Absolutely horrendous grocery delivery service and non-existent customer service. I ordered a grocery and alcohol order for delivery at a Disney resort at least a couple months out. They charged my credit card right away. Communication regarding said grocery delivery order on the day of was entirely inadequate (only one text), and our order was missing over fifteen items (Bell Services at the resort confirmed that there were no other missing bags) I called their customer service number at least a dozen times, if not more, in our week long stay to try and resolve the issue and get the missing items re-delivered with no success. I left multiple messages on their customer service line where no one ever, ever answered the phone, and where no one EVER returned my call. I sent multiple e-mails to their email contact and again NEVER received a response. I received an e-mail from them asking for my rating and review (which of course, will NEVER be published to their website, only glorious reviews there, right?) and no one ever got back to me to refund my missing items. It impacted our vacation, no doubt, as I relied on these items for the week and had already paid. This is a total sham of a company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

So normally Garden Grocer is quite good, this time not so much. We made an error with the order and subsequently cancelled some items. However after 6 phone calls they will not provide a refund on the cancelled items. POOR POOR POOR customer service this time. I would think they can do better....Follow Up, Garden Grocer DID process our refund (with thanks). I am sure this glitch was a one off, we will use the service again next time.

I wish I can leave zero stars. They do not refund money when you cancel an order. I have been waiting 2+ months. They do not return calls or answer emails. I get the runaround every time I call. They promise to refund my money then do not. They will be reported to the bbb. I plan on telling my experience on YouTube and the various Disney podcasts. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon Fresh, they return money instantly not these thiefs. GardenGrocer should be ashamed of themselves.

I will never use garden grocer again! I had to cancel my order months before my trip. It’s been over a month and no refund yet! I have been calling and sending emails and get no response. Horrible service!!

We had Garden Grocer deliver an order chock full of snacks and breakfast items and drinks and diapers to our hotel and it was an AMAZING service. So worthwhile. Highly recommend!

We have used this service for years. The food is always delivered on time, the order is always correct, and the food is fresh! The best part is, you dont need to sit in your room and wait for the delivery. Disney Guest Services will hold it for you, in refrigerators if need be. I highly recommend using them for your next vacation!

This is a great service. We put our order in 60 days in advance and got a great discount for doing so. The website was user friendly, very easy to use. Our groceries were delivered as requested and on time . They were kept refrigerated until we called bell services to have them delivered to the room. We received everything we ordered so there were no subs or missing items. This really made it convenient to make breakfast and lunches for our 8 day trip to Disney . We saved a ton by not eating in the park for these two meals each day . I highly recommend it.

Garden Grocer is the BEST!! I am a very picky eater. I like good, fresh, veggies, and lots of them! I like fresh fruit. I have used Garden Grocer 4 or 5 times now, and they consistently give me exactly what I want. Good, fresh food, delivered on time, and the people you order from are extremely nice and very patient. I just cant say enough about them and their service. Its terrific. I dont eat at the parks or any of the restaurants in DisneyWorld. (Except for one Character Breakfast. The online system was very easy to use and I was skeptical on the delivery time and accuracy. Let me say everything was on-time waiting at bell services, the cold items perfect and the order 100% accurate with fruit being fresh and nothing close to expiring. Highly recommend!

I did disney on a budget and garden grocer allowed that to be possible. I have used them twice- for two trips to Disney. They make it really easy to order online, my orders are accurate, and the delivery is convenient... the groceries were held in refrigeration for me at the resort until I asked them to be delivered to my room. This was what we needed, considering our plane was delayed and we arrived really late. They emailed me before and after the order to ensure that I ordered everything I needed, and then to check that it was all there! More than great service.

We have used them many times in the past-the groceries are always delivered on time and correct. Great customer service. Would highly recommend them-

They took over one month to refund my $ when I switched a product to a lesser priced product. I had to email 3 times. Then, they delivered 2 bottles of white wine instead of the red i ordered. The replacements were not received until after 10PM which rendered them useless since my dinner was well over that I was hosting. They got another item wrong as well. After I expressed disappointment on survey they sent me, they assured me a manager would reach out to follow up. Its been a month, hasnt happened. Never again, not convenient for my Disney vacation!

I use them every trip to Orlando. They set the standard for customer service and communication. They have never disappointed.

I have not had a good experience here. I have been given checks that were returned to me for insufficient funds.
