Been using these products for over 2 years with great results. The housekeeping staff is in love with odor-out coconut ginger and on the maintenance side, we use the deodorizing bombs and trash chute cleaner. Kinzua is definitely good for the high-strength, unique chemicals.

Love these products! Their Formula-X salt stain remover was the first product we found that would completely eliminate the salt stains in our lobby. We now use there floor wax and stripper too with great results.

I was surprised how well the carpet shampoo and stain remover worked on the high traffic areas of our building. We had been looking for something that would work for a long time. I’d recommend their Carpet Genie and Peroxi Power.
