I used to visit this gas station a while ago and stopped. I decided to visit it again and found out that there are new owners who have cleaned it up and are doing a very good job. I recommend giving this place a second chance!

Got Fraud charges from this station that Ive never even visited, Two charges for ~ $95, then about 4 declines. Reported to the bank, BBB, and Florida Attorney General.

Got a fraud charge a few days after pumping gas here. Also, it was one of those places that wanted you to go inside for your receipt.

A person with hip problem.... convenience paying at pump is a must. Moving around trying multiple pumps if their card reader is working is not part of being convenient. Instead of apologizing for most pumps card readers not working, personnel sounds like she doesnt care at all. Bad customer service. Not happy with this place at all.

This is the worst Shell gas station I have ever used. The gas pumps are constantly down, and its filthy dirty. Always. I use Shell gas exclusively, and this place is a terrible representation of the brand. The new owners have ruined this location.

Heads Up!!! STOP USING THE SHELL GAS STATION @ 899 w Fl-50. Clermont, Fl. My card was compromised there on Friday Nov. 29th and now have two fraudulent $94.62 charges at the SAME SHELL station on Saturday Nov. 30. With a $0.00 attempted charge at WAWA, on Hwy 27.My bank alerted me today. I have been using my area code for my authorization and Security. Apparently it does not matter if it is a credit or debit.They always have random pumps shutdown and directing customers to specific pumps. This has been going on for over a year.... just putting it out there.

I only love the gas prices with my rewards here. they never have what we are looking for and are rude and wont order anything that they dont carry already.

There is (Always) an issue at this location. I have never been to a more dirty and run down Shell than this one. Shell should look into this current location and evaluate the people that own it. There is always, if not more than one pump or two that doesnt work or have a sign that says pre pay first on it. If it wasnt for the location, and the fact that there is only (One) Shell in this location area I would never stop.
