Wasting my time on chat chasing a few dollars for a refund. The store packed one of their pre packed meals all wrong and left me dinnerless. No one even cares to try and help. Its like pulling teeth anymore with big companies. They make it so hard to chase around your few dollars its not worth it. They always win. Glad I own stock at least I guess. Profiting off the other people getting screwed out of their money. Just tell you employees to watch what theyre actually doing. Theyre not getting paid to randomly stuff whatever things are closest to them to pick up.
My go 2 target. Its always clean Shelves are stocked. The lines move. Theres nothing bad about this target.

By all means, THE WORST target I’ve ever been too. Wow, was shopping here and let me ask y’all something, is there a timing limit on shopping? Because as far as I’m concerned there isn’t. I spent 2 hrs in this place getting my daughter and I clothes, cleaning products, etc, little did I know I was being stalked by security when I was getting ready to pay at self checkout. Not only did he make me feel uncomfortable but as I’m paying I noticed employees behind me checking my screen and checking to see if I was scanning my items, and this I noticed because there are multiple registers at self checkout but mine happen to be the one to catch these employees attention. I love target, I’ve been shopping here for many years, I always paid my items I’ve never stole from here and for this person to make me feel uncomfortable is absolutely upsetting. Don’t come here unless you are ready to get stalked or racial profiled.
I absolutely love target so much!! Favorite store for years! I love them so much! One thing I’d love for them to add is freezed dried raspberries in BULK!! i love their freeze dried raspberries so I normally get 6 bags of them and each one is about $4 meaning 6 bags would cost $24 and that’s pretty pricey! Please target add freeze dried raspberries in BULK!! also they should add freeze dried dragon fruit I would buy TONS!!
Love this target. I can generally find everything I need or order it only for pickup. Staff is always helpful. And now there is a Starbucks going in to this store!! One stop shop.
Target almost always has what I am looking for and today was no exception. I will say, however, that on my last visit to the Clifton, NJ store (which is also where I was today), they did not have what I was looking for which was a Digital Antenna TV Converter Box (they were sold out of it). But I do understand that the Clifton location is still undergoing renovations.
Interesting how there are never any employees working at electronics, anytime I go there. I certainly learned my lesson 👍
Always find what I need and always walk out the store with more than I need.

Wow after checking 3 other target locations I really think someone is playing a joke on me as there were no paw patrol backpacks, like what if I was shopping for myself and really needed one?I just want to know who the joker is thats hiding all the paw patrol backpacks?
Really great prices on food and home products, and there are self-checkout lines. This location can get really busy depending on what time and day of the week you visit.The 5th star to this place comes from the electric car charging stalls in the parking lot from Electrify America. I recommend downloading the Electrify America app to use them without issues.
I love target and it’s sales and how it’s family orientated
I had the pleasurer of meeting Amanda at the Target Store in Clifton. I was returning and item that was ordered as a gift for me in the store. There was an issue with not finding the right bar code to return. I have to say Amanda went above and beyond to help me with this transaction. Target is lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them.

There was a mistake at checkout and the scanner would not recognize a 20% discount that was in my account app. Eileen, at Customer Service at the Clifton, NJ store, patiently worked through the issue and solved it, even though it took a few minutes. But she was diligent and it got done, The thing about her is that she was very cheerful and friendly and did not seem put out or annoyed to go through my receipt so very carefully. Obviously she deserves recognition for her great attitude and customer service!

I came here to buy a printer only this store had available. But not one worker was of help here! One said he was only doing online orders. Another one didnt know anything about printers even though he works this department. It was a waste of time!

The manager Robbin was a great help to me and was very understanding when I tried using my target circle rewards. When we tried a few times to get it to work and it didn’t she ended up giving me a gift card for the amount I had on my circle rewards. I really appreciate all the help she gave me and how nice she was with me and my 5 month old son who was getting a bit fussy. I always have gone to this target and will continue to do so because the staff is exceptionally great.
Had the worst experience bought a pair of ear buds and after charging them went to go use them and found they were jammed with ear wax. When I brought them back I was confronted with horrible customer service I asked to speak to the manager upon entering they guy said I am the manager instead of asking “how can I help you” I explained the situation and he said you will have to come back tomorrow and return them the computer won’t accept it today. I proceeded to ask again can I have a manager or someone that can help me he said guest services is down there. They were able to refund my money and not offer to help me in any way of finding a different pair since that was the last pair. I then called corporate number to inform them and they were no help..... thank you target I will never shop there again I’m heading to Walmart where they may be busy but the customer service is better than Target

I just wanted to say thank you. When I walked into the store this morning around 9:30 there were 2 Target women standing by the front entrance. They had carts turned and ready for taking and were visibly wiping down the entire cart, not just the handles. There were also wipes filled by the front for added comfort of wiping the cart myself. The store was nicely stocked to boot! Thank you for making your store safe and easy to shop.
Long line. Only 2 cashiers not close to exit. Poor management. I was unable to use snap card at self checkout. Its become extremely unpleasant to shop here.

On the website it says they have kpop albums in stock but when i go to the store they don’t have it i even tried to call and no one answered so why would you say they have it in stock when they don’t but they have it available for pickup?!
They said they had the fight and escape album in stock and for pickup. Though when we asked several workers they said there was none. Why would they say they have it in stock when they don’t?🤨🤨

Ive been hearing a lot of bad things about this Target. They let teenage boys harass customers. They let teenage boys run wild at this Target. I would suggest getting your employees to be more vigilant and seek out these children who cause so many problems for your customers.

Good Customer service, made a purchase online, then headed to the store for a quick customer pick up. The customer service line was long but moved quickly. The C.S staff persons were pretty young but did a good job. They walk to the back room found my item and then i was on my way home. Quick and easy, simple works for me.

A few days ago I was calling around to a few Target stores to see if they had an artificial Christmas tree in stock. My local store didn’t have it so the associate (who was so helpful) gave me the item number and 4 other stores that were showing it was in stock. The first store I called was Riverdale and they were great... I spoke to 2 different associates and they were so nice and accommodating, they just unfortunately did not have my item in stock.Calling the Clifton store was a different story. I had to call 3 times before anyone picked up (I tried several department extensions) and finally got through to someone in guest services. The associate I spoke to was so beyond rude that I was actually shocked. She said they wouldn’t check for the item. When I asked why she said because by the time I get there it might not be there any more and they are tired of people yelling at them. I told her I would pay for it over the phone and head straight there and she said “I already said no. I can’t help you.” and hung up on me.Coming from someone who worked in retail for many years... this is who you have working in guest services? Find that girl another job where she doesn’t have to interact with customers.FYI - I ended up buying a nicer tree for less money on Amazon.

It was my first experience using curbside pickup ever. Target and the outside worker (with the radio) made it a breeze. It was 2 days before the holiday, the pickup are was full and the parking lots was hopping The outside worker with the radio kept everything moving along. I hope next time I use it, my experience is just as wonderful. Thanks Target and all your hard working staff!
Here right now for Drive Up pick up and the usual team who are wonderful arent here. This team is running around like chickens with their heads cut off and the guy on charge has no idea what hes doing. 45 minute wait hes telling everyone.
Be careful going to this target. I have heard of team members with positive COVID cases and this place has yet to close and sanitize/disinfect. All employees need to get tested and only come back with negative results. Employees matter!!! Customers matter!!!
The employees who work there are extremely helpful and kind I find. I always have an enjoyable experience when I shop there.
Bought a pair of airpods to gift to a friend only to immediately find out she had a pair already. Literally went out and back in to return them and the girl at the register opened the box and immediately told me the serial numbers didn’t match and she couldn’t return them. I don’t know what that’s about but after about 20 mins waiting, a man walks over to tell me I couldn’t return them because the serial numbers didn’t match and because I walked out of the store. Are you kidding me?!?!I shop at this Target store fairly often but honestly this was a pretty negative experience not to mention a loss of over $250.

Spent 15 minutes and six different phone calls trying to get anybody to answer a phone on any extension. No luck!!!!
I took off a star because the Clifton, NJ store needs to do a better job at collecting shopping carts from the parking lot. 50% of the time I have to go outside and grab one myself because there are none in the store for use.

I was pleasantly surprised how well stocked the shelves are, the staff working to stock items, the cleanliness of the store and the waiting line for cashier not being so long. I had not been in this store for a while because it used to be chaotic and no social distancing. It now seems like its coming along nicely.
This review is specifically for Jada. I never really make reviews for Target, but Jada was an outstanding employee that stood out to me. She should be recognized for being awesome. This is a review for their Drive up service. It has now been numerous times Ive used it....and had items I needed canceled on me after i was en route to the store. They need to also train the staff better to methodically walk down the drive up signed lanes and check each car; not only walk to the 1st 3 parking spots and take cars out of order.Awful, this is the 2nd time Ive tried to pick up a drive up order. I waited over 20 minutes as the guy delivering the orders was too lazy to walk to the further drive up signed parking places. He took care of about 10 cars that pulled up AFTER we did when never once approaching our car. Im pregnant which is why Im using drive up...and im not trying to get out of my car and chase someone not doing their job properly. waiting for nothing + driving over here = 40 minutes of my life wasted, plus gas and aggravation and I dont have the stuff I needed.

Fast and great curb side service
Used the curb side pick up today. Amazing experience from placing the order, to using the app, to receiving product. Signage and direction to pick up is very clear and we waited maybe 15 seconds before we saw a staff member walking towards us.Thank you, will use again! ❤️

In less than 45 minutes after I placed my order, I was notified my order was ready for p/u. By the time I arrived to p/u my order, I spent no more than 5 minutes in the store.
Target’s curbside pick up is a very fast and efficient service! I’m extremely impressed and very satisfied.At 11pm, I had to run last minute to target. I had my son and daughter in the car with me. It was extremely cold outside and it was such a blessing that I did not have to take the kids out of the car in the cold to get items that we need from the store. Amazing! I would definitely use this service again.
Love the ease of using my app to say I’m on my way to pick up my items. As soon I was nearing a drive up spot the associate was on her way to my car with my items. How neat was that! No waiting just superb service.
