Receptionist is the kindest you will encounter! Stops there however. Had an awning installed in 2001 and twice tried to order an additional piece of fabric which had become soiled and torn. in 2019 I couldnt get a sales call back, then last year was worse. Sales person finally called and came across very arrogant with pricing that was 3X what I originally had paid. The problem here is Ohio Awing has purchased every other Awning business in the region and cares very little about customer service.
