Excellent service great prices

I did not catch their names, but two gentlemen at Air Rite helped me with an A/C condenser problem and actually talked me out of purchasing a fan motor that I didnt need. I went in with the intent of picking up a motor and capacitor because I traced my issue down to the fan motor. However, after describing what it was doing, and showing the guys the parts, they thought it likely that only the capacitor was bad, and suggested not buying the $150 motor unless the capacitor didnt solve the problem. I was skeptical because I did not want to make another trip downtown the next day if it was indeed the motor as well. But, they were right, the capacitor installed in a few minutes, and I was up and running with a total bill on the order of $50 instead of $200. They even tossed in a motor through-bolt to replace the one I broke taking the motor out. Thanks so much for having the parts, and the knowledge.

I live in NE and recently bought an older home that needed its gravity-style baseboard registers and returns replaced. Very few places I could find carry the sizes I needed to refit my home, but I found exactly what I needed here! I made the mistake of not measuring all my registers before ordering online, and they were extremely helpful in getting the item exchanged for the correct size. Great communication and customer service!

They did not have the item in stock,but they said they would have it in one hour. True to their word! One hour later, I was able to pickup the item needed to keep my family warm. Great service, always helped me with any problem. Highly recommend!!!!

I live in an old house in Cleveland and the furnace is a 20 year old goodman in the last 6 years I had to repair it several times and thanks to air rite they always been able to help me out so thank you air rite and all your great employees

I had always gotten my replacement parts for my 30+ year old boiler at Air Rite Supply. They always had the part in stock that I needed.This year the boiler finally gave out & cracked.Their boiler installer Eric Knill & his assistant spent the entire day removing the old boiler & installing my new unit. They were diligent, punctual, highly skilled, professional & had terrific attitudes.The company provided the boiler & service for a fair price.I could not be happier with the level of service & quality they provided.I would highly recommend this company for either parts or service.

Weve been customers of Air-Rites filter and supply division for several years and they have never disappointed us. Theyve always had the parts we need, suggested successful solutions to problems, and were a great source for replacement registers and a clothes chute door for our old house. Today I used their online ordering for the first time, found it easy to use, and was stunned when I found I qualified for same day delivery and received my filters in less than three hours! And for those of us who are avoiding contact due to the pandemic, they also offer curbside pickup. Im very happy with the support and service Ive received from Air-Rite for my HVAC parts and supplies.

I bought a thermocouple controller 35 years ago. it seemed a little expensive at the time but still works perfectly. The staff was very helpful.

Website mentioned theyre open Saturday 8 am- 1 pm! Got on the road from Mentor, took me 45 days to get there and guess what, there is sign on the door mentioning Summer Hours: Close Sat. and Sun.! If I could leave less than 1 star for them, I would do it!

Cannot express my gratitude enough for the excellent service I received from Dave and his company. Was courteous and helpful in getting the part out to me, in record time, so that I would not go another night without heat during a really cold spell.

The customer service was excellent, the tempeture was a -9 degrees today. I called cause my blower was making a lot of noise. I had a man out and was quoted over $1200.00. These salesman not only told me what parts I didn’t have to buy. I was told to call him if I had any questions total cost was $150.00. They saved me a lot of money!!! I recommend the 100%

Had a hard-to-find, very specific part, they were about my 5th call trying to find someone that would even help me order one.They had a BAG of them.Wont go anyplace ever again.

Very helpful with options for filtration in my 95 y/o old home. The company that currently makes the filters stopped making them, so options are limited. I was offered a couple of different ways to go, and they were very helpful. Address/phone/website saved.

Service was very rude today, been a customer for 10+ years. Im going to look into canceling our commercial account, bummer because I came into price out a new furnace for a home and open another commercial account for my company.

Horribly irresponsible business practices. Zero morals. Zero concern about customers. I called and ordered 2 parts at 4:20 p.m. on a weekday evening. I was told the parts would be left outside. I drove 1.5 hours through rush hour traffic in a snow storm to get my parts to fix my furnace and the sales manager forgot to leave them out. I showed up the next day around 8:00 a.m. to get my parts and didnt even get an apology. In fact when I asked for a discount on my parts because of my hassle I was laughed at, literally. When I got home I found 1 of the parts broken in the box. I was then accused of breaking it myself. I had to return to the store another time to exchange the part. When I called to speak to the owner I was told by the woman who earlier laughed at me that I was not allowed to talk to him. After my 4th call to the company I finally spoke to somebody who was kind enough to credit me for the parts. I still have never gotten a call from the owner.

I bought a bad thermopile generator that wouldnt keep my furnaces pilot lit after 10 minutes of holding it on. They refused to refund me because Id used it. The next one I bought (elsewhere) did the trick in the normal 20 seconds.
