Very clean. Super nice people working there. Looked like it was closed because there is no sign lit up out front but the girl told me they are open until 10. Got a cone dipped in oreo dust and it was delicious!

Creamiest ice cream. If you have kids or just love gummy bears I definitely recommend the gummy bear twirl. The Gummy bears sate delicious. Also not to mention the quality and size of the ice cream for the price.

I asked for a sundae and i requested vanilla ice cream, peanut butter sauce, hot fudge, Reeces cups, Reeces pieces, nuts, and a cherry... THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! I feel so much better after a long day at work because of the awesome ladies that worked tonight!!!!!

Updated review...second time around the young lady handed me a lopsided icecream cone, super sloppy. To me, presentation is everything..I pointed out to her that it was going to fall over..she said I promise it wont. Needless to say, right after driving off it tipped over and we had a nice mess in the car ( we went through the drive through).My boyfriend also bought a cheesecake sundae I believe thats what its called..The cheesecakes pieces tasted old, cant even explain the taste but it was awful.

This is usually my go to Twisty Treat in Clermont. Order ice-cream for kids and family and a slushy for my son who has a dairy allergy. For some reason he was given a slushy with vanilla ice-cream when I didnt order the freeze option. He ended up having a reaction, hives on his face, lip began to swell. Luckily we carry with Benadryl and gave him a full dose with water. He began to calm down and we told the server what happened. We ended up having to pay for a plain slushy, what we ordered in the first place. To top it off my son took a sip of the new slushy but was scared to have any since his stomach was hurting and throat was still itchy. Very disappointed with the lack of concern from the mistake the employees made. People die from these type of mistakes everyday.

This Twistee Treat is very good. I ordered a small size cup vanilla and received so much ice cream that I thought they made a mistake. The vanilla flavor was excellent. Will be going again soon. Try it you wont be disappointed.

So sad to see how unfriendly the girl taking our order was, Sarah. We came with four kids there was no line or wait and she had absolutely no pep and was as if we were bothering her. We love coming and will continue to come, but sad to see such poor customer service.

We love to visit Twistee Treat. Not only is the ice cream and other treats delicious, they played a role in helping us find our dog, Charley. The manager, Eric, allowed us to have meet ups at his location for us to coordinate to find Charley. He also posted a sign for Charley at his store and when Charley was found he made a “Charley Cone” to help us and everyone who helped celebrate his return! It was amazing to feel the support of Twistee Treat for us and our family during such a hard time.

Ordered a banana milkshake with whipped cream and my wife ordered a banana and Reesie cup pieces. It was right at 10 dollars. When we got our shakes she handed them to me thru the window and I almost spilled them all over me bcuz they were so milky and no ice cream. So we spoke to the manager and she was very quick to redo them. Well I guess to let us know they don’t like to have someone return an item to be made correctly our shakes were so thick it broke the straw try to push it in. And I swear the chunks of banana tasted freezer burnt or disgusting me and my wife both agreed. We pulled over to the circle k and tried one more scoop of the banana ice cream but couldn’t handle the freezer burnt tasting bananas. Threw them in the garbage and went with the amazing polar pop lolWill not be returning there

Horrible Horrible ordered two twirls pecan praline and a Pistachio was charged 3.50 more on top of the 4.69 for a med over 7.00 for an ice cream. 13.89 for two twirlsThen I had no pecans kid said I put flavoring in it.

I visited this location today and will never be back. During a time like this you would think places would be taking every precaution to be safe. The staff were not wearing gloves or mask when interacting with the customers. I was completely disturbed when I saw a worker be outside taking orders and running back into to cut bananas without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Also the workers were blasting music and playing around making the drive thru even slower. I’ll never come back to this location.

Always a tasty visit. The employees are friendly, but have a difficult time dealing with a special order. When the A crew is there, it is not a problem. Last night the B team failed to get it correct - second time this week. It is a banana split...as the name implies - there would be a banana in it. Basically they made a hot fudge sundae with strawberry....I still dont understand it all. Anyway since everyone else was almost done with theirs, I did not have them remake it. If the person making the item does not understand then why not ask someone, or me! Next time we are trying SnoMos Shaved Ice on Hwy 50.

I just stopped by for an ice cream. I like their ice cream. They make real sundaes with real whipped cream nuts and a cherry on top. The only problem I have is portion size/price. The service was very good.Plenty of parking, or drive thru window.

Waited 30 minutes to be served on a Wednesday night! Not the workers fault. Will was the only employee there and was literally running around trying to keep up with the orders. He did a great job and it was worth the wait, but he should of had some help.

The quality of the soft serve from this location is so much better than that of the other Clermont Twistee Treat. The ice cream is super inexpensive and the portions are generous. The small is almost too much dessert for a grown man.Id like to see nutrition information on the board, not a deal breaker, though, its dessert.

Consistency is not their strong suit. The kids are all nice (and why I gave 3 stars) and all but it is never the same when you order the same. Not sure how that is even possible.

I am just delighted to say that I have met the most generous young woman at this fine establishment. Her name is Valeria, and is the best smile maker twistee treat as to offer. She brought my ice cream in a timely manner, was nice to talk to, and a hard worker. She had the cutest little smile and if I could have pinched her cheek I would have!

Dominic made my experience at Twistee treat much more enjoyable. He’s a fun and witty guy that has great customer service skills. But overall the Ice cream is great 👍🏻 . Best strawberry ice cream in town and very fair prices.

This new-ish location is wonderful, even now in June 2020 amid a global crisis you can get a sweet cold treat from the comfort of your own car.

The prices here are so much higher than the other Twister Treat at 700 S HWY 27. The quantity is much less too. I ordered a couple kid cones amongst other items and this kid cone had half the ice cream given in comparison to the other location. This is my first and last time coming here. This place is alright, but I will drive a little further for better value and better service.

Not our first experience at a Twistee Treat, but first visit to this location. Great service and fantastic creamy vanilla ice cream. Nice new building and patio area. Good to know they are open late.

This place is less then a year old. Very nice and clean set up like any traditional Twistee Treat. Prices are okay. The wait. Depending on the time and day you go there. There is usually a wait. So be patient. I am shocked the people that serve there cant accept tips. The ice cream is good. Staff pleasant enough.

Always delicious

I took my kids here and we had an amazing time! They loved their ice cream and had so much fun with the chalks. One employee who was super kind was Gabriel, he helped when my child dropped a cone, he gave me another one and gave me wipes to clean my cute little kid.

Brought my friends here and had a great time as usual. Such good ice cream with like 1000 different flavors to try. The customer service is also pretty great a lot of young workers such as my order taker Dominick.
