They are selling 5G phones knowing full well they do not have the option for the upgraded 5G EXTENDED SIM card in order to continue running on T-Mobiles towers. Look up information on Dish Network purchasing Boost and how T-Mobile is not longer providing their customers with their full 5G network so many of us pay for. DROPPED CALLS, CAN NOT ACCESS MOBILE DATA, OR WIFI,TEXTS FAILING! Boost will be no more after January 1, 2022. Get out while you can and absolutely DO NOT TRUST THIS FRANCHISE! They are absolutely no help when you bring up the issues to them.

This is the best boost location in town Clermont Boost. The service is top notch. Every time I have ever had to visit the store all the staff took care of any and all questions. The best thing is the honesty in all recommendations.

Came in there today the manager became very aggressive and disrespectful. Had a very big problem w owing an employee money. They began to stream across the store. The police came. The cameras in the store don’t work. I don’t feel safe when I shop here. Please remove this guy cause he simply don’t know how to handle people in general.

The store in Clermont runs scams gave me a card they punch holes on it says $80.00 off they lied and will not honor it. Do not buy from here unless you want them to not honor what you’ve been staying with them to get since you to start a plan there. Lying scammers

I wonder if the people who are saying this place is so great are his friends, family or workers. I will NEVER, EVER go back to this place. I knew he was trying to get as much money as possible out of me and he did but I made him explain WHY do I have to purchase a SIM CARD? Why did I have to purchase a SIM card for another phone just because I returned one within 2 days of having it? Don’t I own the other SIM card? Take it out of the other phone and put it in the new one. He says,” Oh all phones have different SIM cards”. It’s a lie people. Don’t you fall for it. He says you have to for every phone. I will tell you all, I went to another Boost store and they said the SIM card was included with ALL OF THEIR PHONES. I went back down to get a different phone because I didn’t like the one I purchased and he charged me ANOTHER ACTIVATION FEE AND CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER SIM CARD. He act like he was giving me a deal but he just doesn’t didn’t know I ALREADY KNEW HIS GAME. I KNOW HE WILL LOSE IN THE END. I JUST WISH I COULD BE THERE WHEN HIS REAPING DAY COMES. Please stay away from this place. I’m sure he’s pocketing the extra money he’s charging. I advise anyone who thinks they have been cheated to call the Better Business Bureau.

Came in to the store for just options and walked out with my whole family upgraded. The shop was wonderful, understanding, & informative. Highly recommend this location.

I wish this business nothing but the bad luck it deserves. I came in not knowing much about this stores reputation. From the reviews, and the convenience of being the nearest location, I gave it a try. I wanted my phone to be unlocked or I was going to purchase another phone from the store. I trusted Zak (store owner) with my phone. He was very pleasant to deal with at first. Zak offered to give me the trade in value for the phone and I would pay the difference. But he suggested unlocking the phone first. Within less than a week the motherboard was damaged on the phone. He says the person who sold it to me damaged it. What he does not know is I told him someone sold it to me but I actually bought the phone brand new. I discontinued service with the carrier and just wanted to unlock it. From my research it says the motherboard should be replaced for the phone to work properly. I refused to accept responsibility for breaking my phone. I thought a fair offer would be to give me the trade in value that he originally offered and I would pay the difference for whatever phone I wanted. He refused that as well. Why does the offer not stand anymore? BECAUSE HE DAMAGED IT AND IT IS NOT GOOD NOW. He offered a “discount” but it was really just overpriced to seem like a discount. The phone can be purchased a lot cheaper. Seeing as though he just broke my perfectly working phone, I thought he would try to make things right. The only difference between then and now was him attempting to unlock my phone but failing. I witnessed someone else saying their phone was messed up after him unlocking it. I was returning my phone to him to look into the issue with mine when I witnessed someone else’s phone was messed up. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ONLY GO HERE TO PAY A BILL AT BEST. He is a con artist and I wouldn’t take any suggestions from him. He’s only going to make suggestion based off how he can make the most money off of you. AND HE ISNT ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS MISTAKES.

I went into boost expecting to switch over my 2 phone lines from metro and ended up walking out with 2 brand new Stylo 5s plus a moto g7 and a 3rd line for our son which ended up not costing us anymore than the 2 lines would cost at metro! I walked into this store looking to switch from cricket i didn’t think I would walk out with the phones because I still had service on my old phones and was not planing on getting new phones so soon . But I changed my mind because they had a GREAT ! Deal going on with the Samsung A20 And Lg stylo 5 . I ended up getting 4 lines at the end . Whenever you walk in you are welcomed automatically they great you . They have some great staff working and the owner is great as well . I would definitely recommend this store if your looking to buy some phones .
