I was so excited to buy the Mothers Day units, I bought two! I ordered in Fri and received them Saturday. In the description box, it says you can customize the color of the Engraving. I specified on how I wanted the engraving in the special instructions box online. When the units arrived I was a little disappointed. The engraving wasnt in the color that I wanted (gold), it came in silver and the logo on the lid was uneven. It looked like the order was rushed.When I sent an email to the owner, she wasnt helpful at all. Since the units I ordered were sold out (which is understandable) the policy is no exchange or refunds. All I really wanted was to get it fixed, have the engraving in the color I wanted and fix the logo on the lid. She couldnt even give me another unit as an emergency since its already Mothers Day. I was willing to take a drive by the store to get it fix. All she offered me was a $50 credit and free shipping for my next order. Clearly Im never shopping here again. For the price I paid I expected the items I ordered. Clearly she took my money and ran.

I’ve received 2 large acrylic rose boxes, one I’ve had for over a year and it’s still so pretty !... and a bear 🐻. Love them.

Amazing selection of flower units and hand crafted rose pets. These definitely made for the perfect gift while i was in a pinch.

So I received my little red irozi bear and it was a mess. Missing flowers so holes where I could see styrofoam. There was hot gun glue all over the bear. When I reached out to the owner to let her know what’s going on and send her pictures she ignored me. It seems custom orders she actually have to work on but other things that she does sales on seem to be old and she just trying to get rid of. I won’t ever order again from her. Really sad because I was happy to support a black business and even more excited because I liked her products on instagram. Situation was a mess.

I received my Valentine’s Day flower teddy a little early and I was very disappointed. The bear was poorly made and very cheap quality. This company is extremely overpriced for such products. The company also clearly lacks integrity and professionalism because when I posted my review on Instagram they deleted it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend👎🏼.

I brought a single red rose with no smell at all tried several times by message text and email to send back or exchange only received one email that this es acrylic rose so I asked to exchange for real rose still no response customer service is not good so beware before you buy very disappointed since this was recommended to me
