GFS has great prices and has everything from vegetables, dairy, fresh or frozen meats, restaurant sulies, breads, deli meats sliced to order and more... must check out

I purchased some pulled pork and pulled chicken for my daughters party but realized i had gotten the wrong pulled pork when i dropped it off to my daughter. It didnt have the BBQ sauce in it. It took me a few days to take it back, but when i did the guy tells me there was one missing. I guess there is supposed to be three in a box. Well i can honestly say i had no idea what he was saying because i have never even bought this here before. I didnt even know what to say. Im.sure it happens. And i should have demanded a refund. Because im sure the person who really took the other one would have. I walked out, threw it in the trash. Now im out the money. I was embarrassed. Im not sure what hapoened...where the missing product went. Was it ever there...did someone else return it. But i know i did not. And now GFS has lost a customer over $17.00

This is one of my favorite location. The workers are always nice and willing to help find anything. The store is always fully stocked and clean. Fast service with a smile always.

It was my first time here. My children and I were amazed at all the items. And everything was very neat and in order. So cool. Well absolutely be coming back.

They welcome you when you arrive and always fresh coffee ready for your adventure there. All sales persons were helpful directing you to anything that you might be interested in. And at checkout when there is more than one person in line somebody else comes to the other register to help you with your order immediately. There is never any weight. Know your prices before you go so that you can understand whether youre getting a bargain or not. Sometimes, you just have to pay for convenience.

No cart prep or prep sanitation items. Incorrect charges with a tough time doing refunds. Prices were higher than recent recall.

I love this store, I always find everything I need. Every single time I go into this store i am always asked do i need help finding anything. This is a nice gesture. But last visit durring sumer holiday they would only let me take one box to pack my items . Did not understand this and it was so many there. The bins were full to the top!!!

Service was wonderful. The check out was 5+, a gentleman, Josh, was efficient, packed my items in the box, and sent me on my was. He talked, smiled, and made me feel like someone special. More people like him, especially at holidays, when service people can be hasseled by us all, and can be frazzeled to the point of barking at us. Congratulations Josh! Great customer service!! The store is always clean, the people who work there are always pleasant, and the diverse food selection is superb. The GFS broccoli and cheese soup won over this carnivore.

Good for a quick stop. They get busy and pull people from the floor to handle registers. Unlike those bigger stores.

Usually shop Gordons in Macedonia stopped at the one on Brookpark Rd & they didnt carry the tea that my wife gets at the Macedonia location very disappointed !

As I was walking to the register these two employees were talking about me when they notice me I was next to them so I asked them if I had done something wrong they both laugh and said no, the supervisor that was there on 6/12/2016 around 2:30pm taught that it was funny too and said that it was that I had a rough day. I felt disrespected by their attitude especially coming from the supervisor in charge... NO RESPECT FOR COSTUMERS.

Some prices are too high. I like the bulk aspect but smaller arricles are overpriced. Like a 12 carton of eggs $ 2.50 when you can get them much cheeper at a majority of stores. But a smaller business would find value

I personally know somebody that works at this location and the management is terrible they talk to their employees like they dont value them at all their pay is not competitive compared to similar jobs in the area.
