Hard to beat prices on basic tools. I mostly stick with high end tools for daily use but a lot of their simple mechanical tools are very good at a great price. I rarely use car tools but I needed a 3 ton jack this week so Harbor Freight was the logical choice. It cost $100 and I used a coupon to pick up a $20 torque wrench for $5. Is it going to be an awesome torque wrench? Of course not, but Ill probably only use it once a year at most. I was also frustrated by missing kitchen shears out of the knife block this morning, a frequent issue in my house. I grabbed 3 pairs for 80 cents apiece in the discount bins by the front door as I walked in. Are they as high quality as the one that came with the block? No, but they will cut and I will be able to find them for a change. I think the hydraulic low profile jack appears to be as good as comparable Jacks at higher prices.

Bought a tool there. It worked for 10 minutes. Took it back the next day. They said I couldnt return it to store call number on receipt. Did that directed to their web site. Filled out form. 3 days later no response. Called store lady very nice. Put me on hold to check. Said to mark on form check or store credit. Told her not on form. She said she was told for me to throw away product fill out form and mark check which takes 7 weeks she told me or instore credit. No place again for check or credit on form. Re submitted with comments. 3 days nothing heard. Went back to store with product and receipt. Explained to store manager he told me he would refund money but I had to dispose of product. I wish I could have seen him the first day. This is no way to handle retail returns.

Now thats a mans toy store I can spend hours in here and I have I can spend a lot of money in here and a have.There are a plethora of good tools for men and women mainly the working man that loves the work on stuff our toys are better than Toys r Us harbor freight is our Toys r Us because we are no longer kids we are men and as long as I can hold a tool and do my favorite thing building stuff fixing stuff or just plain having fun with my tools harbor freight is awesome good tools good quality and the best prices in town if you put a harbor freight between Lowes and home Depot I think harbor freight will win the tools good customer service good prices makes a difference I went there for what I wanted I got what I wanted it was in stock and I left happy over and over again

Its Harbor Freight. What else is there for great deals on lesser known tools. Often a fraction of the price for a tool just as good as a name brand. There is also lots of name brand stuff much cheaper than big W down the road. My first stop when looking for a tool. Its the Mans toy store! And the employees have great smiles and attitudes.

Best place in town to buy tools, great value and high quality.

Didnt have the glass cleaner they sold at one time. Store is very clean though.

Good + employee asked if I was finding everything okay. I think this is very important when your running a business. Some of the larger stores in cleburne act like customers are invisible.

I can not tell a lie, I love this place. My last visit I was really disappointed. I needed a flaring tool and they didnt carry any. That was hard to believe because that is exactly the kind of tool you would think they would have plenty of different brands of. Maybe my little post here will help to make up .

I love this store. So glad they have started to pop up in Johnson county. Although I cannot understand why they dont sell regular hardware, nails,screws,hinges,hasp etc

I was able to get in and out quickly and the staff there was friendly and helpful.

Love this place wish it stayed open a little bit later I see people all the time trying to get in but there closed closing at 7:00 just seems a bit early to me

Do not become a member here. Nothing works in the system and when you start asking questions know one can help you. The only way they can help at customer service is if you remember all the Orange tag member product you purchased and what the price was.
