THERE IS NO WAY THE REVIEWS BELOW ARE LEGIT REVIEWS (it’s competitors taking blows and that’s unfortunate). I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is like family. They always have been! We all have bad days especially during covid where we are isolating (in ways humans shouldn’t) but I’ve never seen them act the way it’s been described in the other reviews. Even on one of their worst days they are strides ahead of other companies with attitude and customer service.High tech has been an industry leader for decades. It’s where all the gutter pros come to get their supplies. The girls and guys are always friendly the owners are always around. They work with you (but the act has to be reciprocated it’s not a one way street).You want to know about bad customer service and just negativity. Someone moved in directly next to me. Some times they bring their supply truck home but when I’ve contacted them via social media since We have different schedules they ignored me when I say hi to them they don’t respond so instead I take a 30 minute drive to high tech even though they can do the drop off of supplies at my warehouse I stop by when I need things in a punch or to be honest to see them and gain any knowledge I can. The office and office managers go above and beyond and not for one second do I think those negative reviews are from customers of high tech. I think it’s 100% disgruntled competition or someone with a chip on their shoulder.Shop here you won’t be disappointed I promise you. Or go shop elsewhere where they promise lower prices yet their math doesn’t add up on thr invoice - WHICH LEADS TO HIGHER PRICES THAN HIGH TECH. My pricing goes up like any other company that walks into these doors it’s the nature of the beast and basics of economy.

I don’t understand why people hate their jobs so much why don’t just quit! These girls in the office are the worse, the “manager” needs a new attitude in life! It’s such a shame that they have great stuff and such terrible customer service. The previous girls would atleast have a conversation with you and the Spanish girl knew her stuff. Let’s not talk about the warehouse guys! High Tech just close your doors. The owner is always angry!

Oh goodness what a disaster of a place! Hands down the worse customer service in the world!!That office staff needs an attitude adjustment wow! Between the resting “B” faces and the mad at the world faces it’s scary to walk in that office! Jamal needs to work on this if he wants people to continue to shop there.

The place is phenomenal I’m glad I found a place where they make the gutters for you and they have different colors but the front desk guy was just full of bad energy he had a attitude and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Management needs to teach that man to smile more and give better customer service but the other workers were very nice

I shop here once in a while but lately it’s a disaster, they have new girls in the office one is mad at the world the other has NO clue. So sad it’s such a great place but the customer service has gone way down in the last few weeks. You have to come in and out of the office 5 times to finally get your order correct.

Thank you very much for giving us a call a day before to confirm and coming early in the morning on this hot Friday morning!!.¡¡Old!! Don’t get me wrong the owners are great!! Material is the best!!. But I have made an order two weeks ago to go make a drop off and I have told the lady and Jamal that I wanted the drop off to be in te morning. I passed today to confirm that we are still set for Friday morning and they have told me NO that they have other drop off in the morning!. As a loyal customer for years I should at least be a preference. My business is located in Paterson NJ I have a gutter supply literally 3-4 blocks from my office and I rather go to high tech to get my stuff honestly this is not good high tech!!

I wish have no stars to rate this business.There is no policy in New Jersey that says you can’t return materials in 72 hours.These people keep saying that our policy doesn’t return any materials anytime.I will never buy here again.And all my Relatives that they recommended to buy here I will tell them to never buy here again.

This company doesnt deal professionally or even with respect with their clients. I bought some stuff from them and my worker was with me and next day he didt it use all the stuff, without any touch or anything bad to the product, i was surprise that they denied to get it back . He told me that he dont accept return, exchange at all, i asked him why you dont mention that to me while i am buying them, he gives me very bad attitude and he told me i dont care. I did asked the guy in the office to let me talk to supervisor or someone can understand my point and can help me. He told me i am the only responsible one here and i can not return or change anything for you. I am not going to deal with this company at all in the future not because he didnt return the stuff, its not big deal at all but the attitude and the disrespect in dealing and talking to the client (Me),really made me upset. So take care this company doesnt return or change anything and they dont even mention that while you are buying so you take care or avoid taking extra stuff. Thats why i am always using Home Depot and Loews as they have really great return policy without even give you bad attitude or asking you questions about the return. God bless and safe all.
