Need parts? Dont count on this company replying to your emails or the promise of a return call. Horrible customer service after the sale. My advice to you, shop elsewhere .
Great down to earth service
They have good quality equipment its a little pricey though
Recently purchased a Yukon angled leg press from individual on Facebook. Call Yukon concerning replacement of metal rails and bushings. The gentleman I spoke with from Yukon said they could replace the rails and bushings no problem. After receiving the wrong parts in the mail, following no email or confirmation number being sent to me from the initial phone call, I contacted the owner of Yukon Fitness. I was told to ship the parts back to him at my cost. After sending the parts back through fed ex with a signature requirement, I had not heard from Yukon after one week. At this time I contacted yukon concerning the parts I need As well as sending an email with photos. So far I’m out $120 and over a month long process of getting the correct parts in. I called today and spoke with the owner Who told me “I’ll get to it when I get to it“. “This is a 50,000 square-foot building and parts replacement is not what we do here“. “Our machines are made in China“. I asked for a refund at which time the owner said that “I’ll get to the refund when I feel like getting to the refund“. And then proceeded to hang up on me. I highly recommend that no one does business with this company as their customer service is horrible, their communication with buyers absolutely sucks! I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as fight the charges with my bank to get my money back.
I sent my HLS 2000 leg sled back. Cheaply designed and cheaply made. Looks as if someone built it out of their garage. The sled had metal to metal dragging on the frame. The welding joints still had splatter on the finished product. All the foam and upholstery is cheap. The back board falls off every time you get off the machine. It came scratched and missing parts. No manual or touch up paint. I had to pay shipping to return a defective machine.I highly recommend you not buy a Yukon Product. You will regret it. I didJ.D. Foust
Horrendous company. Stay away. Substandard equipment. Substandard customer service. If you value your money and your sanity, stay away.
Ordered their vertical leg press about a week ago. It arrived yesterday, and the first thing I noticed was the box appeared to be a little banged up (not neccessiarily Yukons fault). When I opened the box, I noticed slightly bent parts, poor quality welding, and burn marks (from welding I assume). I assembled the machine according to their instructions, which to their credit were straight forward and easy. When the machine was fully assembled, I noticed it was flimsy and was clearly uneven. I tested it with a mere 70 lbs and the supports started to wobble. Their website claims this particular vertical leg press can support up to 600 lbs. However, it doesnt appear to safely handle under 100 lbs. NOTE: It did not come with Olympic sleeve adaptors, however I did use my own when I tested it, and it was the supports that shook, not the weight plates. When I inquired about returning the machine, the customer service rep assumed I did something wrong because these rarely come back, which is hard to believe after reading all their poor reviews.Long story short, they are requiring me to pay the shipping, and a 15% restocking fee in order to get a refund. The original shipping fee is also non-refundable. I do not recomend their products as they are poor quality.Furthermore, their customer service was quick to reply, but were very apathetic, which is too bad. Prior to this experience, I thought highly of this company.
Purchased a leg sled and it was rusted and dented when I opened the box. The foot plate doesnt fit into the holes. The sled scrapes the inside of the frame. Been trying to get them to take care of this for a month or 2 and it has gotten nowhere.
Great!
Great experience
