I love this shop, I go there almost exclusively now. They have great customer service and excellent deals on new firearms. Ryan and Omar both go out of their way to make the customer happy. They have my business for life.

I go I to to look at a rifle. Talking with a guy about a 308. They have one for $375.00. I said Academy has the same one brand new for$329.99. I offer the guy 300 but he said we have too much into it. Well hun I would have looked it up before I bought it. I wont be ripped off I look up everything before I buy anything.

This location is my pawn shop of choice. The Hispanic family that runs it have been there since before it was changed to Cash America, and are highly experienced and fair. I occasionally need extra cash and they always meet my needs as well as selling merchandise at a reasonable price. All of my power tools were purchased here, as well as dozens of smaller tools, air rifles and pistols, and a drone. I wont go anywhere else. AAA+

I bought a 9mm rifle with laser sight. Finally found ammo for it the next day...it kept jamming...took it back. They tried to tell me it has been fired...I just loaded the clip for the first time the night before...it hasnt left the house.Finally he called his manager..I told him to make sure to tell him it hasnt been fired. I also bought a 9mm handgun at the same time.The guy finally agreed to refund my money as they didnt have another to replace it.Then they cheated me out of $34.00 for a restocking fee on their busted gun. I wont be going back...and warn you to be wary of making a purchase at this location in Cleburn.

A pawn shop aint wallmart, once used, an item is NOT the same as if it was NEW! So if you go pawn something expect to get whats fair :)Were all trying to win something here ..

Omar tried saying a used gun was New. Clearly it has been fired multiple times. There were so many excuses. Not impressed

Went in there to buy a ring for my wife, didn’t realize that they ALSO sold guns! The staff was well informed and gave me the absolute best prices for both the gun and jewelry I bought, the store manager was a friendly and helpful, only going here now !!

They are Selling a pistol worth about 50 bucks for 200 argued with me that I was wrong about the price of the pistol it has a crack down the slide and homemade grips with no magazine extremely rude not a problem I am finding them now online for about 50 bucks would not recommend going to this pawn shop

Went in there to pawn a small 32” Visio tv. They refused me because the chord looked old. Tv worked just fine. I have been a long time customer of here. I will take my business elsewhere. And I will make sure to tell everyone to not go here!

This place gave me my Xbox one s back with a nick in the front by the corner and my friend asked me a week before i picked it up if i got my Xbox back bc someone was playing destiny 2 on my account... Then the controller has a green spot on it. I pawned this and it was brand new with no scratches and i even cleaned it 100 percent. Its minor but at least they could give me half my cash back or something bc of their mistakes. But Nah theyll just think youre a liar and trying to get something out of them.

Bought an item lady told me warranty on it came home & didnt work called them & talk to the manager & was told i could bring it back & get my money back or exchange for something in store went back & was told something completely different not going back to them anymore
