Horrible....Tried to get a machine ordered for our facility, next thing our bank is shutting the card down because of their website. Dont buy anything expensive or you end up with a cancelled card. The Cust Service is obviously hand picked from the circus.
For a company called Joyfay, their customer support could use some more joy. Dealt with their customer support staff to fix a CC issue. Support staff was a bit rude, more so apathetic. They wouldnt accept my billing address that Ive used several times on other sites since placing the joyfay order. I just ended up cancelling the order after they wouldnt accept it unless I called my bank.
The bear came in less than a week. It looked just like it did in the picture. She was pleased. Nuff said.
I order my nephews Halloween party on the 22nd of September. On the 23rd I call to change size and they did not even have my order. On the 30 I called once more to check on the status and...no costume, BUT the charges were finalized on the 24th. In spite of communicating NON-STOP for 2 months, I ended up with: 1) NO COSTUME 2) CHARGED A LOT INCLUDING $37 EXPEDITION 3) NO SORRY. They keep blaming Chinas shipments, but its simply overbooking right here in the US. They had no dress in the first place, and they let me linger until this morning with the last e-mail I got : THE MEDIUM WILL BE MAKE ON OCT10TH. Bweare of anything you buy, because you might never receive it.
Delivered a shipping container to their location,unloaded within the hour, friendly people,took me an hour earlier than my appointment A+++++
Met the owner and took a tour of the building.
