Ive been watching high school football using this service. It is really nice to be able to see the game. My grandson is a cornerback and he is almost never in the shot as the camera person has zoomed in too far. It would be nice to see all players so we could watch the play develop.
Not sure if this is the best service for high school soccer matches. Play is difficult to follow with jerky camera movement. Really cant make out players on the field other than uni colors. Friends and family in different locations have noted that video quality is sketchy at times. For a few games, the replay video started after play had begun and was unable to see early scoring plays. Just tried watching a game now and the same sequence replayed itself over and over and then started buffering for an interminable amount of time.
I cannot say enough about this company! OUTSTANDING SUPPORT. UN-paralleled in todays world of lack of customer service. They have earned a customer for life.
BoxCast is as easy to use as any video production piece I have ever used. Their product is of great quality and a true service to our fan base. They offer a variety of flexible options for free services and also a ticket item feature. They have a customer service group that is second to none. I would strongly recommend their services.
Literally the best streaming company in the world.Great sales guys, outstanding support and ops, clever marketing, and brilliant tech guys.Truly a first rate steaming solution.
This company is one of a kind. HD streaming with no buffer is like no other on the market. I felt like I was watching ESPN when I watched my high school St. Ignatius play their football game this past weekend. And I watched it in the comfort of my own home. Amazing!!
Our church followed the kind direction of the boxcast rep when desiring to use their live streaming services. There was no transparency concerning a 12 month contract agreement. To our fault, we failed to read the fine print. When seeking to stop services, we were handed over to an unknown individual who was very condacsending to our disposition. We wouldt continue service to Boxcast now if we were paid to. I would not recommend them to anyone. Service providers like boxcast are a dime a dozen - its all about getting the money and zero about service.
BoxCast has been helping us and serving our families for years. The customer service is great when needed.
Weve been using Boxcast for just over a year to stream our Sunday service. It took a few months to work out the kinks, which turned out to be our ISP and internal network issues. Their recent software update are a welcome improvement, based on actual user input. Ive always dealt with Josh in tech support and he is both responsive and helpful. Low maintenance, high quality, it just works.
Wanted to give it up to BoxCast and Josh Mathus. Boxcast was hired by the Ohio High School Athletic Association to broadcast the State Volleyball games. During the Div IV State Championship they OHSAA saw the need to put commercials in for the OHSAA which caused a several min delay in the game and was not live. Then on the last 2 points of the State Championship the OHSAA ended the Live feed. I sent a message to Josh and he gave me a refund. He was polite with a fast response. BoxCast and Josh Rock!!!!!
Just gave my Boxcast a first run...so far so good and help desk has been super helpful and very quick on their responses.
This is one of the greatest products of our lifetime. The staff at BoxCast are simply the best and are very creative.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have used the website and service twice to watch a basketball game.. . Both times from the same school, used the same device, from the same internet service, and had two different results. I tried to get my refund based on principal only because of the inconvenience of having to log in and out of their website. A screen would pop up stating their system was having technical difficulties yet when I stated this, Their response politely blamed it on everyone else but themselves. I work in customer service everyday, Im completely disappointed in this companys efforts.
I was misled by originally going to espn/cleveland and apparently hitting a link to BoxCast. I paid $10.95 for a month of games and only learned I didnt pay ESPN but these folks. The only team I want to watch is Mentor and I couldnt find it last week because I thought it was on ESPN Cleveland. As a senior citizen I might be a little confused by links and whatnot but I sure didnt get what I thought I was paying for - an opportunity to watch my grandson play even though poor health keeps me from the games.
