Golden Source was by far the most appealing of the kitchen and bath showrooms I visited. They had everything you could possibly need for a kitchen or bathroom renovation. Cabinets, bathroom vanities, flooring, sinks, and other similar items are available. We hired them to redo our complete kitchen and bathroom. It was fantastic because they gave us a good pricing. Zack was the only person we had to contact with, and he was fantastic. Truly a one stop shop.

Great place to get your kitchen done . Initial I was upset for delayed delivery and cabinets being damaged during transportation. But they followed up so well on it. I clicked pics of damaged kitchen and without any hesitation they agreed on replacing the cabinets .Yes the cabinets, handles, countertops everything comes in separate delivery but I guess that’s the way it is everywhere. Since we were in rush to get things done, John from The staff tried all his ways to make sure we get the delivery at earliest possible.The customer support it outstanding. All the staff are so cooperative to communicate and fit into your requirements. But when you place your order, be patient with what you want, take your time and decide on products. Golden Source Kitchens staff is quite kind, and I had the pleasure of meeting John. John was quite helpful in navigating the labyrinth of kitchen design. He addressed all of my issues, created the perfect logo, and made excellent recommendations for all of the projects many parts, all while maintaining within my budget. It was a pleasure to work with him. Projects might be stressful at times, but they are also rewarding.

Zack at Golden Source was great to deal with from the design of our replacement kitchen to delivery and sourcing of the counter and back splash.

I bought a kitchen cabinet from Golden Source ten years ago, and Im back for another for my new home. I hadnt gone there in a while, and when I did, I was really aback by how much the store had changed and enlarged. They now have dozens more kitchens and a plethora of fresh and a lot of new and beautiful brands like fabuwood.

The showroom at Golden Source Kitchens is rather amazing. They not only provide a wide range of things, but they also have some fantastic people working there. Zak did an amazing job from start to finish going above and beyond certain times to make sure we were fully satisfied. The team at Golden Source was excellent. My only reservation if I would have used another granite provider. Although I love the countertop they were terrible showing up when unexpected, improper install and replacement for the scratched top! I highly recommend using Golden Source for design and cabinets just be careful with the 3rd party Marble and Granite team.

Golden Source Kitchen showroom is very impressive. Not only do they sell a great variety of products, but also they have great people under the same roof. I would definitely recommend them to contractors and anyone who is looking for kitchen cabinets because their selection is huge and diverse.

I ordered a brand new white cabinets from this company. I meet with the representative and decided on a layout based on the measurement I had for my kitchen. All of the measurements were later confirmed when the representative came to my house to do the measurement himself. Once conclude he recommended a type of molding due to the height of my cabinets which I agreed to as this was his recommendation that was formulated based on his precise measurement. Cabinets were ordered I called to speak to my sales rep but he resigned from that company to work for another. Cabinets were delivered, from the week of delivery I have been informing Golden Source that the moldings were incorrect. The molding were too small and now there is a 3 inch space between the top of the cabinets and the ceiling. After several calls and speaking to the manager the new rep said he will get me the price of the new molding and as I will just pay for the new ones which are 3” and return the ones in my possession which are 1.5”. Spoke to the rep today he gave the price the manufacturer was going to charge to have the cabinets sent to my house which sounded strange so I asked for the price of each molding and as I suspected there was a $90 difference for delivery. So when I questioned the difference i was informed that the manufacturers cost even though I was given the wrong molding in the first place by Golden Source because they miscalculated the height from floor to ceiling in my kitchen. The rep told me I already signed a contract and I’m stuck with the molding and it’s not their issue and hanged up. Be very careful of doing business with these individuals and always ask for a breakdown of every single pricing and ensure that if an order was incorrectly placed they should be responsible for return and delivery. I will now file a claim with my credit card company as I have no use for those moldings. Completely disgusting practice, go to show once they get their money they no longer care about customer service. One small issue highlighted to me their disgusting practice.

From the moment I walked into Golden Source, I was met with smiles and immediately chaperoned by Zack for a show-and-tell on every range of cabinetry. He was quick to understand my requirements (not too modern, not too traditional, but timeless), and proceeded to design a stunning kitchen for us. Not only did his designs meet our requirements, but he provided many creative ideas & tweaks, without even me asking him. That’s not all. He was very responsive / proactive about delivery dates, following up on a couple of missing items and was partnered with my contractor for support and advice. I highly recommend this place, specifically Camille (one of the many designers) who is extremely patient and professional. I did the kitchen and Camille took the time to help me pick the cabinets and the countertops, she made recommendations based on her expertise, and I am so glad I listened to her. During my kitchen Reno I found myself at Golden Source and I was so glad I did. My designer Douglas was so amazing and incredibly patient. I was very stressed out before coming to them but he made everything seem so easy. My order had some issues and unfortunately Douglas left the establishment 😢 before my order was complete but the rest of the team stepped in and rectified everything. Big DISSAPPOINTMENT and felt back stabbed! Personally, ordered our kitchen cabinets and countertops 3 years ago and despite getting our delivery in multiple shipments, we had a great and smooth experience as far as customer service. Two months ago, we go in to order countertops for two kitchens that we are renovating (note: we didn’t need kitchen cabinets because we painted and kept the ones that were originally installed since it is in a great shape). So we meet with Ruddy and from a very small selection we agreed on a countertop that is on sale. I want to refer here that just the past 6 months we referred 3 different customers to them and they all purchased kitchens and countertops from them and it was verified with them. My mom and 2 other friends that own Real- Estate properties. Meaning they will be long-term clients. Upon plugging in the numbers he charged us regular price that he would charge any first-time customer. We tried asking for a better price but the reply was “No, can’t do it” in a very plain senseless way. Not even a try to help or call the owner. My husband had to break off the deal because of the disappointment and of not recognizing the referrals and recommendations we gave to our friends and family. Out of my experience, if you don’t know the price of the cabinets and countertops you’re ordering, it might seem a good price and a good deal but if you shop around you can tell that this place never gives a good deal especially that I was able to find the same countertops for 500 dollars less!!!!! Their countertops were expensive even when it was on sale. I never write reviews but the disappointment was BIG!!!!BTW for your reply, the orders are under Eddie Hamameh and you can ask Rudy and Zack. They both know us and the customers we referred.

As a designer I visit many showrooms. Golden Source Kitchen & Bath is by far the best looking with the greatest selection of stone and cabinetry. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very polite. Everyone is very COVID conscious and welcoming. Customer experience is paramount and evident when you walk into the fully stocked kitchen inviting you to partake in the offerings. Pricing is reasonable and not smoke and mirrors. Can’t wait for my kitchen installation.

Very nice people, huge showroom with a lot of different choices and styles.Edit: Lowering my review after 2nd visit. The designer seemed rather annoyed when we asked for different door style and manufacturer than one we picked on our first visit. We asked to borrow a door finish sample for 1 day (offered a security deposit, etc...) to see how well it would fit in our kitchen, he refused and started making up excuses, even though he had more than 1 piece available. When asked how long it would take to order a sample his answer was 2 weeks! In other places we visited we could either borrow some for a day or 2, or if they didnt have they would send one within a day or two.Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

BE CAUTIOUS WHEN SHOPPING HERE- SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I ordered both my kitchen cabinets and island from this company and I wish I had gone somewhere else if I knew how bad the service was going to be. My cabinets arrived and some were damaged- the company replaced them which is good. However, when it came to my island, it has been hell and back. It has literally been a month since my island has arrived with no cabinet doors on either of the side cabinets and the bottom molding not even fully painted. I have called over 9 different times. I was either put on hold for over 15+ mins then hung up on, or was told someone would call me back and never did. Every time I call, I am passed off to the next person and then the next. When I am able to actually speak with someone, they tell me the remaining parts will be delivered within the next few days...it has already been a month and no deliveries. Also, let me not even get started on wanting to order Kitchen Handles from them too. I have reached out numerous times about this. I guess my $500+ order for handles (in addition to all I have already spent here) is too little money that they want people to spend here. Had I known the service would be so bad, I wouldve never given my business/money to them. I usually will never speak ill of a company, but for the service I had received here, it was necessary to speak on. Ill give them a two-star as a benefit of the doubt for my kitchen cabinets arriving on time and any damaged pieces were replaced quickly.

Since the first time we met with her, Camille was just great. She is just very knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the purchase. She will share her opinion if you need advice, but she is never pushy unlike some other places. She answered all our questions very clearly. Communication was great. We could not be happier with the service she provided. On top of that, the cabinets arrived on time even couple of days earlier I believe. We ended up getting the granite from the place she recommended and it was the fasted delivery we could think of 4 or 5 days. We also found the best pricing on the backsplash we were looking for at this place. All in all, very good experience. We definitely recommend using them.

Great store, great prices and superior customer service. Zack was our salesman and we couldnt have asked for more personal service. We designed a new kitchen with cabinets, backsplash and granite. I must be honest, there were some issues with the shipping of the cabinets and the blending of the granite, but Zack made sure we were satisfied and went over and above to make any and all corrections necessary. If I could give the professionalism and quality of their service less than 1 star I would. When renovating our kitchen it was important to us to find a local small business to support which is why we choose this place to create our cabinets for our kitchen renovation. The amount of times they “forgot” pieces or Rudy’s “phone didn’t work” when trying to get in contact with them about discrepancies is beyond me. To get any results you have to keep pestering them and physically go to their office.They will literally avoid your call so they don’t have to deal with you to the point where you have to call from another phone. To this day I am STILL missing pieces that is preventing me from getting my counter tops placed.In short if you want an efficient job where you get what you pay, do not waste your money here.(also I noticed somehow most of there negative reviews are under “ Golden Source Kitchen & Bath Shipping and Receiving Warehouse “ BUT IT IS THE SAME PLACE. Here they also share similar stories) please do your research before you are also in the same situation.

First and foremost, I want to thank the sales rep. Douglas for working within our budget and providing Excellent customer service. Douglas took his time with us and answered and resolved all of our concerns regarding remodeling our kitchen. He came up with a floor plan that i was so pleased with and the final result was so stunning! i highly recommend Golden Source to all. GREAT employees like Douglas are the ones who makes Golden Source #1. Thanks Again!!!

Great experience! My customer service rep Doulas was dynamite. From design to picking out cabinets to fit my budget even with my picky wife. I couldnt be more satisfied. He was patient not pushy willing to work within our budget parameters. The cabinets are of very high quality and should last a very long time. I had been on the hunt for kitchen cabinets for almost 3 months on weekends and believe me I had to deal with some personalities. From pushy to not wanting to be bothered. But Douglas and the rest of the staff were all polite and concerned about my getting the best value for my dollar. I have since referred two friends to Golden source and both are very happy with their purchase. For me well worth the 2 hour drive. We had great experience renovating our kitchen with Golden Source Kitchen and Bath. They have amazing options in cabinets and counter tops. Also they help you customize it as per your needs. Their sales team is very cooperative especially Camille who is very knowledgeable and awesome at customer service!! It is going to be our go to store for our requirements.

The owner of the business is a very RUDE and MEAN man. He speaks down on people and come off very bitter. I see there are some “good” reviews on here but I have no idea why. Unless it’s because I am a African American woman. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

We had a great experience with Goldern Source. Rudy was very helpful and responsive. He answered all our questions and made all changes we requested during the cabinets design. Rudy and as well Owner, both are genuinely nice people. Thank you!

Save the aggravation! I requested info from FB campaign and I got a text from Douglas when I called back he keeps blowing me off then passed me to a woman who told me I have to many questions that she can’t talk right now. If you can’t talk when do you keep calling and texting then blowing me off. What kind of romp a room are they running I’m completely redoing and remodeling my entire kitchen and they won’t even give me the time to answer any questions I have. Do yourself a favor save yourself the aggravation and don’t waste your time. If I was able to give zero stars I would. They need to work on customer interaction and stop calling and texting if they don’t want to answer any questions.

Went in to check prices for countertop, the owner/manager got mad at us once we walked! The reason is because we did not get our cabinets done there. The only reason we did not is because they told us multiple times they do not install cabinets, but when I brought it up to owner he said “oh we do we just do not want to take work from our constructions guys”. We mentioned we found it a bit cheaper as well, and he came back to us yelling and saying why would we say that in front of customers, well he is the one who brought it up to us, so.... Anyways, very rude way to treat customers and trust me I’ve been working In a restaurant since 16 and I have not spoken that way. Mind you we have bought stuff from them before, so losing a customer over one sale is ridiculous.

I remodeled 2 kitchens in the past 3 years and purchased kitchen cabinets and granite countertops from Golden Source. Busy place but it is worth the wait. I personally worked with Ruddy; he helped me design my kitchen on a strict budget including delivery and granite installation; no hidden fees. Highly recommend it.

Zak was patience and friendly, took his time explaining the packages, we saw various cabinets style an colors, Quarts counter tops and various tiles glass showers. Complimentary water, soda, coffee, an snacks. Gain lot of info take photos and measurements .

Our designer was patient, helpful and made the experience of redoing a kitchen a breeze, and the quality of the cabinets exceeded our expectations 110% and not to mention that the prices are unbeatable!! Douglas was extremely knowledgeable and worked with us within our budget. Thank you Douglas for helping me design my dream kitchen that looks like a million bucks!! I will post pictures soon :-)

It was my first time shopping for a complete kitchen for my new home, I was super nervous about having the accurate measurements and especially choosing a beautiful kitchen, it wasnt easy until we met Camille who jumped right in and knew exactly what we wanted and what has to be done, I was like OMG BLOWN AWAY!!! A great place to find all types of cabinets. As a contractor, its great to have a reliable place that meets all my kitchen renovation needs. No nonsense or BS. Ive worked with Alper on 3 separate kitchens and everything has been on time and as promised. He always responds quickly and the cabinets look great. They also have a wide selection of tiles. I highly recommend you check them out if youre thinking of renovating your house.

Great prices and good service but make sure you iron out the price details before placing any deposit. Doug made it right which is why this is a 4/5 star review.
