Ryan Van Zandt is my on the spot sales rep (who also farms) knows his stuff and knows what equipment is best for you, has made my life so much easier. The mechanics, whom you never see, have always done a great job on my equipment. Great group of people all the way around.

Fantastic customer service and the parts department was extremely helpful. I had called previously to verify my issue and was given many helpful details. Later I went to the location where I was given more assistance and all the parts I needed to get my mower in top shape for the season. I didnt need to buy new equipment today but was amazed at the options for new mowers. I plan to visit this location again for all of my lawn and garden equipment needs. I always get the feeling that they think that they are doing me a favor waiting on me.They sale the hydraulic fluid and oil for my tractor, but will not take the waste oil. Almost everything is overpriced, must be because of the color green on their equipment😂.
I used to be a customer until my last experience a few years ago. I had a complete deck replacement in 2015 on my LA115; at the cost of about $900. A couple years later I hit a bush stump and apparently bent a spindle. United replaced it at a cost of a couple hundred dollars. Mower was still cutting at an angle. Took it in again a few weeks later. After three weeks of not hearing anything I called. I was told the spindle was bent and needed replacement. I told them it was just replaced and that it didnt solve the problem. I was told a tech would call me back. A week later I get a call from a tech saying the deck was bent where the spindle attaches and needs to be replaced, again, at a cost of about $900. He recommended not using the other components from the older deck despite them being fine. I asked why they cant just hammer the deck to correct the bend and level the spindle attachment point. Tech wasnt on board with that option, but would see what they could do. After having the mower for just over 8 weeks and me not hearing anything I called and was told that I apparently got lost in the system and should have been called. Very irritated I picked up the mower after paying just over $200 (again) and, low and behold, found a few days later that no work, at all, had been done. Mower still had same problem. Removed the deck myself to find that no attempt had been made to fix the deck. So, what did I pay $200 for? Storage? I ended up fixing the deck myself with some hammer work. I decided that Uniteds customer and tech service doesnt serve the customer interest. They wanted to just charge me to replace very expensive parts rather than do a little work to actually solve a solvable issue. That was the last money and patronage they got from me and I have never recommended them since. Very disappointing.

United Ag in Cleburne has a gem of a mechanic in Mark Hill! We ordered a canopy to be installed on our tractor to surprise my husband for Father’s Day. Not only did Mark call ahead and worked to time himself with the surprise, he was all in with helping us to make this special. It’s like 100 degrees outside and he’s laughing and playing right along as he installs the canopy. Thank you so much Mark!

Great place for John Deere parts,
My experiences with the Cleburne location have been very good. They shoot straight, under promise and over deliver. I only wish I could say the same for the internet sales side (especially cody). Delayed responses, false promises (misunderstandings at the absolute nicest way to say it) and quite frankly appalling attitude. Trust me, buy directly from the location that you want to do business with. I had no idea when I bought my tractor and several upgrades and attachments, that I was dealing with an office 2 hours away. I listed Cleburne as my store in the application. I will be very happy when the time comes that I have all of my attachments (some on backorder) and will only be dealing with the Cleburne location. Maybe if they fire Cody, it would get better. I can only imagine how many Kubota machines he has sold for john deere.

This Local Dealership Is Great! Whatever you do ..DO NOT start your inquiry with an online application. It will go to a very unprofessional internet sales person who has no connection to the dealership at all, only cares about the sale and you will not hear from them again. Then the local dealership has to fulfill your order and they get no credit for doing all the work. They treated us amazingly in spite of the sale being credited to someone who did not deserve it
Just bought a flew-wing rotary mower from Ryan and the service I received was outstanding. United Ag is has been my go-to for 23 years.

Bought Sthil trimmer from this place and attachments. Ran for 2 hours, quit running took back was told it will cost 100.00 out of pocket to fix. Called main office they sent me a carburetor and I fixed myself. The Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I will buy my tractor from Kubota.Philip Thomas
Upon further review Cleburne ag and turf has made things right.
Went looking for a part for a Massy Fergason. The parts department tried what they could but could not match the part, and told me where I could go to find the part.
After dealing with these folks for the last few weeks, I am convinced that I will never buy another John Deere. Theyve had my mower in their shop for weeks. Every time I ask when it will be ready, Im told next week. Just be honest with me and tell me when or if Im ever going to get my mower back!
Good quiet tractor shop
Please read update to this review .Everyone was nice but I paid$1800.00 and my tractor stopped working again. Waiting for them call me back as to when they are coming to pick back up to fix...............................................................................I have wanted to update my review, didnt want it to get lost and wanted to make sure everything worked. I did contact management at Ag & Turf after they responded to my post. They did come back out to pick up my tractor. It was repaired correctly, the only thing I was charged for were additional adjustments that I pre-approved.Well my big green tractor has been running good. I enjoy the new seat I paid to have installed. They stood by their word. I might buy a riding mower from them next.
I experienced the John Deere(United ag now)house for the first time today. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone was friendly and kind as soon as I walked through the door. The girl at the front desk was full of smiles and helpful as to where I needed to go for questions. The parts lady was just as friendly and helpful in our questions. We didn’t end up buying anything but we will be back for sure.
Jerod was very knowledgeable and very helpful to find and explain how each product would fit my needs and explain why something was wrong for my needs. He would sell me what ever I wanted but he left it up to me without any high pressure sells tactics.
The workers are polite, but that is the only positive thing to be said for this place. I have a John Deere Z915b mower, and I lost a simple pin that connects the mower deck to the frame three weeks ago. I have since made two trips from 60 miles away because the parts department could not manage to order the correct size pin, even after I showed them an example on one of their mowers and provided them with my model number. They did offer to accept my return of the incorrect size pin (about $10) and replace it for free, yet I have received them 10 days later. If you are looking to deal with smiling nice guys, this is the dealership for you. If you are looking for competent, efficient professionals, you are well advised to go elsewhere.
We bought a new JD lawn tractor. The purchase went smooth and they had the lawn mower ready for us when we arrived. Just a couple pen strokes and we were out of there. Jerod was very kind, helpful and professional. Customer Service in the store was excellent. This location stocks all kinds of JD merchandise. Well be back.

The wife and I showed up today to buy a tractor and I was completely amazed at the lack of customer service at United Ag & Turf. First, we walked around outside looking at tractors and to my surprise not a single person offered to assist or help. Second, after about 30 minutes of walking around we finally decided to walk inside the store, and it was no better inside. The lady at the small desk when at the entryway was texting on her phone and never even bothered to look up to ask or offer help. The rest of the employees either seemed to busy or in fairness (for a small few) were busy with customers. We walked around the merchandise area then decided to head towards the sales section where they had little offices filled with salespeople and to my surprise, none of them looked up from their computers. Finally, after digging through the brochures I told my wife I had enough and began walking towards the exit of the store. To my surprise, a salesperson asked me if I needed help (This was about 50 minutes after arriving)I replied, nope, not anymore! got in my vehicle and traveled to Zimmerman Kubota. Upon arriving, no more than 5 minutes I was offered help, and I am glad to report I spent $25000 on a new tractor set up that will be delivered Friday. Customer service is lost today and Im sad to say that United Ag & Turf has permanently lost my business.
I delivered four new round balers here. Driver is not allowed to be out of truck once unchained, guys took forever to unload, looked to be lack of common sense in unloading equipment from trucks. I will be sure to not return here to deliver, tracked mud on my trailer and refused to clean off.

Dont understand why cleburne location charges 107 to sharpen blades, and Weatherford location only charges 20.00 to sharpen all 3 blades on zero turn mower. Whats the point of sharping a blade if its about the same price as a new one?
Maintenance on my Deere lawn tractor. Pick up, delivery and maintenance work were all were timely and professional.
After we got our mower fixed by United Ag & Turf we had some issues. But I do have to say the manager was nice and very helpful we where able to get the things that needed fixed.
If I could give this place no stars I would.

Call to get a rough idea on cost to have repair made on a JD110 before I spent all the time, effort and money to take it to them, just to find that it is another rip off shop. The women on the phone told me they will not give me a general quote over the phone. That is like my customers calling me and we refuse to tell them how much we charge. RIP OFF.
