I went to buy one pair oftennis rackets but unfortunately I only found one racket.The prices were also high weather for grocery or other staffThe area is also not safe, there were some homeless near the store, I didnt feel secure

I would say that this is the worst experience of my life, but it seems like every single time I come into this Walmart it seems to be the worst experience of my life! I use the restroom and I have absolutely no toilet paper, but at least that was better than the last time when I walked into the restroomand there was feces all over multiple toilet seats!! they have the money center closed and are directing people to go to customer service, and there is only one poor girl working behind the counter while two or three other workers pace back and forth next to her!! Cant get no help at all and when you do ask somebody for help they completely blow you off and dont give you the time of day!! I have been standing in line for over 45 minutes now and still have six people in front of me!! While there are three or four workers standing around her not doing anything!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great location and hours for all of my family needs. Not a big fan of Walmart but this was a different experience that was pleasant!

I’ve been waiting at the car lights for a hour, and still no one came. And when I ask the workers if they have the key, they say no, but don’t even try to get someone who does.

This is absolutely the worst Walmart. It is so dirty. The shelves are always empty. The employees just do whatever they are doing. Then everything is in locked cases. I cant even get toothpaste without getting help. Then on top of that you cant find an employee who ants to help you.

I only go here early in the day, never late at night. I have never seen this place look like a disaster. The store looks decent and well stocked and organized. Bathrooms need better maintenance. Staff dont seem very happy or very polite. Wal-Mart should do a better job with registers and cashiers. At this point they should abandon self check outs. Using one of those is the worse experience.

Shopping was good. Although things have been challenging for most companies Wal-Mart is really trying. They had plenty check out lines open to support the long lines. The wait in line wasnt long at all and the shelves were stocked really well 👌. It was a very positive experience 😀. Outside of me wanting fresh flowers that for the most part were all wilted away.

There going out of business and its hard to find what youre looking for. Go now and get the things you need.

Drove around the parking lot maybe 10 times and asked 3 associates where the drive up was for online orders? One associate just told me I passed it and had to turn around.. so I drove around another 4x before I found an associate near the entrance door and asked her if she knew where it was.. she rudely told me that it was in the parking lot and there would be a big sign saying drive up. They both made me to understand it was In the middle of their big parking lot. I drove again realizing Im not crazy.. theres no drive up sign in their parking lot. So I found another employee in regular clothes with a walkie.. she was very nice and could have been a manager. She explained to me that it was on the side of the building near the auto store. *Finally* I drove to the side of the building and called the number on the sign.. waited another 10-15 minutes and finally had my item come out. Crazy experience but expected from steelyard. 😒

They must have new management there, the store was very well organized and stocked. I really love the new look, keep up the great work!

If I could give this negative Stars I would, tried to find a last-minute piece for a Halloween costume and it looks like Hurricane Sandy went through the aisle. It was damn near impossible to find anything.

Lies! Google says they choose at 11pm but Im literally in front of the store as Im typing this & theyre dark & they say theyre closed. So... 10pm, not 11pm

Had an awesome employee help me out w beard oils. Didnt catch his name he was white and special. but hes great, found my product and talked to us. Very polite guy.

I go to this Walmart on a regular basis because it is convenient for me. Unfortunately customer service its absolutely terrible. I can count on one hand the actual sales associates and staff that have been polite and willing to help and Im not using all five fingers.

I havent been here in ages and I will not be back ever! This store used to be clean and the associates used to be polite, forget that now! The whole store is a mess and the clerks rude. The parking lot is under patrol cam but there were at least 3 separate groups smoking blunts at 2:30 pm

I can’t stand this Walmart! They are out of EVERYTHING! I found the soap I wanted but it was open and the last one and they wouldn’t gives discount. I don’t like Steelyard (any of the stores). I only come to this area because it’s on my way home. Do yourself a favor and drive farther for better assortment of items

Always ghetto never fails!! Its a big sign at customer service saying they take returns with or without the receipt, the chick says its up to the manager, she was nice. Its always something when I go to this store. Messy shelves,outta stock. Im only giving 2 stars because the chick wasnt rude this time

I love Walmart, always have. Where shopping is a pleasure!!! Only problem is that there is not enough cashiers. You do get to know people in line.

Walmart is almost always crowded, but I usually check out in the cosmetics department or the the self-checkout line. Another thing to do at Walmart is to check the clearance aisle to get good bargains. At the SteelYard, the clearance aisle is close to the hardware aisle. I cant remember the exact aisle number, but on my next comment Ill be able to tell you the exact number. Each store has its own clearance area, so ask an associate to help you to find it. I have gotten some very good deals in the clearance area, so make that your first stop when shopping at Walmart.

Found all I came for and then 😌 something extra it was a pleasant experience so many things have change on the outside nothing that concerns Walmart. I will continue to come back cause the sales personnel stock personnel is always helpful 👌

Well l was met by a greeter whose directions were on point. The tennis shoes, in my size, not one but three pairs were available. Checkout was quick based on the store was full due to the 4th of July holiday. .i am well satisfied.

I went to Money Service Center only, the line was a little long but it moved very fast. Cashier was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Long lines, overworked employees, good prices, stock levels were good. Staff was very friendly but obviously stretched thin.

A few shelves were empty in different depts. They have discontinued carrying certain items (like gv blueberry pancakes) bcs they werent making as much $ as buttermilk brand. I went down to Steelyard Walmart, they didnt have either. Shameful. Please give the customer what they want. They raised prices on Clear American bottled water and Jack Daniels and competitors spare ribs. For months, they were not making rotisserie chicken. They resumed as of last week 9/12/21. They discontinued selling (Frescas) chicken bacon which is a good quality and price (no reason given). The GV/Sams thick cut bacon is paper thin-name is very misleading. They no longer have the dirt devil vacuum filters. I havent seen the Bolthouse vanilla chai tea in months. What happened to customer demand? Apparently, Walmart doesnt care. Walmart is usually short-staffed.

It has everything you expect a WalMart Supercenter to have, but a few notes:It is incredibly disorganized. Stuff has been moved by customers and never put back. This happens at all of these kinds of stores, but usually not to this extent.Their produce is TERRIBLE. They try to have a big selection, and they really fail at it. Like, moldy, rotting ears of corn terrible. I advise just avoiding it.The sales staff isnt super friendly or helpful. They will try to avoid you - more than once I was waving one down who would look at me and the turn and head the other way.In sum, try target across the street!

Crowded, unorginazed, not enough registers open, dirty, empty shelves. The place is just a hot mess

Its kinda hit or miss... I suggest going at the dead hours... If not grab 20 items or less. Otherwise youre in line 15-45 minutes. I have 3 kids. 7, 5 year olds and 4 month old (at the time of writing this) I cant take them shopping with me because standing in line is too much for their energy. If youre shopping for anything cold be warned its going to thaw out before you get home. The shelves are usually stocked. But Ive gone before and missed out buying half my grocery list because this Walmart is a busy place. Oh!!! If youre buying formula they have it in a case now so you have to ring for an employee... That can take up to 20 minutes before someone comes and its always an elderly person. Now I have no issue with the elderly, my problem is I stock buy to avoid this place, so when a elderly person comes out to grab 3+ cans of formula I feel guilty. Theres so many young people running around playing on their phones but you send the 50+ person to grab armfuls of formula. I dont care if its in their job description its not right. They have to carry my formula up to the register.... No... Just no...

My nails done I was there at 9:50 they opened at 10:00 the people were very nice very efficient and very helpful my nails are beautiful and I love it

I try to never visit the Steelyard location of Wal-Mart due to the fact that most of the employees are very rude and dont care to take of the customers that come in. They stand around and talk to each other or on their phones. Take customers that just walk up instead of ones that were standing there waiting on them to finally do there job. The shelves there are half stocked and unorganized. Seeing things like that makes me realize what this world is coming to and its a shame!!!

Great prices and deals at this Walmart and although its almost always packed the lines move pretty quick and they keep it pretty clean at this location

The bathrooms are horrible its look like theyve never been clean; water in the aisles on the groceries side of the store; and in the food aisles open boxes in the frozen section with items missing and just put back in with missing items.On the bottled water aisle; containers are open with bottle water missing and or open water bottles all over the aisle and thrown to the back of the pallets.This was a very horrible experience and I will never visit the steel yard location again.We are trying to turn the corner on covid and we cant do that with the rest rooms looking so terrible..

Alot of walkng around high as hell and not too much to buy unless you know what your looking for and subway sucks food is bad workers are sloppy dont follow directions my entire order was horrible and Im still hungry I spoke to manager about my.order he didnt correct it

I go here for my monthly grocery haul and prices are good and lots of options. Can also easily go to the other side of the store to get clothes or medicine and whatnot. A lot of small items are locked so would need to call on an employee to get some stuff. Usually long lines at check out but it is what it is.

If you plan to go to this Walmart make sure you are making a day of it because shopping is fairly easy and you can find everything you need, but check out is a 45 min process at best. Also Its definitely not the cleanest Walmart out there and a few of the employees can be really rude. If you live in the neighborhood and have no other choice this store pretty much has all you need in one stop. But I would much rather take the 15 extra minutes and drive to the Walmart on Brookpark Rd!

Steelyards is one of the worst Walmarts that I have ever visited. We only made it to the clothing departments, and personal care items. They were out of a lot. The store was not veey clean and the restrooms were disgusting! The associates were rude.

Very aggravating when you call, check the internet, and it says right on the doors that they close at 11PM but are then not allowed in at just 10PM that they are closing! Also this store gets trashed so quickly when they have a lot more inner city traffic terring it up daily! They need a bit of help when they store also must do a LOT more in sales too!

Atrocious. Front door clearly states the store is open until 11 and an employee spoke into the loudspeaker that the store was closing at 10 for no apparent reason and that we all needed to make our purchases and get out. We were redirected between five different lines by cashiers rudely. Our final cashier was texting and using her airpods. Interestingly enough she was going at a snails pace while being simultaneously upset wish us still being in the store. The store was also dirty and disheveled.

The website say 11pm for closing but close at 10pm. Dont waste your time. They hardly ever stocked up and things is all out of place. Management dont care either. Its no star for me and i live 10min away. I will drive 30 min to Avon.

I always enjoy going to walmart. Im able to find what I need. Although I wanted curtains the color I wanted.

Some of the employees were friendly, others were rude. Store was a bit sloppy and the only employees fixing it were a few managers. Its never good when your own employees are littering inside the store expecting someone else to pick it up.

The staff was very helpful and I was able to find my items.

Items supposedly in stock were not. Upon asking an employee for assistance, I was told that was it. She didnt care about the empty boxes, lack of the size that was there online in this store, or assisting me. She was talking to her coworker, instead. However, I took the empty box to the cashier. She expressed concern and agreed to report it to her manager.Some people go to work to work, others just need friends.

Change the name to Hood-mart. Unfortunately, it seems like no matter the city, every urban store visted is lacking product selection, cleanliness, the workers are often rude. This one is a the top.

It was business as usual, I must admit theyve come a long way in improving the customer experience. the ilses are clear and clutter free, the overall appearance is neat & clean. The self checkouts definitely makes faster to get in and out. However did I find everything ok? No, some shelves were low or out of stock on a few thingsI was looking for.

Ive always liked Walmart. It truly is a one stop shop type of place. Every time I go, they are well stocked and items on the shelf are clean and neat. Of course, like most stores, the checkout process is sometimes slow with there being so many customers.

Bad we ordered a fan and was coming to pick it waited outside for an hour calling repeatedly and nothing. Always someone is on their way. I went inside and did some other shopping and still nothing. We leave after canceling the order and our tires just touched the road and we got a call asking us where we were at like we were late or something. LOL!!!!

I have nothing really bad to say about this Walmart although it gets a bad rap I honestly have to say Ive been going there since it opened way back when and I got to tell you I havent seen the first fight there or incident yet I never have an issue there for me the things I need are always there I seem to be able to get in and get out all in all I think its a pretty good Walmart
