Very unprofessional supposedly it was a young guy in there alone, and he told me on the phone he could do same-day delivery. When I went there he told me he couldnt do it today because he was the only one there and he didnt feel like it. Mind you the price didnt matter. I just wanted my furniture delivered the same day as I was promised. Gotta do better.

They don’t tell you that there’s a 75 dollar shipping fee, which I didn’t understand because I’m 5 minutes away, I could’ve just picked up my things but they didn’t tell my before I swiped my card and they can’t refund you at all. But the girl there was nice.

The mattress I bought on the showroom floor wasnt the same a s what wad sold to me...they sold me a UNEVEN LUMPY mattress.& now of course I have to buy another one!!!!!- from another store of course!😠😠😠😠😠😠

Good service, had to do an online order for my box springs. Not to happy with them though, the wood on one of the box springs has snapped near the end an had to replace with a heavier piece of wood under the bed

Customer service. Was lousy. My 2 girls and I walked around the entire store three times and NEVER HAD 1 EMPLOYEE SAY HI. I LEFT AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND BOUGHT A LIVING ROOM SET FOR $3,000.

Horrible experience will not be back ever . Went and put my daughter a bed and dressEr in layaway I payed it down went back Saturday to pick it up and pay what I owed they sold her bed that and said they have more coming in . My thing is anytime I put something in layaway it’s never suppose to be sold without even calling and informing me . So long story short they end up selling me another bed and dresser and taking money off for inconvenience .

False advertising sign on appliance said 229.00 each but then said they can only sell as a set then showed me some low grade ones in their basement

They have the best deals they do financing layaway and more they will almost give you great deal plus they threw in a lamp for my furniture

Been riding around looking for mattress sets every location kept trying to sell me bedroom sets and other things I dont need but this nice young man name Hiram helped us out and contact his boss and we came out even better and for our mattress sets and they very reasonable will be returning here.
