Bought an awesome 10ft trailer there yesterday. Awesome service and the best price in town.

Checking out with one register open and several (5)other associates standing in the register area not opening up another register, the one guy at the opened register did great customer service. They need better customer service training.

Great customer service!!! Friendly and very knowledgeable. The store manager, Joyce, is very helpful and a great manager! All of the associates are helpful with assisting and helping loading out feed, and etc. Its a very busy store but totally worth every penny!

Thank you for filling out motorhome propane tank! We find it hard on the weekends to ever find anyone willing to fill our tank and this place had 3 certified fillers. Mack Duncan and Nate were extremely helpful and fast and very thorough as both paid close attention to what they were doing. After it was filled, I went in to pay and every employee acted like they owned the place meaning (as a person who has employed people in retail for over 25 years, I would be willing to hire any of them at a drop of a hat.) We will be coming back here as we travel up and down 75 from now on to have our propane filled!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The new manager has her boyfriend helping her work along with her dog tied up without supervision. Eli was very helpful and helped me out a lot. This place is a mess and it was never like this until the new manger came.

I have had 2 very bad experiences at the Cleveland, TN location.Today, the lady with the black and grey hair was a total $&$%@ to my wife today.She basically called my wife a liar.Never again.

For the most part this store usually has what ever I need for my dogs, but recently they seem to be out of stock for several days now. Ive been calling for the past few days to see when they will be restocking the items I need but no one answers.

Great prices on all my feed. For the cattle, my dogs and I can get the deworming blocks at the same time for my cattle. Everything I need for the farm is one stop shop !

Great place for hardware and farm supplies. They carry a good selection of work clothes. You can also but gun safes. The employees are knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend Tractor Supply.

Finally a place that treats their customers with respect, courtesy, and always with a smile. They really go out of their way to greet you and assist you. I have absolutely never walked in without an employee greeting me with a smile. Southern country hospitality at its finest. I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they keep up the good work and keep those smiles coming.

Great place and they are really some friendly folks! When I bring my dog, Charlie with me he knows everyone and they know him and make sure to spend some time with him. Besides being real friendly, everyone is very knowledgeable about pretty much every product, no matter who you ask and what you ask about. I just love coming to this Tractor Supply!

The store is always very clean. And their employees are there to help. Now with that being said I have never in my life been in trouble with the law. I’ve never had someone watching every move I make. I know some people are thinking well if you’re doing something wrong then yes they’re going to watch you. However, I have never stolen anything in my life. Not even on accident not even a 5 cent piece of gum. Every single time I’m in there the secret shopper employees attach themselves to my hip. I rarely carry a purse I have normal fitting clothes on so I’m not really sure the problem but it would be great if they could get that worked out and learn to appreciate their customers! We all come from different walks of life.

I always find more than I am looking for here. They have good deals on tools, knives, and gun cleaning products and targets in there bargain bins. I go in for livestock feed but come out with something else everytime.

This is usually our “go to” place for our actual farm. However, lately it’s “in stock” inventory is severely lacking if your not wanting pet food or trinkets. Have repeatedly stopped in for machinery oil, pesticide, etc only to find it not in stock. When I inquired when it would be back in stock, was told two weeks or longer as the manager didn’t know when or what would be on the truck arriving Sunday. Never seen this store this poorly stocked, dirty, or staffed. Thank you.Update: Increased rating from two stars after a call to the district manager who quickly rectified the issue. It’s refreshing to see this type of “customer first” response. Thank you.

Bought some pants here - they didnt fit so i took them back and exchanged them for some new ones at the ooltewah TSC - somehow they owed me money back too. So the prices here were somehow higher then at another TSC.

Always friendly people when you go in there

I have a lawncare business and utilize TSC for my tire replacements, inner tubes, chains for my saws, ropes, chains, tarps and general items associated with it. Prices are comparable to online prices. I have shown receipts for past purchases online and they sometimes will beat the prices. Friendly service everytime, sometimes not the fastest depending on how busy it may be. I find myself buying more then needed while checking out cause of their sale section located near by. I call it my deposible section cause some items are cheap enough to buy just to break it then replace again.

Went today to buy a push mower. There was no one interested in selling me anything. I found what I wanted and wandered around the store trying to find someone but saw a couple of people at a distance who pretended not to see me and walk the other way. The only person in the store who was working was the cashier and she was very busy. I left.
