to Big lots, & boy have they changed it up. Its alot bigger it seems. They have reward cards you can get on thier website or at the checkout. I recommend everyone to get one.
