Wonderful local coffee shop!Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, super safe & COVID-friendly, awesome coffee.I enjoyed a honey cinnamon oat milk latte - DELICIOUS.Not too sweet, deep roasted flavor but not burnt or bitter. They don’t charge for the oat milk which is extremely kind of them.Seems like they have a lot of regulars & I can see why! If I lived closer I’d 100% be one of them!I’ll be back for another latte (or 2, or 3...) and to try their cookies, bagels, and scones for sure.Support local & give em a try!

A great coffee shop has to first have great coffee and Phoenix doesnt disappoint. The atmosphere of the place is great. They have one of the best vinyl collections I have seen and excellent music is always playing. They are worth the trip.

Great Café. Their self-roasted coffee is really great. And they make their own oat milk, too! Best: there is no extra charge for oat milk! The location is nice with lots of seating and fast WiFi. Perfect to work on a laptop. You can also sit outside. Quite noisy.

Staff was extremely rude. One of our members in the group did not have their face mask over their nose and they instantly shouted as we walked in the door put your mask over your nose. We did not receive a good morning or hello. They had a false sense of power over the customers so our entire group left and purchased coffee somewhere else. You can still have hospitality during Covid.

I always stop here on the way through Cleveland. Though you can’t stay and enjoy the back deck at the moment (due to pandemic restrictions) the space is nicely designed, the staffers are friendly, and the coffee is great. I had the best blackberry basil scone today - just that scone was worth a stop. Lovely murals outside as well.Support small businesses!

These folks know how to roast dinner beans! My favorite local roaster. For some reason everyone elses beans are too oily and they wreak havoc on my grinder and metal filters, not Phoenix! Talented and friendly baristas at this location, too.

Didnt have a problem with the iced latte.... But when we stopped to chat outside against the patio railing, we where shooed off by the gal inside. I understand its covid season... But seemed a little accesive....

I had a great experience here. The staff were very welcoming and answered any questions I had. The coffee was very good with a good pull on the espresso. The snacks are good with the standard coffee shop fare. The ambiance of the shop was the real enjoyment. The outside patios made for open, airy seating. The interior was very nice as well with plenty of seating. They have a large collection of vinyl that they rotate through. You can find what album is currently playing on the wall over the espresso machine. This shop is definitely worth the visit.

Knowing I was going in for just a black coffee made myself confident enough to go in. Got a black dark roast coffee and it was very hot and very fresh. Great taste to it and satisfied my coffee craving for the day. A few more grounds in the coffee than I would have liked; but given the quality and time I got it. Not an issue.

Small town vibes just a short walk from downtown Cleveland. Very chill, lots of coffee options, delicious pourover and knowledgable staff that are genuinely interested in coffee. Had a cool conversation with my barista about the brew I was drinking. They were cool that I sat and worked on my laptop while drinking, and theyre dog friendly too. Great place and if Im ever in the city again, Ill definitely be returning.

Awesome coffee place. Its quaint inside and there are a couple of chairs at the coffee bar, they have Cleveland Bagel Company bagels here and a bunch of coffees and flavors. The service is wonderful and they are dog friendly so make sure to bring your pooch in so random people can pet him or her and the employees can ask if they can give your dog a treat. They also have a good selection of teas as well, and the price is reasonable.

Nice hip spot in the heart of Ohio City. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating in front and patio seating in the back. Nice music for extended visits.

Today was my first time here, as I was passing through town. I ordered an Iced Chai Tea Latte, to go, and by the time I paid for it I had it in front of me. That WAS quick. And it tasted great. Next time Im in the area, Ill be stopping here again.

Amazing coffee and tea. The place is cool and hip and super dog friendly, like when I was here there were about 5 different dogs with their humans. Also the coffee is delicious and service is super quick. For coffee in Phoenix this is my jam.

When we moved to Cleveland, this was our first stop off of a red eye flight. We sat down and were welcomed and chatted up and served delicious coffees and goodies. The people working here really make the entire experience - they are so friendly and fun. Great place to sit and hang and connect with the community.

Cool coffee place. They have great cappuccinos there and the service was good. Add the fact that the insidr of thid place is modern and they make good use of the space and you have a 5 star coffee place.

The best Phoenix Coffee around (are there any others left?) and the staff is very helpful with any questions you might have. They do nearly every style of coffee you can imagine, and its quick service every time. The location itself is warm and inviting, plenty of places to sit both inside and out and a small but great selection of food to grab while youre having your coffee.

Simply put: its everything youre looking for in a coffee shop.

I spend too much time and money here probably. There is somewhat limited seating and during peak hours you may find that most seats are taken, but thats more during the winter and for the most part you can find a place to post up. Can be a little dim if lighting is important to you. The nitro toddy is the best on the west side. Bonus: enormous record collection ranging from The Beatles to Mrs. Miller.

Quite a subtle, yet quaint little cozy coffee shop. Good selection on drinks and pastries.Even fresh ground coffee to take home if youd like.The wifi in here is very good, and the outdoor seating is placed well. Very relaxing and a good view.

Good coffee

I had a cup of hot chocolate and a bacon and cheese croissant. It was very good and fresh tasting. The chocolate could have been a bit sweeter. The parking was quite limited. Nevertheless, Id try it again!

Hot black coffee is really good. They always have 3 blends available with different flavors. Also, nitro toddies are great in the summer sun. Or grab an iced coffee, you know they brew it right because its got a milky sweetness without actually assume other to the drink.Staff is always nice and they can answer your questions.

Coffee and space were great.Cackling group of millennial teachers on back patio were rude as hell to everyone else.People need to be aware of their surroundings. Regardless of age, there are social norms that should be followed.This is not somewhere you go to shout about who you hate at work. You never know who is listening.Save that for the bar.

The location is adorable love the copper work on the wall and the outdoor patio is so cute.I usually make my beverages at home but decided to come in for an iced chai to go. Unfortunately I didnt taste it until I was well away from the shop. It tasted like a cup of milk with a little cinnamon in it, not the collection of teas/spice I was hoping for.If Id tried it while I was still there Im sure they would have fixed it (they were all very friendly) but Im a little disappointed.That said I will go back and try them again.

Some of the best coffee around. Not a lot of food items to choose from, but the salted bagels are delicious. Nice outdoor patio, dog friendly, and all music is from the record player.

Great coffee, have almond milk available which I appreciate and local pastries. When its nice out the patio is a great place to have a meeting in nature. Parking can be problematic at times but overall OK

What is up with only having Whole or Almond milk? Skim or low-fat would be a nice option.

In my quest to try all the coffee shops in Cleveland, I stopped in. The coffee was fantastic and so was the service! There was a nice selection of pastries as well. Im looking forward to stopping in again!

Hot cocoa is a small cup of overpriced tasteless foam, music is intrusive, decoration is nice. Next time I will head to the public library instead. It is more tranquil there, and they have free water.

From the drip (which Im very picky about) to the lattes, its very well prepared and absolutely worth the trip. Theres the usual line that extends out the door but its worth it for the coffee.

Once we found this eclectic little coffee shop, we were smitten. We will 100% be visiting again.

A warm and intimate cafe experience with the nicest baristas in town. Note that you cant park in the parking lot, as its for residents; but you can usually nab a 15 minute spot on the street.

Its a cute little coffee shop in the heart of Ohio City with a great outdoor patio and a rustic industrial vibe inside. My favorite drink is the iced chai tea--it tastes a lot like horchata! I love that I can bring my puppy and sit outside with her while enjoying my tea. I just wished it was open later and the furniture was a bit comfier.
