I called during pandemic and the showroom in my area was closed, but I was immediately hooked up with Shawn for a virtual appointment. Working with the showroom website, she was able to provide me with great choices and advice on a kitchen faucet and spread plate. The customer service was prompt, courteous, and Shawn was extremely knowledgeable about the products.
Our experience at Ferguson was nothing short of excellent, with Ulises our showroom consultant offering outstanding customer service. Ulises offered us a variety of choices and prices for our complete bathroom remodel. At no point did we ever feel rushed into anything with Ulises; he took his time making sure we were completely satisfied with our final choices. His expertise and recommendations made it a very stress free experience. We will definitely be going back to Ferguson for our future needs.
Tommy in the supply house is great. Friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, new hot water heater and all the correct pieces to complete the installation. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.....Thank you!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Jackie, Shawn, and Meghan for the past 3 years and they are the most courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable construction reps that I have ever dealt with. They are happy to assist with projects large and small and have the technical knowledge to guide you in the proper direction. I could not recommend this branch more!

The counter gave me a check valve for my sewer line and explain how to install it with some other parts. I did the job myself and saved lots of $$!
We came to this Ferguson on 3 separate occasions with each customer experience progressively worse than the time before.On our first visit we were not seen by a representative because we didnt have an appointment which was fine - Im a rep in another industry and I understand how these things work. Although we could not be seen a nice kid from another part of the building - I assume, saw us looking around and tried pointing us in the right direction with vanity sizes from his own knowledge. (we appreciate you, kid!) I have to mention the regular reps could not even bother with us even though they werent with clients yet. Not even a glance over, or a let me help you while I wait for my client.We went home to try to make an appointment online but to no availability here within months (not sure if this was an error on my end or on Ferguson Cliftons) we ended up booking an appointment in Ramsey, where we were able to pick out and place half of our order($3000+ worth) for all our bathroom material ie; tub, toilet, lighting, vanity, hardware etc.We came back to this Ferguson a second time because we wanted to see some of the items we chose and finalize more of our pending order. Also because it is much closer to us than the Ramsey location. We had a hard time locating some of the items we chose at the other location. The front desk girl saw us wondering around and tried to help us but to the lesser of her knowledge could not help especially with questions we had on the products. I would also like to mention at this time as well, there was two reps available but because we had no appointment they would not glance over or even give me a let me help you while I wait for my client. We ended up driving 40 mins back to Ramsey to get help with the order. Can you imagine the fury that went on in our mind?On our last visit to this Ferguson we wanted to see the vanity sample colors. Simple it would seem. But the lighting in Ferguson is different then our home so we asked if we could take the samples home to see it in the different lighting. We were told No because I dont know how to remove the sample from the sample ring and You can just call the company and have them send you a sample. This would have been okay with me but they had 4 sample rings in the vanity! Just let us borrow one! and if you were worried about us not returning it we would have love to put a deposit down. ALSO! you can just call the company and have them send you a sample IS A TERRIBLE RESPONSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... the representatives response should have been let me call the company for you so they can send you a sample. We even mentioned to her that we were paying customers so its not like we were just going to walk away with it.Custom vanities are an investment and a hefty cost. To receive that kind service makes me want to cancel my entire order and place it with another company. I mentioned this experience with my contractor who highly recommended this Ferguson to us, and he was pretty shocked himself. We will not be coming here or any Fergusons when we start to renovate our kitchen.
Customer service here is poor. Sales people are rude and are racist. They didnt welcome us upon our arrival or ask if we needed assistance. Went there today to purchase a country sink and faucet for our kitchen. We were torn between 2 faucets and wanted to know the pricing and if our finish style was available. We asked 3 of sales people for help and they didnt even look up and kept sending us back and forth to different desks. Another couple arrived who happened to be Caucasian, and boy did they get the royal treatment! We were last sent to the receptionist and she said to go to the sales reps! We decided to walk out and told them they lost sales. I wouldnt refer them to anyone. There are other showrooms in NJ who Im sure would like to assist us because our money is green just like everyone elses! Racist Sales Reps!
Very good customer service experience. Went in looking for a part, which I found. However it was quite expensive. The sales woman at the desk thought she might have the same part by a different manufacturer for less money. She looked once and could not find it. She said hold on, let me try again, and sure enough she found it. Saved me quite a bit of money. I appreciated the extra effort.
We had a great experience. We went with our 3 children and although they were rambunctious, the staff was friendly towards our family. The young gentleman at the front (possibly John- forgot his name) was super friendly and helped us a great deal. We finished working with another gentleman Ulyses- he was ok a bit rude as if he was going out of his way to help us- which he didnt!
I walked in and they helped me right away. i didnt know exactly what i was looking for. so they helped me find the best pipe dope for my situation

Always a wait and overpriced. You walk into the parts department and they wont even acknowledge you. A quick hello will show that the see you. When they do finally get to you its a big nasty attitude show. Also seems they do not stock much and use the term backordered very casually. Save your time and money...go somewhere else.

I try to buy 4 vanities, the service it’s horrible. The receptionist not have any knowledge about costumer service. I saw 2 sales represent and they dont show interest on sale nothing.Horrible team
Buyers beware. At least with the case of Rohl kitchen faucets, they do not sell standard Rohl (with only Rohl parts)., but instead use of the shelf parts. My faucet, purchased within the last two years, has neopril hoses and quick connects, which now leak. Ferguson has been no help in finding replacement parts, and Rohl tells me they dont recognize the parts as theirsUpdate: since posting the above, Ferguson has been trying hard to resolve this issue
Always a wait and their credit assistant Crystal Petrone never answers her phone when you call back. I like the Ferguson in Secaucus better and quick service.

I have called four times and she wasnt in that day or clocked out for the day.....I had to go to another company to help me. Not good service at all from that credit assistant shes very unprofessional and bad service....
Terrible attitude and service. I went there hoping to get a bathtub drain with my parta on hand and they looked at me like i was crazy. I explained that i was referred by the secaucus ferguson here so they can help me better but these guys are even worse. All they kept saying was i dont know why you were rwferred hwre when secaucus has more stock than us. The lady helping me kept on babbling and looked at me like i was an idiot. She referrwd me to the in stor lady and the lady looked at me and said i dont know what this is while eating a bagel and crwam cheese in front of my face... Talk about prodessionalism.. These guys a re terrible.. When she foind some part online she told me that secaucus has it... So i said called them... She said they dont have a number to call their office...she said i have to called themm.... Wow i said these is really amazing customer service... They dont have phones to communicate in the store.. I called the store in secaucus and it went direct to a different number ... They said that the secaucus will not a have number to talk....these company is amazingly run by very intelligent people who seem to be very competent in thwir multi million company... Stupid....dudh. Never again.
Quite a selection, not much contemporary stuff though. Very slow service. Could not get help in 20 minutes or so, had to leave with nothing.
