Ordered a simple sandwich with no tomatoes or lettuce. Was repeated back the same way as well as on the receipt. Yet the sandwich had both still on it. Luckily Im not allergic to either and was able to remove the items. Bun was soggy from the tomatoes.

The staff got my food out super fast tonight and everything was hot. The ladies at the window was very kind and respectful as well.

At approximately 4:26pm, on july5. I walked in after my job, Im not from Cleburne by the way. I noticed a young,Hispanic, lady, training a employee(Caucasian). I walked casually up to the counter, and was greeted with a tossed #34 waiting # by the Hispanic lady and asked to place an order. I then asked if it is OK ok to get a double cheese burger, mayo only(no respJuly. I received the order a few minutes later, no mayo like I asked, which is fine. All eyes were on me, I was embarrassed. Please check your cameras for reference. I just dont want another customer to feel unwanted and embarrassed like this again. Please coach the young lady because if she is doing the training, how will her trainees act.

The service was not good!!! Order my sandwich first had it on the cash register display but I did not get my sandwich. My partner was told she only did his point being started my partner order mines first and his last. If I could rate it half a point I would have. Never patronizing that establishment again.

Burgers are good, not great. Chicken finger baskets where its at here. Dine in is nice. Drive through leaves something to be desired.

It started bad, my order was incorrect BUT even as mean i was when i call when i got home,the young lady kept her cool and fix my order. Only bad think was i had a friend take me back up there because i dont drive, so it could have been real bad.Thank you for making it rightTo the manager.

My experience was good. Food was good but I have to say I hate the way you have to order in the drive thru. I like just pulling up looking at the menu and making my decision. I feel rushed to make a decision with someone standing there waiting for you to. Very stressful for me. Thats why I dont eat at chic fila. I dont want to be hurried. Really wish you guys would go back how it used to be. Change isnt always good.

YUM... Steakfinger baskets are my fav. Stays cleaned inside and out. Pretty decent service. Sometimes it takes a little time to get your food.. but you know its going to be nice and fresh. (Worth the small wait) Only complaint it the parking and not enough room for drive through traffic during busy hours.

We ordered in the drive thru. We pulled up and got one item out of our order. The wait staff was so confused, charged the wrong amount, and we had to reorder. We didnt get any napkins, condiments, or a spoon for the soup. I will say the oreo blizzard was good, thats the reason for the extra star.

Ridiculous! We specifically asked for two extra gravy and cheese on a kids burger, which we were charged for, and when we got home we had no extra gravy or cheese on my kids burger. When I called and told the manager she said that she was sorry but couldn’t look up who took the order so she could fix the issue. And when she asked what she could do for me I said, short of having an Uber eats driver deliver my extra gravy because we live all the way across town there’s nothing you can do for me, and she said she couldn’t do that! Always check your food before you leave this place! They will get it wrong!

I has been longer than I can remember since I had stopped at a DQ, so we popped in for ice cream the other evening and it was great. Fast and pleasant service, good ice cream and a convenient location. Will definitely be back the next time Im craving soft serve vanilla!

As always, the best chicken tenders out there. The blizzards are amazing and so are the milkshakes. The chicken even comes with a little cup of country gravy which tastes absolutely amazing.

The employees were very kind and helpful. The store was clean. They allowed me to charge my phone while I ate. Prices were competitive.

Dairy Queen is time tested and always good. The employees love their jobs and are good about greeting you when you come in. They are always friendly and attentive to their customers. The blizzards are awesome too.

We hadnt been to Dairy Queen in a few years, as we were trying the new places in town . We found that it was like meeting up with an old friend, food was hot, very good and fresh tasting, employees were friendly and quick. Dairy Queen is just hard to beat, it is still a Texas original. As they say, you can travel the world looking for what you need and find it when you come home. 😉

They were nice but I ordered a number 2 and she asked if I wanted cheese or bacon. I said yes to bacon. She charged me for it but didnt put it on burger. They asked me and still got it wrong. Ive about given up on eating out. No one cares anymore.

Been going to this particular DQ since I was a kid. Have always loved it.

Cold fries....hate cold fries. My hubby took me for lunch, it was 2ish. Not busy. Plenty of workers on shift. Honestly I was surprised the fries were cold for the amount of time we set waiting for our order. Otherwise friendly service.

Worst blizzard ever! Ordered a Chocolate Brownie Extreme. It was chocolate & vanilla. Little bit of brownies on top. When we received our blizzards, they were given to us in a bag. Werent told which blizzard was what flavor & werent marked either. Guessing game. Makes one wonder what they do with the food items.

I decided to treat my sister to the Dairy Queen here in Cleburne. We both ordered a combo meal and it was delicious. BUT I could have treated her to a steak house dinner for what it costed me to eat here. WOW! The employees working there were very polite. Just had a few minutes wait, thats no big deal. Food was hot and fixed like we ordered. No complaints at all about the food or employees. I will not go back only because of the price. $32.67 is just to much for a burger.

Not my favorite DQ. I truly try to avoid it but we were out late and the kid was hungry. The staff is like omg a customer is here ugh. They werent busy and we ordered our food 2 junior burgers and one fry and we were asked to pull around and so was every one else. The food was fine this time in the past weve had some issues. But mainly its the lack of customer service that earns them 3 stars.

I personally like the redesign of this Dairy Queen. Its much more spacious and brighter than what it used to be. And the bathrooms are a huge improvement!!! Ive never had much of issue with the food or service here (other than a forgotten order which they promptly took care of).
