I went into Sally just looking for hair dye and was planning on just finding it myself, but Adam went above and beyond and found me exactly what I needed. He showed me the program which helps you choose a color and helped me pick out products that need my hairs needs. Thank you Adam for a wonderful experience. I will definetly be back!

Whoever is in charge of this location need to hire qualified individuals. The customer service sucks. Either the employee doesnt speak English or is just downright rude. They are not doing anyone a favor, they are getting paid. Maybe it is better to close it down. Disgusting...🤔🙄
I came here to look for something to help with my hair being burnt by a flat iron. Honestly I didnt think I would find something, but the girls there helped me find a perfect shampoo and conditioner and it was sulfate-free. I got a great deal here. I will be coming back soon.
Worst beauty store in the entire planet. There is absolutely no customer service. The ladies that work there do not help with anything or know anything. They are rude and need some beauty lessons. My 2 year old niece knows more about beauty than they do. Do not waste your time or money there.
If I could give them less than a one I would. They dont know anything about hair products. Why is it that DONT carry the same amount of African American products as they do Caucasian one in the Clermont, Florida store? Why should I have to go to the inner city to buy my product?
I just went there now to get something for my gray hair and the tall lady was very helpful and knowledgable, her name is Ayah. She was very patient with me and explained everything in detail on which dye is best for me. Thank you so much and I will be coming back for more things.
I shop at sally twice a week and there’s Avery nice lady her name is Ayah she always helping me when I go there and she come to me with very big smile very very helpful and she listen to you with lots patient very knowledgeable with the products and knows what she’s talking about it and would help you in kind way she can .i would definitely come back again, thanks Ayah for all the help.
I drive 40 minutes to come to this store in Clermont I love the staff very friendly and outgoing and they help a lot there always on point and Knowledgeable about there Products. There is girl named aya she was awesome she assisted me with purchasing the rite dye for my hair and gave me step by step instructions on what to do.Thank you ladies will Recommend this place to all my friends.
I was in your store today in Clermont. The employee acted like she could care less if she served me or not. Did not speak to me unless I spoke to her. Told her I had a Sallys card, she took my phone number. Noticed when I looked at my bill she did not give me the discount. I have been shopping at this store for a long time, did not appreciate the service I received. Felt like telling her she should find another job where she didnt have to serve people..

Aya at the Sally’s beauty supply in Clermont was so pleasant and helpful! She had lots of knowledge of the products to get me what I was aiming for! I approached her friendliness and her customer service here was amazing. This is a great place to shop for any beauty needs.
This particular location is pretty disappointing. The staff has no clue on how to advice you on color or even nail products, they just dont even seem to like helping you, Sallys you need to provide more training and have more enthusiastic staff working here.
To the tall lady in the store 😄I always leave here with a smile. The customer service is over the top. Not sure if she is the manager or what her name is but she is a pleasure to be around.👍🏼👍🏼
At 8:15 on 08/07/2018 I pulled into the parking lot in front of Sally’s. Mind you the store closes at 9pm. While I was gathering my things to go inside I noticed a employee walk to the door lock it and walk back to the register. At first I couldn’t believe she actually locked the door so I walked up to see if i was just being paranoid. Nope, definitely locked and by the time I got to the door she had magically disappeared. This is ridiculous, even now as I am writing this review the store is probably still locked and it’s 8:40. Never spending my money here again

It was the worst experience Ive ever had in a store. Genesis who attended me was very disrespectful. Gave bad service and did not know about the in store deals and savings. Definitely not going back there anytime soon.
I asked the short lady with blonde hair and glasses for help since she was the only one in there and she gave me attitude i was not done asking her my question when she walked away i ended up leaving my items there and left. This has never happened to me usually the staff here are really friendly and helpful but the last two times ive came in here another customer also had a problem with this lady, thinking about taking the extra mile to the winter garden sallys even though i live 6 mins away from this location. This is ridiculous.

WORST STORE!. When I went I asked a young lady who was stocking hair dye for help and she threw her hand down with attitude and very rudely asked WHAT DO YOU WANT? wow. I was so baffled by her attitude that I said you are so rude and she completely ignored me and continued stocking the shelves.
