AWFUL. Called the local number and was directed to Columbus. Then I was placed on hold 5 times to finally be directed to the local Euclid branch. Never heard back from Tony with a quote. When I called and asked about the quote he said he could not match the quotes I had, so he never followed up. I told him I need to invoice so just give me a quote for aluminum sign and vinyl letters in my window, again, never heard back. I guess my $100 was not worth it to him. Glad I do not run my business that way! Obviously does not value customer only money.
