This store has lost a long time customer. If they are going to offer online sales, they should honor those sales. After following their rules for an online layaway purchase, they sold the item to someone else. My comment was worded correctly and I never received the email to pay for the layaway. I cannot and will not recommend them. I will urge my friends to look at other legitimate online sites whose prices are just as comparable.

This is such an adorable little store. The prices are reasonable and the workers are so sweet. Its a very clean and relaxed environment for shopping.

I went in around the Fall of 2020 and was the only shopper. I dont look like a slug or anything, but the staff member there followed me around everywhere I went like I was going to shoplift. Very offended and I wont be back to shop in the Cleveland store. My consignment experience there a few years ago was great though!!

Im very disappointed in the service that this store provides. I purchased something over a week ago online. Never received a shipping notice. Ive called 3 times. Each time I was told someone would call me back. No one did. Then I was told that my item would ship the next day. Never received shipping notice. Called again and was told it shipped that day but couldnt get a tracking number. Who ships something and cant provide a tracking number. Im beyond frustrated and will NEVER purchase from them again.

Such a great store! Every person I met was so polite and friendly! They have a huge diversification or items. From YSL, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, to everyday affordable staples. I got a bag that was in excellent condition and I saved so much money! Thanks Prior Attire!

We brought a bunch of my wifes clothes and shoes, that she never wears, and they were very polite & had a nice variety of clothing

There is such a wide variety of items and sizes. Something for everyone. Amanda and Bri were very helpful and pleasant. Amanda even went the extra mile to help me find a shirt to go with pants I had found. I will definitely be back!

Very nice staff. They have slightly used name brands. When I want a new piece and am low on funds I drop by. Watch it though, sometimes you can get new stuff at terrific sales at high end stores for the same price at certain times of the year. They do buy clothes at a fairly reasonable price, but are very picky. Expect to be turned down but dont take it personally.

This is a wonderful business with an excellent approach and attitude towards their customers. We go to Prior Attire first and they always treat us well. Thank you Prior Attire, thank you very much for all you do. You’ve earned another loyal customer.

They are so nice in that store not expensive I bought one of my daughters prom dresses there. They have layaway there too

I would give a 10 star review if I could . We drove my handicap grand daughter over from Georgia. She is going to special needs prom dance. I cant even begin to tell you how patient EMMA was she was so helpful and my grand daughter said yes to the dress. Emma your heart matches your beauty . Then we went over to the other side of store where KRISINDA helped us again so helpful and kind!!! Very clean store with beautiful things. Thank you Prior Attire for making this grand mother heart smile with joy seeing how happy you made my grand daughter.

Ill never go back after today. Ive shopped here several times, but after today Ill never go back. We saw a dress hanging up behind the counter and asked about it. The manager said it didnt have tags but she would check to see how much it is. She said she looked it up and it was $29.99. I told her I wanted it and she said it was mine. The cashier started to ring me up and I pulled out my card to pay and then the manager decided I couldnt have the dress until she checked the price AGAIN. She said she would have to take my number and call me to tell me how much it was. She called later to tell me the dress was now $126. Dont tell a customer a price unless youre sure about it and DEFINITELY dont tell them something is theirs and then snatch it back from the cashier and tell them they cant have it!! I was buying that dress for my sister-in-law for her homecoming and that dress was perfect. You got both of our hopes up for nothing. I was a repeat customer until today. Ill never come back.

Really enjoy stopping in both the prior attire locations. I am never disappointed. They have such a variety of clothing and shoes its hard not to find something. Dont forget to take a look up towards the ceiling you will see some beautiful bags at really good prices

I love Prior Attire! Ive never been big on shopping consignment, but this store always has quality items from my favorite brands.They get in the best designer handbags too! The staff is friendly and always tries to help you in any way they can.

Cashier was texting and calling people did not acknowledge we where in the store felt as if it was a burden on her that we where in the store. Nice dresses not so great customer service also closed 15 min early locked the door as we walked out. Do not recommend if you want any customer service.

Most things are small or xs but nice clothes and good prices and occasionally larger sizes very nicely kept store

I always have bad experience with the cashier named Melinda. She was being so prejudice and nasty to me and the manager of the store was right there and she didn’t even reprimanded her for that. I will never go back to that store because of the way I was treated!!!
