I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always felt welcome. I had my nose and ears pierced by Nikki, (who is excellent at her job) on two separate visits and each time took less than 5 mins. Super clean store. Sometimes it’s busy but it’s WORTH THE WAIT.Oh and they have an awesome glass collection with a lot of unique and interesting pieces.

I went in for a septum. They were super nice and professional. Everything was clean and sterilized and it wasn’t painful. She went through the cleaning process and explained everything really well.

Nikki just did my ears!!!!!!!!! So sweet! So professional! So honest!I wanted an industrial, well genetics said no, but she found a way to give me the look I wanted. She was so gentle. 4 holes in my ears and it was just the slightest pinch/tickles. I will 100% only use her as my piercer

Wonderful piercing experience! Nikki truly cares about her clients. Before starting, she detailed what to expect before, during and after my piercing. I left knowing exactly what to do to as far as aftercare and if I had any complications. Everything was clean and sterile and she was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will be back

I went in to get my nose pierced and they helped me out so much and there is so much cook stuff there to the owner is super sweet and the whole staff is really great smiles and it’s super clean

Felt super unwelcomed and all I was doing was buying a piece of jewelry. The lady that helped me had an attitude and I felt like an inconvenience.

Came in about 20 minutes after close because the door was still unlocked and i didn’t know they already closed, still served me and were extremely professional about it. Great service for a person who walked in after close. Will be back

The owner Sabrina and her staff have always been helpful and do a great job with their services. Ive visited wuth my daughter many times for piercings and teeth gems and theyre very professional, clean, and sterile with their processes. Theyre good about easing anxiety and making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Good place to go. Good with piercings. Good amount of pieces to look through. But i feel like im doing something wrong while looking in their 21+ area. I understand some people do the wrong thing and have sticky fingers but not everyone.

Sabrina, the owner, is very rude! Sold my friend a pen that DIDN’T work and cursed her out over the phone when she was calling to ask about the broken pen. I witness this “adult” speak to my friend so nasty. Will NOT be shopping here again.

I absolutely recommend this place!! I got my septum pierced yesterday and Im so in love with it!! Nikki did such a great job!! Shes so nice and makes me feel very comfortable.

I went there yesterday to get an eyebrow piercing, paid for it upfront and was pushed back an hour. After an hour and a half and they said come back the next day at 4:30 I showed up at 4:30 they said that I was next and proceeded to let 4 more walk-ins in ahead of me. I didnt get a refund and the actual piercer was extremely rude well asking who was next. Definitely will never go back there again

Stopped in for a few personal items and Christmas gifts. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile! Staff was helpful, personable and patient while I browsed. Would have given 5 stars but there was pricing confusion, pretty sure I overpaid a bit on my purchase. A receipt wasnt offered. Thats mostly on me. Was thanked for my purchase. Will return

This place of business is interesting, employees are kinda different. Not sociable, have no idea of what their product cost, piercer was slow as molasses. She doesnt clean behind every customer, the chair that is use to pierce is old, squeal loudly definitely needs to be replace. One of the biggest downfalls is that piercer takes to long, for simple procedures. Definitely do not recommend anyone to visit this place. THE EDGE IS ANDERSON IS CLEAN, THEY ACTUALLY MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR EVERYONE WALKING IN. AND DONT HAVE PEOPLE WAITING. The space is open, Brayan has to be the best piercer in upstate. His very clean.

In November I had went somewhere else Got my ear pierced it ended up getting infected and I wasn’t informed of a proper way of cleaning it went to purple haze got shown how to properly clean it if I had any questions or concerns that I could come back or give them a call they even had cleaning products for sale I highly recommend this place if you are going to get any kind of piercing

I went looking for a conch piercing. The lady that helped me didn’t have a clue about these piercings from the questions I asked. They ended up selling me an earring that was way to short and when I tried to exchange it they wouldn’t not allow me to. Not impressed.

I have had 2 Daith ear piercings at this location, both performed by Destiny. As a former health care professional who has performed more wound care than I can remember, I can honestly say she was on top of it. From start to finish she followed wound care techniques to include, sterilization of tools and the earring, cleansing the ear prior to the piercing, hand washing, wearing gloves, etc. She knew what she was doing from beginning to end and was very knowledgeable and thorough about aftercare instructions. She was quick with the procedure which minimized discomfort. Great experience both times with about 6 months between piercings.

Got some insense while my friend was getting her piercing fixed. Was happy with my purchases and will come back again!

This place may seem like a hole in the wall, but it is one of the most sterile places to get a piercing. Destiny the piercer is absolutely amazing. And the rest of the staff is always very helpful. I recommend this shop if youre wanting a piercing.

Nice, clean and organized store. MUCH bigger than it initially looks. Anything dealing with body piercing and/or body jewellery, they definitely have it, and in multiple gauges. As always, a large amount of glassware and tobacco products, including hookahs and their multiple assortment of flavored mixes. Customer service is very good, their piercer was very helpful and informative. Easy to find, easy parking, easy to get what you want/need, and be on your way.

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They actually saved me money by tapering my ear lobes instead of piercing, based on how long I had gone without earrings. Highly recommend!!

I went in for a cartilage piercing, by the time I got home my ear was at least twice the size it should have been and extremely hot and sore (this is not my first piercing, Ive had several and never an issue before) I took some advil and went to bed woke up the next day with it inflamed, swollen, and in more pain than Ive ever had from a piercing. I went back to purple haze and they said it was an allergic reaction to the jewelry and I needed to change it to titanium immediately. I couldnt see how that was the issue considering Ive never a reaction before, not to mention that at the same time I had the cartilage done I also got a daith piercing that was giving me no trouble at all, anyways, I allowed her to switch the jewelry with the hope of some relief. So with my new titanium jewelry and the promise of it being much better tomorrow I went on home. Next day(day 4 after the initial piercing), worse. So day 5 and its becoming unbearable I decided to go on to see a Dr., who discovered that when piercing my ear he put so much pressure on my ear that it caused a hematoma!!!!! The Dr was able to take some pictures for me to see and you can actually see where his fingers were located bc its so bruised and the hematomas are that bad. Theyre talking about having to slice my ear and drain it!!!! This is the worst piercing experience Ive ever had or even heard of and I will not be back!

Sectioned off in various groupings and rooms deliberately enhancing the hunt for treasures~ made shopping kinda fun 😁 Found gifts to give friends and several to get for myself, which i did. Had questions and the friendly, helpful staff was kind and knowledgeable. Satisfied with the answers and the whole place.

First experience in a piercing shop and they did everything to set my mind at ease. 100% recommend this place to anyone (and asked out of curiosity with having a daughter: they can pierce starting at 6 months and up).

It is an awesome place (though I didnt experiance much of it, went there for one item and looked and got and left.. The only reason I didnt give it a 5-star from that experence was be cause.. Well, it should be a 3star honestly because 5-star means it was amazing but it was was a nice shop from what I could tell.. Didnt look around was on a mission(no time). But, my one complaint is the door you have to enter.. It was well, hard to open and would not open all of the way. They have two doors but the other door had a sign

Hell Im just trying to call and ask a few questions about piercings but all I get is a busy signal. I called several times for several hours. Tried messaging them but apparently they cant answer that either. If they cant communicate with a potential customer who was more than willing to spend $$ there then theres no way in hell I would let them pierce anything on me. Will take my business elsewhere. Would give negative stars if I could.

The women working there were friendly, but unprofessional. They were more interested in their private conversation about the food one of them was eating than helping myself and another customer find the products we were looking for. I purchased jewelry and H2ocean from them and when i got home, i realized the glass was already breaking, and the H2ocean was half empty.
