Betty was amazing! Went out of her way from the first call to make sure we would be taken care of in a first-class manner. The whole process couldnt have gone smoother thanks to her. Cant wait for our new beds to get here.

Update to original review below:Well I got my mattress on a Thursday as indicated and delivery was great. The gentlemen that came to my house were professional and efficient. I received a call 30 minutes ahead and they were on time. The bed I purchased, the Ease by Tempurpedic with the elevating base etc, is amazing! The guys set up my bed and it was so easy. I love this bed and have been sleeping very well.Mrs. Betty did call me and offered me a refund on my mattress protector and I really appreciated that. She offered to wave the restocking fee if I chose to return it....which after getting such a nice bed I will not return it, its amazing!In all, I do believe the service was overall very good and the quality of the product is great. 4 stars because I couldnt get the original pillow I was shown and price of the base was off by $100.Thank you 😊I went to this location in Clermont, FL to get a new mattress. The lady sales person, Betty was very knowledgeable about beds.. however, according to her the base of the mattress was $849....but sorry, I was wrong its actually $949.Me: I like that purple pillow, I want that pillow with my $300 creditBetty: yeah sure....oh wait, doesnt look like we have that pillow anymore....mind you she gave me that pillow to try with all the beds I laid on...so I fell in love with itOkay fine.Betty: OH, looks like it can be delivered Saturday, does that work?Me: no sorry, Monday is better as were going out of town.Betty: sure no problem, let me know if you want it sooner but its all set for Monday at this address...and she wrote the name of my street wrong but fixed it.Sunday. Im at the beach dont hear the phone ring and I get a message.Betty: oh, yeah your bed wont be in until Thursday. 🙄

What a great experience buying a mattress from Mattress Firm in Clermont Landings !!! Not only was the product awesome… The prices are too!! I was very impressed with Giovanni !!! Giovanni Is absolutely outstanding !! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, personable and honest. He took great care of my husband and I !!! I will never go anywhere else for a mattress ever again. I will definitely share this experience with family and friends.

Our sales person was very nice and friendly and helpful. She was able to show us Mattresses very quickly and help us to make a decision very quickly and I think We will be very happy with our decision.

The store was very sterile and un-inviting. The sales rep was friendly but wanted me to decide between different mattresses in a matter of minutes. I felt very rushed. My overall impression was that I was not viewed as a valued customer, rather, just another sale.

I came in today and was greeted by Betty. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. As soon as I explained what Im looking for she was able to take me to all of my options and I was able to pick put my mattress! Im so excited to get a good night sleep and extremely happy with the customer service I received today! I will be back!

We went in not knowing what we wanted at all. Robert was extremely helpful and directed us to a great mattress and was even able to price match. We were also able to set up delivery for the day we close. The customer service was fantastic and we are very excited for our new mattress! I highly recommend.

We were in need of a queen mattress for our new to us, home. We checked out another Mattress Firm and Rooms to Go. We were on a budget because we have to furnish the 1200 sq ft home as we are leaving everything for the new owners of our home. Geo was a no pressure, no BS kind of guy. I got the bed I wanted at a lesser price then I expected to pay. We felt very comfortable with him and we are looking forward to a good nights sleep on our new mattress. So literally if it hadnt been for Mrs. Betty I would have walked out of the store and never have returned to another mattress firm due to the lack of customer service from the additional staff. Mrs. Betty took her time with me and made my experience pleasant.

Robert was what you would want your salesperson to be...friendly,helpful when asked, otherwise nearby if needed and did not subject us to endless demonstrations, graphs, charts etc which we encountered at other matress dealers we had visited. We did purchase our mattress there, and, delivery was exactly as scheduled by an equally friendly truck crew. We would recommend visiting the store for a relaxed, no hassle shopping experience

The Delivery drivers did not Call beforehand and just showed up. They left my front door wide open after they left and my 🐕 got out and I had love bugs and bugs all through my home. They told my parents they couldnt set up the mattress and adjustable frame because their was a tote and basket under the bed. They never said who they were until my mother asked. Very disappointed with the delivery. I paid for a set up and they just dropped the frame in and left the mattress in the hallway. It was too heavy for just me to move. 🤬

Called this morning to inquire about a mattress, spoke with Gio and he was extremely helpful on the phone and answered all of the questions I needed before coming in physically. Upon arrival, Matt was in the store and helped show and thoroughly explain the types of mattresses, as well as their benefits. Ended up purchasing a bed then and there and Matt was helpful to explain all of the details along the way. This store made my first mattress buying experience flawless.

Robert (store manager) was great. I was set on a beautyrest mattress, picked one and left. I got home and second guessed my decision leading me to go back. We discussed the options again and I did end up switching, which he was understanding of and did quickly/easily. He offered great suggestions, and I felt like he was being honest with me and not just trying to get a sale. Now to wait for delivery!

I wanted to give a shout-out to Giovanni! My husband and I had been looking for a mattress for 6 months, we needed something that would work for both my husband (side sleeper) and me (back sleeper). We went to a lot of different stores, but we werent really presented with many affordable options. Giovanni helped us find the perfect mattress and was mindful of our budget. We had some issues with delivery being delayed twice without us being notified (which is understandable givien the current pandemic), but Im still giving 5 stars because Giovanni went above and beyond to make it right for us. We bought a $2,500 memory foam mattress 1 year ago on a furniture store and we can not sleep on it anymore! We went today to the Mattress Firm Store in Clermont and we met Mr. Lonny Rosenblatt, Mattress Firm Manager and we told him about our problem and he recommended a firm Orthopedic mattress which we tested and we loved it! We ordered the Mattress and he will send us the Mattress tomorrow to our house with free delivery and he will take out the other mattress! I give thanks to God and the Virgin Mary for giving us the pleasure to meet this manager who has excellent Customer service! I will recommend this place without hesitation

5 stars for Daniel York, the most professional and friendly mattress associate in the area. Extremely knowledgeable and works with you to find the best fit for you and your budget. Ask for him, I cant vouch for any other associate.Ask to try the Tulo brand mattresses, you will be surprised with the quality for the price.Zero stars for delivery. I understand that they were behind and had more deliveries to make after 9pm on a Saturday night, but I dont see the point of putting on blue footies if you are just going to keep going in and out of the house. Also, they should wear gloves or at least wash their hands prior to unpacking mattresses as they put smudge marks on the mattresses. Not sure if that voids the warranty. Wouldnt know as they never gave me any paperwork so I dont even know if I have all of the parts for the frame. Also, they shouldnt open the plastic with a knife as that could damage the mattress, mine now has a snag in it.
