Yesterday, I pulled in the Pharmacy line at 5:30. When I got to the window a few minutes after 6 pm, which is closing, I was not assisted or acknowledge in any way. It seemed as if they were finishing up so they could leave. I blew the horn because I had been in line before closing; everyone inside just looked and had side conversations. The only person who helped me was Fiona, and I made her aware that the car behind me was inline before closing. As a long-time customer of this pharmacy, Fiona is the only one who practices customer service.
Michael was amazing at customer service and helped me a lot. Thank you !!
The wait is extremely too long. I came to pick up one prescription & have been in line for atleast 30 minutes & only 1 car has moved so far & 4 cars in front of me. I never wait this long at Walgreens!
Always a long waiting line. Its a 50-50 chance youre going to get a good employee. They need an online prescription ordering service like Walgreens has.
If youre coming to the pharmacy youll be waiting a looooong time
Thank you for going such a wonderful job with the covid vaccines. My mom had both of hers here. Great service and organized well!
I came in the pharmacy drive thru right at closing and someone had just called in a prescription for me and they filled it. I think that deserves five stars
This is by far the worst cvs and minute clinic I have ever been to. There was no clear communication, my files got ‘lost’ by the ignorant prn, and none of my appointments that I got confirmation codes for showed up in their system. They wasted 1 hour of my time when I went for a sinus infection and they sent me and did everything but test me for the one thing I needed. Don’t ever waste your time at this place.
Theyve improved significantly over the past few months. Its worth giving them a chance, in my opinion. The drive thru can be very slow at times but thats due to the COVID-19 testing and they cant really help that. You just have to pick a good time to go there. Ive had better luck going there during the more quiet hours and if youre really lucky no one will be there.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. After years and hundreds of photos printed by them, I will never step foot in that store again. Since the redid their photo lab, my app works 10% of the time. I just did photos and was supposed to get 50% off. Since my app did not read the code, they would not give it to me. I showed the manager the email and code on my phone, she said too bad. Shame on you. Your 39 cent photos are overpriced without any deals. Good bye.
Unhappy about their pharmacy service.
Horrible service!:)
I used to take my prescriptions to Walgreens because no one would ever answer the phone in the pharmacy here at CVS. Customer service has gotten a lot better in the past few months!
I love this place.
This place wasnt this bad a year ago. The people in the pharmacy are slow and rude. Dont even think about calling the pharmacy to ask a question because you will be on hold ALL DAY. The only good thing about this place is the minute clinic. Pick another place for sure.
I had some issues with my Extra Care and coupons and the store manager took time out to figure out what was going wrong. It took about 20 minutes but he was persistent and patient. He was wonderful!
If you need something to get done do NOT call because you will be on hold all day. seriously ridiculous
Pharmacy is sometimes a Zoo. Staff is more confused than you are when you go in. Tried to pick up a prescription, NOT A CHANCE !! It was, sorry dont have any in stock. ?? When ? Maybe a week. Why ? The person that does the ordering for meds, is on vacation !! Hmmm ?? Thats scary !! So ?So, One person controls the ordering of the Meds for the Public. ?? So, If that person goes on vacation. The public is screwed. ?? Dollar General store or CVS Pharmacy ??
This is specifically for the pharmacy. Was just there trying to pick up a prescription. The young lady that came to the register was very rude (dark haired girl on the shorter side working at 2:45 Saturday July 28th 2018 in the pharmacy *for company reference*, and older man was there too). She looked up my prescription said they didnt have one filled for me and then walked away. Confused, I asked when it would be ready. She snaps, Well what are you looking for? in a rude tone and on the other side of the pharmacy expecting me to tell my personal details to the entire area. Super unprofessional. I told her what i was looking for and she said we dont have anything for you. I told her to check again because the prescription had been sent a few days prior. She again says We dont have anything for you. Still on the other side of the pharmacy and then looks away from me, dismissing my presence. I leave. I should have asked to speak to the supervisor but the older man who appeared to be the Manager behind the counter seemed to think this behavior is appropriate. Once I figure out my prescription issue I will NOT be returning. Horrible display of customer service.
Prescriptions weren’t ready 20 minutes after I called and was told they were ready. I was then told they were being expidited and that I would get a text when they were ready. 40 minutes of sitting in the parking lot with no texts later I drove back through and they were ready. Previous experiences have been similarly bad including requiring us to come inside therefore getting a sick child in and out of the car for something that could have easily been done at the drive thru window.
Dont send your refills here. Mine was ready over a week ago but no one seems to know where it is, and its taken days for anyone to call me back or answer when I call. Really, really frustrating.
You’ll have your prescription faster if you WALK to the CVS in Seneca or Anderson. Continually understaffed, overworked, and out of stock. Don’t expect anything in a timely fashion. If you want to drop off and wait in store for a prescription, make sure to bring with the entire box set of Harry Potter novels. You might finish them all and still have extra time to kill. While the employees are generally helpful, they are clearly understaffed during the Clemson academic calendar year. I have seen several Clemson doctoral students start, edit, and finish their entire 150 page dissertation while waiting for my refill. CVS corporate should take notice. Avoid like the plague!
Good thing Im not dying because they have been out off my medicine for 5 months now, but we need to order some is the only answer I get out of these incompetent employees and its never in! Do your job for crying out loud.
Minute-Clinic almost always has a wait but is one of the most convenient doc options in the area for college students.
Hit or miss with this store.. associate this morning was incredibly rude. Other times, it’s ok.
Pharmacy staff are great and the Minute Clinic was super helpful diagnosing and treating illnesses before we had doctors in town. Longer pharmacy hours are really helpful, too.
My review is only regarding the pharmacy, that being said, I only go there because the happen to carry a generic brand that prefer. If they didnt have it I would never go there again. They are always slow, but its not just that, about half the time they are very unpleasant bordering on rude. This isnt everyone there, of course, but its several of them. Numerous times Ive called to ask a question and they act as if its some giant burden. Anyway I think you get the picture. If you can get your medications somewhere else, I wouldnt waste your time here. Terrible.
Rude staff. Not helpful. Confrontational. Use another pharmacy!!!
Great staff and service ! Minute clinic had us in and out, I highly recommend CVS in Clemson over any other pharmacy.
Extremely rude an short wont be back
On hold for over 30 minutes to talk to anyone in the pharmacy
Poor customer service. I have been there before and had a good experience. I must say that one day of bad experience when youre sick waiting to get your prescription and get an attitude from the staff member erased any prior experience. Happy Holidays to you too.
Unfortunately the minimum amount of stars to give them is just one. I have been in Clemson for many years and this CVS pharmacy gets worse and worse. They have poor customer service, they dont answer their phones, and on multiple occasions they have lost my prescriptions. The staff in the pharmacy are rude and have bad attitudes. If you are in a rush for medicine (like a child having an allergic reaction) you cannot go here because it takes six hours for them to fill a prescription.
I have called in a prescription almost 2 hrs and it’s still not ready
Self check out
Rude associates
Love it
Great place to pooooo
