I tried the curbside pickup yesterday for the first time was very pleased with it, went back today to do in-store shopping. They have pretty much everything you need from food to clothes and everything in between really no need to go anywhere else and the prices are great.

Need a better system in the deli section...the service is very slow. May have to renovate to make more space for the sub station. Jersey Mike like routine. The subs a very good

Great place to shop for grocery items. Parking is easy and access to the store is not a problem. The store is clean and the aisles are uncluttered. Checkout is generally quick. Self-service checkout and traditional checkout is available.

Great place to shop for groceries and specialty needs. I happened to pick up a party on this visit and it was perfect for the occasion! Excellent service here.

This is the first time Ive been to a Publix supermarket. It was super clean, the shelves were fully stocked, meat, produce and bakery were all fresh. Also, the atmosphere was very pleasant. A very enjoyable experience going food shopping.

Used to be an awesome place. Today me and hubby tried to pick up our sons meds that was already been filled... waited in line... no acknowledgement, no greetings, (who cares, right?). A lady was helped before us in consultation area. An older lady (CAUCASIAN) stood behind us and automatically she was called to be helped. We were flabbergasted by the situation. Hubby got mad and dropped the F@#* word. That was crazy! Just because a white older lady is on the line shes is the priority over all people in line before her? I worked in medical field and very well known to prioritizing. PUBLIX STAFF (all floor staff) practice well. Age, gender, skin color doesnt matter. First come first serve. PRACTICE WELL!!!

Clean store that made me feel safe. Also, very courteous staff made me feel welcome. I purchased everything I needed and was in and out in no time.

Older store that has been updated and well maintained. Very clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got everything I wanted & needed in one stop. And even though I had more then 10 items, the cashier still invited me to check out with her. The level of service is exceptional.

Manager DON KELSO. Needs to quit bullying the female employees . It’s easy to act tough to women don’t be a coward. Management is aware and they aren’t doing much about it . Using poor excuses such as we are looking into to it isn’t going to fix An ongoing problem . They are all scared to speak up about it because he’ll just bully them more . Wake up upper management follow propedures speak with your employees that aren’t important to you to get the truth quit ignoring it.

Quality Publix experience that Ive come to expect from the supermarket in general.The store is always clean and well stocked.Their fresh rotisserie chickens are delicious 🍗.They even offer self check out lanes which are becoming more popular.

Clean, good selection and prices. Deli order can be submitted well in advance to pick up on a particular date and time. Staff is excellent -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff will help you out with groceries.

Always a good experience coming here over the years and the staff is always nice and helpful. Really prefer it over most of the other stores around town.So far over the years, I havent ever been disappointed by them!

The people at this Publix are second to none. Nicest, hard working individuals. This Publix serves a large population and is always very busy, but its managed and served with great work ethic and efficiency. Todays visit was especially pleasant even during the lunch time rush. The lady serving the bakery was ready to help with a smile, and then the lady serving the fish counter went the extra mile for me with such a genuine and kind disposition. Thank you, Publix, you are wonderful.

I frequent this place. Very clean, great fruits and vegetables section. A little expensive but, sometimes its definately worth it. The staff here are friendly and last time we went, my dog came in without a leash while I went to the dog section and got one there. Sorry guys. They must have thought he snuck in, because he did.

Better than the one in Minneola, I mean theres a bunch of Publix but this one is my go-to because it forcus on the fresh food like the fried chicken especially. Havent been in Publix in weeks but looking to get in there soon to get some yummy chicken 🤤🍗

I was very disappointed with Publix tonight. I purchased their 8 piece fried chicken box.Got home started to eat but had to spit it out. It was so overcooked we couldnt chew it. Felt like chewing leather. This was the second time now.What happened to this store?

To many new people in Deli training and to long of a wait. Also got a pound of American cheese (Boars Head) and it was 8 slices stacked on a sheet instead of 2 pieces per sheet. So it stuck and. Broke into small pieces.. Also lones to long when picking up scripts. HAVE BERN SHOPPING THERE SINCE IT OPENED...

This store is always busy. Its a bigger store, than some Publixs. The store has a large variety of products, self-checkout, and clean.

Great layout, spacious aisles, and super clean! No grocery bakery or deli can beat that of Publix... a large selection of mouth watering foods! Ive yet to encounter any unfriendly or unhelpful staff... they truly make this large chain feel more like your local small town store. The prices are reasonable, while the rotating sales and BOGO (buy one get one) offers cant be beat. The pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have excellent hours of availability. This Publix tends to be quite busy frequently, which evidences their popularity in this area. There is plenty of parking... though you may find yourself having to settle for a spot further down the many aisles.

I love this Publix!! Has excellent selection of healthy alternatives such as oat milk and zevia soft drinks!

The staff are very kind but dont put in a sandwich order for pickup! They left out all the toppings I asked for. You need to go in person and watch them make the sandwich to ensure they get it right.

Zero Star for the Pharmacy for their Customer Server!Today on 8-16-21, because I have been having such a very bad Customer Service hard time, and most if the time they dont answer the phone with this location. I told the Pharmacy lady this morning on how upset I was and dissatisfied on their Services latey. That once I would finally get my prescription filled out, and that my Doctor, wife, and I will pull our business away from this Store.Per Lillan from this Pharmacy moring said to me, OK! ((@@))WOW, I guess it wont hurt her pocket....I Loved Publix For so many Years and Have been a Faithful Customer on not only in this grocery store, but in just about every store not just in the State of Florida, but also In Georgia, South Carolina.Now I have to drop Pubix Pharmacy all together and give Walgreens back a try....It just seems like, nobody Customer Services cares no more.(((((( I 💔 Publix Pharmacy )))))

Just moved from Orlando, FL, where this is our grocery store on almost every street corner. Great to find it at our new location in Williamsburg. Very similar in many ways. Not as many BOGO offers as in FL.

This publix almost always has amazing customer service. Its always clean and items are easy to find!

4stars for publix. Its publix clean bright stocked.....2stars for the deli. Its ALWAYS SLOW and preorders are usually late IF they are done correct and now they serve their Publix subs folded into a SQUARE, or the training program has been dropped to save money. Not even subway is this bad all the time

Good shopping experience, seems to get more expensive all the time.

Pharmacy is laughable right now. The line is almost at the service desk every time we come in. Its ridiculous, every week I come in only 3 people behind the counter.

Life is so much better outside of orange county! Several times I was asked if I needed help finding something. A manager refilled the pepperidge farm buns on a bogo after I inquired about them. Packed my groceries properly and wasnt hassled about not wearing a mask. Awesome experience!

I got what I came for at it wasnt horribly pricey as I had heard.

Its just my friendly neighborhood Publix.

Bad costumer services in the cashier area, including a cashier supervisor, scowling, bag cleaning products with ID cards, dog food with regular food, using the cell phone while serving.

Waited at the deli for one piece of meat for 30 min. Several times the Publix employees and managers (specifically Jessie and Moraima) passed by me and said nothing. I have dealt with other Publix managers from this store and they have similar attitudes. The regular employees are hit or miss, but when they hit they are really good and helpful. This Publix barely has anything in stock and the produce workers put food that is clearly rotting out anyway. Seafood is ok (though busy). Instacart is ok. Never dealt with the pharmacy

The lines at the Deli were quick today BUT they said some bs bout 45 mins for some breaded fried chicken. W/e I made the order and came back. They need to have that on deck. My advice would be to call in advance, but I tried calling to place an order and they didnt answer. Busy? Maybe.But them wings though... 😏

Its publix so its still great but they now have five self checkouts and one lane open. Both took longer to checkout than to get my my groceries. If I want this poor level of service Ill go to Walmart, theyre at least cheaper. Im going somewhere else for now on.

The cashier keep messing up ... 1.scanning an item twice (Charging)2.if the barcode is not readable shell enter the category and price... so if its BOGO. The sale doesnt applies... I have to correct her each time. Also I think shes distracted because she and coworker who helps bagging keeps talking about something the whole time
