Absolutely love that you can go so close to home to purchase such an important if not the most important piece of furniture you use in your life, store is immaculate, smells great in there, nice and cool for your shopping comfort and now i am enjoying my new mattress so much i wake up feeling better then i thought was possible sales people are not pushy just helpful, go there if even just to look FIRST you will not be sorry and your wallet will thank you!!! Buyer beware! Pillowtop mattress was GARBAGE and all broken down and lumpy within 6 weeks. I bought it for my toddler and had a wonderful experience paying just about the same across the street at the legit factory replacing it! Ask for NickThese pigs didnt help me because a mark was already on the mattress, so they claimed. The woman here deserves all the karma for how she does business and how she talks to customers. I hope you enjoyed living off my sale. I cant wait to see it out of business one day, itll catch up. Im sure Im not the only person they ripped off

There are three mattress stores at this intersection. This is the good one. Honest owner, best prices from the start (no sales), good service. I saw him deal with a rude customer with patience and a cool demeanor. He treated us well and corrected a manufacturing defect without hesitation. We happily recommend Johns business.

Lack of communication caused a return. May 22nd purchased, today June 9 stopped in after zero contact though the salesmen made clear that would be contacted. Instead received excuses of every manufacturer “not at capacity”, and “your bed should be here this week.” Communication of delay would had saved the sale. Product met price field of spending and not a pushy salesman otherwise.

We bought two twin mattress sets from Mattress showcase and we are very happy with our purchase. Customer service was excellent. We didnt feel pressured to buy a mattress when we first came in or to give out personal information to get a quote. They took their time to explain our options and answer questions. And the price was better than at a big chain store for the same quality mattress.

I bought a firm King bed from Mattress Showcase. Hands down the best bed Ive ever slept in. My wife usually likes a softer bed,but now you couldnt buy it off of us for double! The guys here were very nice,and took their time with us. We are very picky,and the experience was flawless. I highly recommend working with Mattress Showcase. A++++++++

I love Mattress Showcase!!! I have been a customer since 2012! The products are great, but what is even better is the customer service! Amy is so kind and is very educated on the products the company sells. I bought my king mattress from there as well as pillows. I brought my Dad to buy his mattress and pillows there (which he did and loves), and any time someone asks about where to purchase a mattress from, I automatically refer Mattress Showcase!To address the negative ratings and comments below - sometimes what you think will work for your body, doesnt, that is a part of life and yes it can be frustrating, but that is not Amy and Johns fault. They work hard to give you what you need and have great products for purchase. My suggestion to all shoppers is to do lots of research about what you need for your body in a mattress or pillow and ask lots of questions to the salesperson (dont be shy) to be sure you get the right type of product for your body! :)Thanks Amy and John!!!

We had a great experience here. Their prices were very reasonable, the owners were very transparent with us about the relative strengths and weaknesses of the different mattresses, and they worked hard to find the right mattress for us. Even when we were somewhat inconvenienced by a delayed shipment (which was beyond the control of the Mattress Showcase owners), they worked hard to rectify the situation and accommodate us as best they could. We would definitely purchase from them again.

Id love to give you 10 stars i bought are mattress and frame in 2011 then i move to a new place and purchased an double box springs and in the next few weeks coming to purchase a new mattress also Ive had several family members and friends purchase items JOHN AND AMY ARE GREAT PEOPLE

The owner was pleasant to work with and helped us with a purchase of an adjustable bed that was going to be $700 more if we had gone to Original Mattress Factory across the street!

Unfortunately the rule proves to be true here: small businesses fight for survival- consumers suffer. After buying what seems to be wrong type of mattress and getting back-ache the very next morning, a phone call to this place yielded nothing but a discovery that theres absolutely NOTHING the owner can do for us. It will get better with time, worst case scenario you can buy a mattress topper seemed like everything we didnt want to hear over a brief phone conversation. Apparently large retailers will offer you a comfort guarantee where you can bring the mattress back if its not working at all. Spare the trouble, buy where you can exchange or return.

Went here a few weeks ago and the sales lady was extremely pleasant.She knew her products and recommended a very nice bed for me in an excellent price range.I ended up paying exactly what i wanted to for what i was looking for.Heck i even ended up buying a really comfy memory foam pillow.After a few weeks my back is feeling much better and ive even been sleeping through the entire night.I love going to privately owned businesses because they are actually invested in their job,beats the heck out of the other place i went to nearby and the guy there clearly wanted nothing to do with me.Long story short i would recommend this store.Thanks!! =)

Beware....bought mattress it lasted 6 months called, went there and girl said it was because husband is in bed so much and we are over weight!!! Husband owns 3 buisnesses no time for sleep! She was rude and lied about things said.lied to manufacturer saying we had a platform which we do not.she said she told us to buy box springs which she did not... all out lies by that place said we went with 300.00 who goes for a king mattress with 300.00 unreal.also said they gave us a deal what a joke....so out money and Mattress.wanted us to pay for delivery again ..place is sad and that woman is rude.LESSON LEARNED

I came to the store few days ago to buy a mattress,and i said i need a mattress so that was convenient for the back pain and she recommend me very soft mattress on sale for 949.00).I slept for two days in a nightmare (terrible back pain )then i went to the different store and asked them to advise me matters for back pain and they said that i need a firm mattress (( i went back to her and before stood up i saw not a nice woman that was before..she kicked us))yes ))unbelievable .i never seen such a terrible attitude towards people at all..She told me to go on pain pills .If you have any problems after purchase,they will say (sorry)Be carful buy from that place...I cant forgive myself that i made a big mistake with the store
