I was amazed by their professionalism and their ability to complete complicated repairs even with todays professional digital cameras as almost no one does this kind of work now a days. I broke a Canon 100-400 IS USM ii lens ($2,400.00 lens) while birding the southwest for 26 days. They had me up and running adjusted the camera body and cleaned the sensor in less than 48 hours. They also charged half of what Canon charges to just look at my lens or camera body and that include the above noted work. Amazing work and even more amazing price. Mike is really knowledgeable about cameras. I went to him first time because my batter door broke. I got a battery door on ebay and he helped me replaced it. Today I went to him because my camera cannot recognize my lens; he fixed it right away without charging me a dime. I really appreciate his help!

Went there about two years ago with a $800 Nikon camera we were sure was busted. The guy took it in the back and came back five minutes later - perfectly fixed! Told us that some sort of a band came undone ... easy fix. Also, no charge! We are having issues with the same camera again - now we live in Washington, DC and are going to make a trip back here to have it serviced again.

They were not able to fix my Nikon camera but the gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable enough to explain exactly why, and suggest options. Also very patient and understanding
