Very LONG wait at the Pharmacy for Drive up, and the young blonde Pharmacist was attitude city on the phone as well as Maxine (technician).. the wait was so long I came inside to get my prescription. I assumed there had to be a huge line/they were surely very busy. Of course.... no line at all and the Pharmacist and Maxine were just standing at the front laughing and talking.

Came to pick up my meds. Sharon said it would take a while for them to be ready. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and sat at one of their chairs. A wonderful women names Krissy asked me if I was waiting and got my prescription right up to me. She was very pleasant and helpful. Meanwhile Sharon walking by stopped and started fussing at her but Krissy stayed very calm and handled it amazingly. Thank you so much Krissy!

Krissy refilled multiple prescriptions and did a great job providing assistance and feedback with those prescriptions. Great customer service.

New operators when they first remodeled the store and got organized. No problem at all now and they are doing a good job. No complaints at all and they are far cheaper than the other two big name drug stores. Clerks are friendly and doing fine.

The wait at the pharmacy is unbelievable. There’s a line of 15 people and only 2 people working when in the back there are another 3. We got here and they told us they didn’t have our medicine and we called our doctor who said they sent us the medicine over an hour ago. We get back on the line and wait about 30 minutes for them to say they just saw it. Not only that but they told us we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to get the medicine. After these 40 minutes waiting, we had to make the line ONCE AGAIN, and wait another 30 minutes since there are only 2 workers. Will not come back here again, ever.

Very happy with the pharmacy, employees are so friendly and helpful all the time I come to pick up my prescriptions. Most of the time there is a line there but they are working very hard to address everyones needs!

Dont waste your time with this Pharmacy because you will be extremely disappointed. Its bad enough that they make you wait 24 hours to fill a much needed prescription. Then waiting in line with 1 person working at the window and 2 others just standing in front of a computer. Then when you arrive at the window there is always somethng that went wrong. Im done and Im going to consult with my Dr and find a pharmacy that provides better customer service. Save yourself the headaches and dont bother doing business with this place.

When it comes to customer service this one particular person lacks it badly . Rita is so disrespectful and not a people person . Not only would she place you on hold for 20mins when asked to speak to office manager she hang up the phone. she is very rude and unprofessional. I understand they are busy but my patience with this lady can only go to far.

I have absolutely NO problem with their Pharmacy. Friendly, caring Pharmacy staff. They make me feel very comfortable asking any questions about my family prescription medications. Quiet informative and efficient in their job too.

This is the slowest, least efficient pharmacy Ive filled at. My prescription is already per boxed and literally all they have to do to fill it is or a sticker on it. I called onc morning, and they told me they have it ready the next day after 3. I wasnt in a hurry, so I decided Id wait. I showed up the next day at 5 to pick it up and after waiting 45 minutes in line I was told it was not yet ready. The cashier then went to all the pharmacist to start my prescription. I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be ready, all while I had groceries rotting in my cart. Perhaps if fewer people filled here theyd be able to keep up with their current workload and it would be a semi decent pharmacy. As it is, they certainly need fewer patients so they can keep up.

They take forever to make a prescription, worst service through phone calls, they let you waiting, they never find you in the system. Etc I had bad experience in the past and today I wanted to give it a chance and it didn’t worth it.

Severely lacks proper customer service. So, Im standing at the Consultation booth and the pharmacy staff acts like they dont see me. Finally, they realize hes not going to leave so one of the employees asks from afar, do you have a question? Im thinking what kind of question is that...Im at the consultation booth, of course I have a question... In my head Im thinking, No Im just standing here admiring your cheaply crafted counter-top girl! This is like you walk into a restaurant and the host asks you, are you here to order food? hmmmmm lemme think. After a long pause, another employee asks me what I needed. I tell her I have a question about an all-natural supplement. What perplexed me is the question that followed. She asked me if I have talked to a doctor about this. I tell her, maam this is an all-natural supplement not a prescription drug or a controlled substance. So, she says, OK, I dont know just wait for the pharmacist; there are two people ahead of you. Now, Im the only person standing at the counter, the pharmacy has no drive through window so there are no customers there, and I skim through the entire pharmacy and none of the employees were on the phone. Anyway, while they were taking their time and diligently serving the two invisible customers who were ahead of me, I kept waiting. Finally, I got tired of their inconsiderate and poorly trained staff and went to Walgreens.A lack of customer service is frequently seen all over this area so what is it that compels employers to keep these employees? Most probably, desperation. Their behaviors mimic public servants behaviors who dont care because they cant be fired.

Everything time I call I get a different answer all wrong answers mind you and everything I needed answered could have been done over the phone. No need for me to have to go back a fourth from the store.

If I could rate them a 0 I would!!! My daughter was on spring break with her college softball team and had to go to urgent care due to her BP spiking to 178/119. The urgent care care her meds to help lower it and advised to get started on it ASAP. She too her prescription to this Walmart to get it filled on a Tuesday evening around 7:15 and was told that they couldnt fill her prescription because they were to busy. Keep in mind, this pharmacy doesnt close until 9 PM but for some reason they still couldnt tend to her needs. She explained to the pharmacist what the urgent care told her but was still turned down. I was in Ohio and when my daughter called to tell me what happened I called the pharmacist and she advised me the same thing also adding that they were way to busy to fill her prescription and advised them to go elsewhere. This is ridiculous especially since they were still open for another hour and a half. Her coach took her to Walgreens and they filled her prescription without a hesitation. I will NEVER use another Walmart pharmacy again and will definitely let others know of my experience.
