Cashier said restroom was closed even though sign said ask cashier to open the restroom. No sign stating hours of operation for restroom.Edit. Cashier stated was COVID policy...but then said it was due to homeless problem in area... Please have proper sign on building of exact policy and hours

This Speedway was difficult to maneuver through, when it came to the “Cup of Joe” or Coffee Station. If it wasnt for the attendant ‘Bree’ I probably wouldn’t have even attempted to proceed in purchasing my favorite iced coffee. But Bree was quick to help, polite, and completely understanding when it came to my absolute lost concerns! Big thanks to Bree for being a genuinely caring employee.

Why the person would just keep going about their business, seeing me stand there waiting to use the bathroom idk..... When I asked if there was a key I needed THEN I was told the bathrooms were closed until 3...wth

Nothing like having to ask the cashier permission to use the bathroom. Even better when they have to holler across the store, hey! This lady needs to be let into the bathroom! This is 2021, right?!

I’m extremely disappointed with the overall condition of this location! The flooring Inside this location is disgustingly dirty and chipped and I would consider it unsafe and a hazard. The outside of this location is extremely dirty and could use a power wash.

Its a gas station where you can get just about anything.

This store refuses service and would not let me enter due to the fact that I am physically unable to wear a standard face mask. I wear a faceshield instead. I am able to enter the hospital and any other speedway locations. Staff need to needs to be trained on ADA laws.

As always the crew and Managers here at W. 150th St. Speedway Station are phenomenal.So I go in to get Brkfst Pizza which btw is very good, and the lady in front of me takes two pieces.So I see Sharon coming with supplies to restock the food bar, I asked if she could get another one and make it fresh, she stopped what she was doing and in minutes she returned with one that was ready, I said wow that was fast thanks so much.Jeff has all his employees well trained and they give fast and friendly service especially for as busy as this store is.Just one more thing to say!Great job today Kiya, Sharon and Zac!!!

Friendly employees, store and restroom are kept clean and even when busy they get you out quickly.

Very rude at 2am. I walked in, there was an employee mopping which I did not see until I walked down an aisle, everywhere was freshly mopped floors so I very carefully passed through to the restroom. There were several customers. I was the only female. From the bathroom I hear are you f***ing kidding me, she walked on the wet floor then she was complaining about it to her co worker very loudly as i checked out.All of the floors were wet, if its a problem i guess you should lick the doors & not let customers in!!!

3 of the last 4 times I been in there they havent had in stock their own store brand of cigarettes. I dont plan on returning. Also their staff is rude.

Went in to buy a Carmel Cappuccino at around 12:35am 07-17-18 after leaving the airport and got half way downtown Cleveland to realize that it was really diluted. I called and Zach answered the phone and as I proceeded to inform him of my problem, he hanged up on me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe the phone got disconnected somehow, so called back 4-5 times and no answer. I will definitely call corporate in the morning! Very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that speed way!

Often busy and a crazy lot to drive around, understaffed, dirty, and slow service. I live very close to this Speedway and go to other ones further from my home.
