We looked at the displays and I must say, the options are incredible! I can see myself getting one of these in my house to entertain my family and friends. Purchased a unit a while back and was waiting for my backyard to be finished for delivery. The time finally came and let me tell you, the delivery couldn’t have been any better and my unit looks amazing. Paradise grills you have really surprised me on amazing the process was from the showroom the day that I purchased till the day that i got delivered. Everything went way better than we ever expected it to go.

While we could have built ourselves cheaper, we couldnt have gotten the quality of the materials or workmanship that goes into their outdoor kitchens and it would have taken long hours designing, permitting and constructing something we had never done before though we consider ourselves handy. The price was reasonable and affordable for us. We are so glad we purchased from them. Joe was our salesman and very knowledgeable about all of the components when we discussed what we were looking for. He was no pressure as their items sell themselves. The warranty and guarantee of the grill is unbeatable from any manufacturer. Another factor was it is constructed in Orlando, Florida USA. We love our outdoor kitchen and use it at least 4 times a week, even outside in the Florida summer heat! We highly recommend this company and their products.

Upon delivery, the counter has a crack down the middle, the wine fridge is melted. I have called the sales office twice and the customer service number for two weeks. No call back, no plan to repair. A regional manager was supposed to call that never happened either.Update: 2 months later when my credit card company back charged them they decided to call me back. That’s what it takes for them to respond.

Love the atmosphere and their products look like they are built by craftsman. Joey took great care of us and had lots of patience, even when changed our minds on the set were purchasing about 3 times. As a retired chef I really appreciate the commercial grade stainless steel for its longevity and being easy to clean. We purchased our kitchen with full leds and marine grade sound system. I opted for the griddle and smoker box too. I will post another review after delivery and set up. We were told 3-4 weeks for build and delivery. Really looking forward to making this part of our backyard oasis.

We bought this almost a year now. the grill is good. the BIG PROBLEM is the warranty. Ive been calling them for the last 3 months issues with the burner and radio. they keeps saying they will come out and fix it. but never happened. my warranty for one year just run out. and I have to deal with the problem my self. the grill is very good. but double check the warranty before you buy, I dont want you to have same problem Im having!

So I went to the AC boat show in late February and came home with a Tiki Hut (Alex was a great salesman). When I got home I started to get buyers remorse and I was doubtful anything would be delivered in the middle of COVID. I was frankly floored . It was ; delivered on time, expertly set up and is way more than I expected. The boats that go by comment on how much they like it. This is one of the best values I have ever encountered. I have a new home build that is already pre-plumbed for a summer kitchen. Im ready to have one installed and had a couple of quotes for a customer buildout. Before deciding which quote to go with, I stopped by Paradise Grills to see what their kitchens were all about. I was immediately impressed with the store and the many options available. The salesperson Bryan Rodriguez asked all the right questions and showed me a kitchen and bar system that was comparable with the quotes I received and had some built in options (LED lighting & Stereo system) that I had not considered with the custom builder. I went home to bring the boss (my wife) back to to compare apples to apples. Bryan was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating with us. He had other customers at the time but continued to check on us to make sure he was answering our questions. The product and great customer service we received made us feel great about our purchase. After a lot of research I decided to go with Paradise Grills. Garrett the sales individual in Clermont, Florida was amazing. Initially delivery time was going to be 6-8 weeks because demand was high but he went out of his way to help me setup pickup and met me at the factory to help with pickup. There was a small issue with the wrong conversion piece which he took upon himself to go pickup from the factory himself and bring it to my home to fix the problem. I couldnt be happier with the customer service from the sales center in Clermont. Garrett went above and beyond what any salesperson I have ever worked with has done. I just used the grill last night for the first time and everything worked perfect. Couldnt be happier and would recommend to everyone looking for a professional level grill.

Very Poor customer service, I have had nothing but problems with the unit I bought, they forgot our delivery day months after I gave them a ton of money, told me sorry, it had not even been built. The unit they did deliver was missing drawers Was terribly finished, installers scratched brand new flooring on patio, they forgot to bring half the parts I ordered, After hours on the phone they showed up with parts and drawers but forgot hardware to install drawers, Several more calls they came and installed them, 3 weeks later they broke loose and fell in. 6 phone calls now and still no action. Great people, nice, kind, pleasant, but fail on customer ser ice side. I was going to upgrade, not now.... will be filing complaint with BBB

I’m so disappointed! We were so excited to order our outdoor kitchen in January and had a great experience in the store. I really feel like the second we swiped that credit card they dusted their hands of us. Costumer service and communication stops right there!First, we realized we walked out without any receipt, confirmation of order or anything in email. After calling and reaching out a few times we finally got a confirmation email 2 weeks later. We were also told when we purchased the grill we would have it in 60 days or less.Second, we had to call to find out about scheduling our delivery. The lady told us we could do March 18th or 19th and that was already passed the 60 days we were told, but it was ok we got a date and were excited. My husband took off the day, we cleared the whole day, scheduled someone to do the gas hook up, etc.... we did not receive any confirmation email of delivery or a reminder phone call. So we started calling two days before delivery to try and confirm ourselves. We made SEVERAL phone calls on the 16th and no one ever picked up the phone. We called the 1-800 number and the store directly. We left a voice mail and no call back. On the 17th we called again, all day, left another message and my husband texted our two sales guy at the Clermont location and nothing. I call the morning of our delivery day (yesterday) and finally got someone on the phone. They tell me they changed the way they do deliveries and our date would be pushed back. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION ABOUT THIS! We cleared our entire day. We were told we could chose another date and I said “actually I would like it delivered by the end of the week” - he said he might be able to schedule me for Saturday (tomorrow) and that his manager was about to come in and he would talk to them and then call me right back. Well that was a lie because he never called me back. So we called the Clermont location at the end of the day and got a hold of Bryan ... he said his regional manager was actually in the store...He was going to talk to him and then call us back. My husband said “well that hasnt been going well for us, I need to know WHEN you are going to call us back” and he said tomorrow (which is today the 19th) ... it’s 6:11pm and no phone call. We also told them that if we didn’t have a grill in a couple days we would be requesting our money back.I can’t believe the lack of communication and customer service. I can’t believe we still haven’t received a phone call.Oh... by the way, they have our deposit and two payments already on this stupid grill and it’s not even in our back yard.We are very understanding people and just wanted to be treated with respect and like a valued customer. We are very disappointed.
