We ordered our new Ford Maverick in June 2021 not really knowing what to expect. Cleveland Ford and our salesman, Jeff Milsaps, did a great job keeping us up to date on our vehicle’s progress. Once it arrived, the final steps to purchase were very smooth compared to dealers I’ve purchased from in the past. Overall we had a great experience ordering and purchasing the truck from Cleveland Ford.
We went to Cleveland Ford looking for an Explorer in a time when inventory is low do to covid19. Our salesman was J.D.,he was knowledgeable and not high pressure at all, we left the 1st day to discuss the car and he didnt bother us the following day, he waited for us to call him. They gave us a fair trade in on our old car and prepared the new car in a timely fashion. The gentleman that closed the sales name was Ade, he to was great to work with, very knowledgeable. The manager that we dealt with was Callie, she also made the process a positive experience. I would use Cleveland Ford again and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
From the moment we set foot on the lot the sales people were extremely helpful. I was specifically looking for Mark “Chef” Counts as I had inquired online first and he had emailed me. Everyone was very gracious and friendly. I would highly recommend Cleveland Ford to everyone!
If there’s one thing I can say about Cleveland Ford, is DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE. I just picked up my truck from an oil change that lasted 4 DAYS. I gave them 3 chances, and just when I thought the service couldn’t be any worse, this last time topped it off. I could not buy a phone call from the service advisors, and when I called the service managers, I never heard a word back. I was without a truck for four days for an oil change, just for them to tell me the reason for them keeping it longer was because his mechanic said my “fuel injection system was in bad shape and needed flushed.” I reminded my service advisor that my fuel injection system was supposedly taken care of during my 100k mile service that I had done on the truck, at their own facility, just two short months ago. He began to stutter and placed me on hold. When he picked back up, he apologized and said he looked up my record to see where I was correct and then he quickly changed the subject. He had no answer for me when I asked why his mechanic would say that when it was supposedly done two months ago, and he said he misunderstood. What if I wouldn’t have kept up with my vehicle services and told him to go ahead?? That would have been a $1,000 wasted due to the service department not doing their job correctly. The list goes on and on of what I encountered, so all I can say is.. do not take your Ford vehicle here to get serviced. I took my truck to Ford dealership in Dalton, and they completed a service that I needed extremely efficiently, and for over $600 cheaper than what Cleveland Ford quoted me.. for the exact same service.
I had a phenomenal experience with Jeff Milsaps and the team there at Cleveland Ford on my recent F150 purchase. They have gone above and beyond in their efforts to provide a great customer care while purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues for their future automotive needs. My hat is off to them!!!

The sales person I had was Ron. He was awesome, professional, nice, honest and new all about the car. Showed me the details of the car when I was looking at it. Took it for test drive. Really loved it. I bought this Ford Fusion Titanium. A big factor for me buying this car besides it had everything drove great is it had a CD player. Ford Fusion is a great car and Ford needs to continue to make these cars in a sedan. Ron gave me a great deal on the car. Ron was very knowledgeable about everything on the car, he showed me all the details in the car, also about Fords rewards program which I didnt know they had.I would recommend to ask for Ron when looking or thinking of buying a car. One other thing I liked also about Ron my sales person is he is laid back and listens to what your needs are in a car and will do everything he can to help you find what your needs are in looking or buying a car. Every one else at the dealership was very nice. Recommend this dealership highly. You wont go wrong and be happy.

Well... While writing this my car is currently in their service department for the second time. We dropped it off the first time because the radio and touch screen wasnt working. A few days later I picked it up, and as I was driving away I decided to listen to the radio. You guessed it... The radio and touch screen still wasnt working, so I immediately turned around. They had a tech come out, and in the first few minutes of speaking with him he stated that it was probably the APIM, and it would have to be hooked up to test it. (Why they didnt go that initially?) I then had to discuss the $168 I just spent. They should have offered to apply to the actual repair straight away. The service writer then told me that the people who scheduled service appointments were not there and he would have them call me. Two days passed and no call. I then called in and spoke to that same service writer, and he offered no apology for not having the schedulers call me. The next service appointment was nearly a month out. My wife drove the car to the next appointment, and on the way there noticed the windshield wipers werent working either. When she got there she told them about it, and asked them to take a look. That brings us to now. Theyve had my car for a week now and just called today to say it was the APIM, and that its a $1200+ repair. I then asked his about the wipers, and he stated that they did not look at them despite my wife asking them to do so. He then later called me back to tell me that when the tech was running test for the APIM that the wipers were going crazy even when switched off. For some reason never thinking that there could be a reason for both issues to be occurring at the same time. Now they want an additional $135 to look into it. I guess well have to wait and see what they come up with. In closing, I suggest you not do business with this dealership, nor purchase a Ford for that matter.
The process took way to long considering I already had my financing pre approved, chosen the car and had everything in place before going down there. But that’s normal! The people were great and I ended up with everything I wanted. Overall no regrets and would purchase from them again!
I was very disappointed in the service,or lack of I received on my car. I brought my car in for a oil change and some warranty concerns. First they had my car two days. Which they stated they would. Okay no problem. But I had to call them to find out. They did none of the repairs I requested. Due to couldnt recreate or other reasons. First my head liner was defective clearly but said it was normal. Well wrong I fixed it in 4 minutes no tools. Second my air vent makes noise when driving well they stated they couldnt duplicate. But I had the same exate miles on the car as when I dropped it off. Then was told I would be better served to take it to a Lincoln dealer. Well Ford is Lincoln.So I wouldnt recommend this dealer for any repairs. Some of the poorest service Ive ever experienced. And this happened with my advisor and service manager.Update to my review. I was told by two people the manager would call me. Well a week plus later that didnt happen either.This is a very poorly run business from top to bottom. I recommend you find a better place to take your car for repairs.
My family was heading home from vacation when our car began to smoke. I pulled over and seen oil all over the back of our car. We were on the side of the interstate 4 hours from home. We slowly continued down the interstate while trying to find a shop that could help us. Most were closed due to it being the Monday after the 4rh of July. We finally got in touch with the ford dealership in Cleveland Tennessee. They told us to come to their shop even though they were very busy. We pulled up and they immediately began trying to figure out what was wrong. In a matter of minutes they found the problem to be a hole in our oil filter. They did an oil change and deep cleaned the whole underside of our explorer to get rid of all of the oil. We were on our way back home in about an hour. All of the employees were great and we couldnt have asked for better service. Just wanted to give them a big Thank You!!!! for getting us home.
I was very satisfied with my experience with Ford. I had a very good salesman that walked us through everything. We were able to get a good deal on the car we wanted. Also, we got a good deal on our trade-in. There were no disappointments. They met all our expectations. Hope to have a long relationship with Ford.

My car was detailed so well, so clean. It looked brand new. The staff helped us find a great, affordable price. Jeff, our dealer, took care of us very well. I have had my car for around 6 months, and it could not be better. Overall, great service, awesome people, wonderful cars.

My Explorer has sat there for going on 2 months! Nothing has been done even though I had a claim and insurance. Ryan Martin told me my claim was approved and we were waiting on an engine to come in and come to find out that was a lie!! My claim was closed because no one at ford faxed service records to my insurance company. This is the last time I use this dealership!! I have spoke with Ryan Martin since July numerous times when my car was towed in and have been told it is getting fixed and approved!! There had to be a ticket created for service on my vehicle and my car has sat there. Obviously the employee was not doing his job!

If I could give them a 0 star review I would.. I brought my vehicle here for repairs, and when asked if they had a courtesy ride/vehicle they said yes.. I get there and turns out they didn’t have one.. I had a few doctors appointments I had to go to, which I ended up being late for my first one, because they didn’t have a vehicle for me.. they just shrugged it off including the service manager.. oh and my repairs didn’t get done because I had to take my vehicle back because I needed it to get to my important doctors appointment.. never going back to do business with them..
The salesman I had was JD. He was an awesome, very polite gentleman, and I enjoyed buying my Bronco through him.

My experience at Cleveland Ford was above my expectations when I walked in the door of the dealership. I was greeted by the staff and directed toward a salesman after being asked how they could help me. The salesman, Ron Carelli was an excellent salesman. After he asked what I was looking for in a truck (2021 F150 King Ranch), he suggesting ordering from Ford what I wanted since they did not have one in stock. Unlike the two Ford dealerships salesmen in Chattanooga, Ron did not try to push a vehicle on me that was in stock. He was not pushy at all. This dealership and Ron made me feel at home. Ron showed me the Ford app and we started the building of my truck. He told me how long it would take to build (8 to 16 weeks), the cost and the incentives (discounts) available. He introduced me to the management staff before I left. the truck came in at 9 weeks and it looks great. Ron called and updated me as the building started and on delivery. Terry is the service department specialist that I worked with, to get my 2007 F-150 thoroughly checked out. I recently purchased my truck from another dealership, and the check engine light came on just hours after I bought it. I bought itAs Is so the other dealer wasnt willing to fix it. Terry made sure that my truck was checked out from top to bottom, and he spoke with me to let me know what needed to be done. My service advisor was everything you’d want in the service industry! Polite, informative and kept me up to date on service! He also offered to match a competitors price on tires and I would have accepted if I felt more safe in the service waiting room! It’s very small and 7 people had no masks on! I recently visited Subaru dealer and signs were posted everywhere in there waiting room that masks were a must to keep ALL customers safe!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Cleveland Ford, called made the appointment and my truck was done in less than a day even after they had to order an extra part. I first went to Mt. View Ford Chattanooga TN after making an appointment a week earlier and was told they would have my truck over a week when I showed up for the set appointment. My car was stalling took it to Cleveland Ford they checked it out at once to help find out the problem. Verified I was still under warranty then scheduled a time for me to come in. It took two visits but they kept at it till it was fixed with no additional cost to me .The service department was always charming and pleasant easy to work with. Who ever is in charge of the business should be aware how rarely i have had a chance to give that kind of compliment

When I started the process of getting a new car dealers bombarded me with text, emails and calls. Clevand Ford didnt. Once Shane got in contact with me about a Bronco, which at the moment was not available, he listen to my concerns and needs. Once one did become available he immediately texted me for me to see. Shane realy listen to me and did not just push the sale. He realy gave me time to think and worked with my needs. Once in Finance Dept. Calli was just awesome and made the process seemles to me. I walker out with what I wanted and the whole experience was outstanding. I live father away with many name known dearlerships in between and Im glad I went the extra mile because they went the extra mile for me.

I came in to get a new truck knowing what I wanted to buy I came in and saw Eddie Ackerman. I told him what i wanted! I drove 4 different cars and trucks. Told him what I wanted again down to the color. He found it and I changed my mind on the color he found that. Then again I said a different color. Yes I am a hard person to deal with. So after going back to the color black he went back and had to find one again cause they sell fast.....so then again he found it. Then I told him what price I wanted and he made it happen. He want tell you that you are number one but he shows you! I have bought many if trucks here but never got service like this....so ask for Eddie tell him you saw it here!!!He is great.....please tell him I said thank you!

My husband and I had the worst experience here. Zach Ramsey was the worst sales representative I have ever came in contact with. He lied to our face multiple times just to try to push the sale. We left Ford and will not be back because of him. This dealership obviously does not car about their customers or building a relationship with them. Beware when you go. They only care about money.
Was told I could drop the car off after hours for service the next day. So late at night, they drive this car all the way across town, just to have to bring it back BECAUSE THEY CLOSE A GATE AT THE ENTRANCE! REALLY? YOU GATED A CAR DEALERSHIP? After hour shoppers not welcome I guess & if you need service it has to coordinate with their hours. Maybe Ill just take it somewhere else to be checked out. Ridiculous miscommunication created a VERY frustrating experience for me.

My husband and I have been long time customers of Cleveland Ford. We have always been treated fairly and left feeling like the team had done all they could to get us the best deal possible. We purchased a 2020 Ford Edge this past Saturday. We started out looking at used vehicles because we didnt think we could afford a brand new vehicle. Our salesman, Mike Hicks, looked at every vehicle and gave us the good info we needed on each one. He walked in the rain with us and stayed right with us until the purchase was complete. Then he walked into a heavy downpour to sit in the car with me to go over all the special little things it can do and then followed us in that same downpour and filled the tank up. THAT is top notch customer care. We also got to work with Shane Gay, for the second time, purchasing a vehicle through Cleveland Ford. He was very professional, but made us feel at ease and even worked to get a lower payment for me without being asked. The best recommendation a company can get is a repeat customer and that is what we have been and will continue to be. Thanks guys for making our experience the best it could be!!
I brought my car there on a Friday said it would be done Monday. I call Monday they said it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday I call they said it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday I come to get it its still not done but almost done. Took 3 hours to get done after I was told it would already be done. Was lahe for work and told them I needed it done before 2 and almost lost my job.

We drove from Knoxville to Cleveland Ford to look at a specific car wed seen advertised. From the moment we stepped on the lot, our salesman Tariq was friendly, warm, no pressure, and just a generally pleasant person to be around. None of the pushy, uncomfortable used car salesman vibes you see so often on lots. He and the other staff provided excellent service, fair pricing, and an overall positive experience. And yes, we bought the car, and were pleased with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
We drove to Cleveland Ford from Western North Carolina because of the excellent deals and prices. WNC Ford dealerships were unwilling to negotiate on used vehicles or provide a decent price for a trade-in vehicle due to surplus inventory from the Covid-19 pandemic. When we arrived, our salesman Eddie had the vehicle ready for a test drive and there was no pressure to buy. We loved the used vehicle we drove and our purchase experience was quick and easy. In and out of dealership in about 2 hours and we are extremely happy with our used 2017 Ford F-150 XLT Crew-cab truck with a lifetime powertrain warranty! Im not sure if this is the only Ford dealership that provides a lifetime vehicle powertrain warranty, but this advantage and added insurance is a great incentive. Great car buying experience - DHolley302I had a very good overall experience at Cleveland Ford. Ryan was very friendly and answered all of my questions effectively. He was also very honest and straightforward. All of the other staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. I got an excellent deal on my 2010 Mazda Tribute, which I am very pleased with so far.
I recently had my 2019 Ford Escape serviced at the Cleveland Ford dealership and it was such an easy process to get it scheduled and dropped off. I had great communication and information from James Rodriguez about their services and my automobile. I would recommend the service department at Cleveland Ford to everyone!
I had a great experience. Never felt pressured to buy and I got a great deal!Edited to mention I bought my truck from Paul Schonebeck last year. I still know that I got a great deal, and I have used it to haul gravel, firewood, dirt and whatever I need it for. It is still going strong and I have not had any problems! First off, this was my first time ever buying a new truck.. I know good customer service when I get it. And this place was simply fantastic. Every single person I talked to was amazing and super nice. Even after staying well passed their closing time they made sure I was satisfied before I left. I visited other ford dealerships and let me tell you, going to Ford of Cleveland was a complete 180 from the others. It was shocking how bad I got treated at the other ford dealerships, I assume because I was young and didnt look rich. But these guys kept with me and got me in a very nice Ford Ranger that Im going to baby forever. I am honored to have been served by JD. He was a genuinely super nice guy that you would want to sell you a car or truck. I am very very pleased. I am very glad I chose this place for my purchase.
Was interested in buying a truck, at first very communicative. Straight forward. Took a while but I made up my mind to buy it. Tried to work out the details because I’m 700 miles away. Zach Stevens very helpful. Another sales person called me on 8/20. I told them I had to work out travel details, and I needed a buy order from them, id get it over to the bank to finalize, and be able to arrange wire transfer or cashiers check from there. Sales person (who’s name I mistakenly didn’t get) said they’d get it over to me. Later another person from the dealer calls, I explained I wanted the truck and was waiting on the sales order to turn in to the bank. They said ok, that person will get back with you and email it, we have your email. This was the only time I had for the next month to arrange purchase. Now I’ve still got no sales order, can’t proceed. The initial contact the dealer was great, Zach was extremely helpful. But when i submitted inquires online I explained I’d prefer contact via text or email. (I like records of who and when I communicated to/with) on top of that I’m at work all day and can’t always take calls. Overall I got the feeling the dealer really wanted to sell me the truck. Started off great but follow through was less than stellar.
Overall, Cleveland Ford (CF) did an exceptional job with regard to my vehicle purchase. My initial contact with CF was with Ron Carelli. Although a Sales Consultant, I felt Ron was more my personal expeditor. He deftly handled my trade-in, patiently provided detail information on used cars, and managed the internal paperwork necessary to close. All of this was done via internet. Ron met with me before normal business hours to inspect car choices and test drive, and to get my trade-in vehicle appraised.It all worked out—a reasonable trade-in value, an excellent used car purchase (2019 Ford Escape S with less than 4K) and, quick closing, thanks to Chris. At no time did I feel pressured or manipulated in the transaction, and CFs used car inventory was extensive. Before leaving I was introduced to Ryan the Service Department Manager who reviewed the first 15K miles of vehicle service in detail and answered several technical questions. Chopper, the Manager, was on-hand before I left to personally thank me, and was able to answer a few more questions before I left.

Cleveland Ford was more than willing to come to the house to get my car and return it. Made me feel good to see this kind of service still exist in these trying times in the USA.
