I understand u guys having the covid19 hours. But it says ur open on the weekends. Apparently not. I get there it says open at 10am to 2pm. I try and open the door and its locked, I see another sign that says will return at 12pm. I wait there for 2 and a half hours an no one shows up. My debit card doesnt work on the machine outside I have to pay inside. I shouldnt pay a late fee if the workers arent there when they are supposed to be.

We love to speak to the owner.Just moved out of my climate control storage unit.As we were moving my stuff out, both of my couches are covered in heavy mold. This is a climate control unit, so there should be no mold on them. The storage unit was also cold, so the climate control is not working.

They are completely amazing ppl. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit long term or short. They are so great. Just communicate with them.

Nice, secure facilities. Never had any problems until a few months ago then constant billing issues due to incompetent office staff. Stay on top of your billing, call management for issues.

No rodents. They have 20 by 30 size storage units. They have packing material. Never had a problem. I love the place. Gate is open 24/7

We found the facility to be very clean and convenient. The employees were friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. At least they had a restroom that customers could use, not like another storage facility in town that had anout of order sign on the restroom for over 3 months. I can highly recommend Colonial Mini Storage.

Storage facility is good but car wash in front of storage is too much money for too little time.

Its a little expensive but I also have a climate-controlled space
