I called these idiots to ask a simple question... they were only interested in advertising over the phone. Just a long, drawn out advertisement instead of letting me speak to an actual person. Yeah get bent, Im not using staples anymore.

Printing staff was very courteous, patient, competent, and prompt with their service. We appreciate the help and will be a returning satisfied customer.

I paid $13 to print 15- 8.5x11 pages on card stock. Not bad. But then it sounded like she said shed cut them for no extra cost, but she charged me $8 to cut them in half! Apparently she said $2 a cut, and only charged me for 4. Ridiculous! Dont use this copy center. Go to Bennets.

Awful customer service. Print shop NEVER (seriously, never) gets my orders correct. I have a corporate discount or Id gladly never step foot in that building again.

I came to the copy and print center 40 min before they closed and asked to print off a few sheets of business cards and the man working there said he had done all he could do for the day and refused to print any cards off for me. I will never shop at this location again. Terrible customer service!

Hung up on me 4 times when I tried to call.
