I book the last appointment that was available in their website, showed up and the girl was like, Ooh! I don’t know why it booked you, and she turned to the stylist and asked her if she was available and she was shaking her head saying no, I have plans scheduled.( since when do stylist personal time have anything to do with business) I will never return here again, since this is how they clearly run their business based on their personal time. I am very angry! Was coming here for the first time…… NEVER again!

Love this store! A woman could go broke in this store. The staff is always willing to help you find what you are looking for. And if you sign up to emails. They send out coupons frequently and you will get a surprise for your birthday.

I love the staff here so much and especially Jacob. I always love talking to him and he’s super sweet. I would pick Ulta over Sephora any day and find myself in this store every week. It was just what this town needed

I found what I was looking for in stock..a bit pricey though...I didnt like the questions at the register asking for phone number,then email...I just wanted to pay for my stuff and get out of the store cause it was overly hot in there... everyone working was nice though

It was my first time going in Ulta, the sales representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. I was able to find the perfect shade in the tarte shape tape concealer I have been wanting thanks to the girl who helped me.

If you get your eyebrows done by anyone let it be Jade! She did a fantastic job and I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in years because I had a very bad experience at another place, but she eased all my anxiety and really did an amazing job I could stop looking at them in my car mirror and also when I got home

I always get my not online makeup at Ulta. Their staff is sweet, their products typically good quality, and prices are fair for name brand makeup

Visited for the first time today, excited to have an Ulta here now.! Sadly disappointed in my experience. One associate was shrieking and telling a story so loudly to another associate, it could be heard clear at the back of the store. This went on the entire time I was in the store. The story I was forced to overhear was very unprofessional. I also was rather shocked to see this person wearing theatrical clown makeup. Seriously. Not someone who I would go to for makeup advice. I am pretty sure other customers shared my opinion, as more than one rolled her eyes at me and shook our heads as we were forced to hear this extremely loud person tell her strange story.

Love ULTA but this one is even more FANTASTIC! Several associates asked to help and Alyssa walked me around to find everything that I wanted and helped me with shades and styles.

Spent alot of money there to get a free robe but they didnt have none !

Staff here is not too interested in helping out customers and too busy talking amongst themselves and don’t want to honor their own return policy, appears disorganized with all the shipping boxes, will gladly go to Hamilton Place Ulta or Sephora than here
