UPDATED REVIEW: Stay away from this company. I received my $300+ mulch order about a week late, requiring a credit card transaction dispute and negative review to receive a phone call from them. Once I did receive it I thought I could just chalk it up to a disorganized office. However, when the weather turned nice and I spent more time in the yard I began finding scraps of bent metal, pieces of glass, plastic decking material and other garbage -- some of which could cause serious injury when mixed into playground mulch -- that clearly came from this companys construction debris removal and dumpster rental part of the business.Despite phone calls, voice messages and a written letter, I havent even received a response back from the company. Absolutely abysmal service and a reckless disregard for potential injury. Im now taking steps to receive reimbursement for the $1000 its going to take to get this mistake cleaned up from my yard, and will likely have to open a small claims case. Do yourself a favor and dont risk a transaction with them.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Would have liked to review this company positively; seemed like decent prices with free delivery. However, I ordered and paid for 10 cubic yards of playground mulch. Never received the delivery, and despite contacting the company multiple times I never got any response. I had to dispute the transaction through PayPal to get my money back. Im not sure why customer service so completely slipped through the cracks on my order, but Im not happy and cant recommend this company.

Wish I could of left a good review but unfortunately I can’t. Ordered 6 yards of chocolate mulch on the 16th and they don’t deliver same day, not a big deal so they had to deliver it the next day without me being home. When I got home i instantly noticed that the driver that delivered it backed into the awning over hanging my house along with also backing into a brand new privacy fence gate post bending it. I contacted the company and they asked for pics. I sent them the photo of the fence pole but wasn’t home so couldn’t get the awning pic. The guy who asked for the pics wasn’t even goin to call me back I had to call them. He said his driver says he didn’t do it so we will come out today and look at it. I told him I can’t make it out of work till around 5:30pm. He said that’s to late and he would be coming today to look at it. Never showed up, never called, I called him and he never called back. I called the actually company phone and there is only one guy in today and he has no idea about this problem. Short story long stay away from these people. Learn from my mistake. It’s cheap mulch yes but go to Walmart to save yourself the headache of dealing with E Mulch
