I walked into this place with a back pack. I am a traveling truck recovery person and was waiting for an Uber to go to the airport. Thought I would kill some time. The salesman was busy with a lady so I asked him if I could charge my phone. He said yes. He came out two minutes later and asked me to leave the premises, loitering was not tolerated. These people deserve no sales whatsoever. Customer service is their last priority that is obvious. I was there to ask him questions legitimate about the Polaris atv. If I was a worthless vagrant I would still deserve to be treated with respect. No stars not even one in reality.

I have dealt with this place since 2010 when the place was under the previous manager. The previous owner, manager and all their sales member were very courteous and friendly. however, the new management is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNFRIENDLY to say the least. They lack customers relation and service skills. I took my jet skis there to be serviced because I hadn’t use them in a long time and the first thing the service manager, Ron, said was “since they are 10 yrs old, we don’t service them. I kindly explained to him that I had purchased them at that location and the previous manager will always service/stored them during the winter season. After my explanation, he agreed for me to drop off the jet skis. Well that was over a month ago. Come to find out NO service was done to the watercraft.. All they did was stored them. Recently, I called to get an update on the progress of the work, and to my surprise I found out that all they did was parked the water craft in the parking lot. While I was inquiring, the man got upset and yelled at me “come and get them” and hung up. After this experience, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Find yourselves another alternative for service/purchase.

RUDE!! Don’t walk but run from this place waited a month for an appointment… Brought it on time for the appointment. They told us they’ll check into it but just so we’re aware we did not buy the machine from them so we are not clients of theirs and will not be first priority. So it could take upwards of two months and if they get clients who purchased from them they will put them in front of us at any given time. And if we had a problem with it then take it back to where we purchased the vehicle in Tennessee. Extremely rude and unprofessional and horrible service.

Good quality service and friendly/knowledgeable staff. Im from out of town and needed my ATV serviced. They squeezed me in and did a great job. They helped me order a few parts I needed from Polaris as well. Staff was super friendly, and offered suggestions on places to ride.

Went in to buy a new sxs for the price they had listed on their website. Turned into a used car salesman runaround. Oh we need to update our website etc. etc. Was willing to go above their listed price and only asked for financing specials from Polaris. Still no deal and a bunch of runaround. Expected better and easier service.

After being on hold for parts for 10 minutes. The receptionist took my name, number, and what I looking for down and said Ill have our parts people call you back. 8 hours later and still no call back. This is not the first time Ive had bad service here either.

I felt the power. It was sporty. Merica!

Fantastic atmosphere they are very knowledgeable on what they are selling and there service department. I recommend going here for sure.

Reason for the three stars I love what they do their service is great but I wish they could put on accessory lights or a aftermarket plate holders on for they customers that would be great...
