Theres hardware stores and then theres Hardware Stores. This is one hardware store thats pleasant to visit. The staff are some of the most helpful people. This store seems to have a a little of everything and if youre stopping by for an item or two youll probably going to find it. The place is easy to enter and parking isnt tight at all. After your purchase youll find its very easy to getting back on the highway.This visit gets a Thumbs Up 👍

This is a place we always visit while in Clemson. They have a good stock of normal hardware items and helpful people when I need something for the RV. They also have a good collection of Clemson items and camping gear we like to check out.

This is all around a fantastic store. It is super clean and organized. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. Every time I have gone here I have received outstanding customer service and had a pleasant experience. I have been together ace hardware‘s and received great service also however this one definitely takes it up an extra notch. Way to go.

My first time I made a purchase in this place and the last time ... if you buy an item with any promotion you will not be able to apply any discount that comes to you by mail and as if that were not enough, no one even the manager knew how to apply a gift card. ..have to upgrade and update

Very unique Ace store. When you walk in you immediately notice the difference between this and other Ace store. This store has a selection of sundries that really set it apart. It was a fun experience. We took note of that special stocking stuffer type gift that we have not seen in other stores.the staff were mostly friends except that upon check out and upon offering grateful thank you to the cashier for the unique experience which was quickly dismissed. She stated that she heard it maybe to often :/

We forget what his name is but he has curly hair and was the friendliest guy you will ever meet and knew where everything in the store was. Elysia was so helpful as well and both had such a positive attitude. If there’s something they can’t find then they will bring out someone who can. I will go to Ace Hardware for all of my hardware needs!

We walked in to purchase a new axe. The store was clean and we were welcomed upon entering the store. We went to the tools and found a better product than we were looking for. The price rang up higher than what was marked. The cashier sent someone back to see the price. He saw that multiples of the same tools were stocked with the wrong price. He went to ask the manager what he wanted to do about it. The manager, Budd, was extremely rude and would not budge on the price, even though it was stocked, in his store and marked with a lower price. He didnt offer other products and simply said he wouldnt do anything about it. We left and went to the ace in Seneca where the people were MUCH friendlier and helped us find what we needed. We did end up paying full price, because the tool was stocked where it was supposed to be, in Seneca but we truly didnt mind because of the good customer service.

Very helpful, clean & well -organized store. i was looking for a dolly /cart, and it was in a box; the staffer took the time to put it together for me. they have a great variety of items for sale, including lots of university sport items. the cashier was very friendly and helpful as well, and pointed out something i might have missed.i took one star away because the handicapped spaces are not the closest to the door - they are closest to the ramps, which are in the wrong place. both h/c parking & the ramps need to be right next to the doors.

Good and helpful for that quick part run although you pay a premium for the convenience and the generously staffed nature of the location. Closed on Sundays, which I find obnoxious, as 50% of the household projects I need small parts for occur on Sundays. Given that this location caters to the homeowner rather than the commercial crowd they should really reconsider being closed half the weekend.

Helpful employees and huge selection of tools and parts. Need something? Just ask and they will show you where it is and help you choose what you need if you arent certain. A bonus is that they also make chip keys for new vehicles that require you to go to the dealership to get.

We dont go to Ace all the time, but when we need something other places dont have, they do. Friendly staff and also a great selection of Clemson rugs (specific, I know, but why dont other places in town have them?).

Yesterday my boyfriend and i went in looking for tools for his job( electrician). We were the only 2 costumers in the store and there were 3 employees working at the time. We spent a few minutes on one aisle but within a few minutes of going to the next aisle, 2 of the employees were watching and following us but doing it very non chalantly. We were watched up until the moment we paid and exited the store. This is my second experience like this at the clemson location, only this time i had someone with me to witness it. We both felt like criminals and very uncomfortable,because of the color of our skin. For now on well continue to go out of our way to shop at the seneca location!

Tri-County Ace will surprise you, they have an awesome selection of whatever you are looking for, plumbing, electrical, paint and supplys and sh much more. They surprised me with such a great selection of gifts, camo, clothes, boots, Carhart and just a lot of really unique stuff you cant find in box chain stores. I would definitely recommend checking then out
