Good place for shopping

They are going out of business. In-store shopping allowed now. Everything is marked down, even display bins and hooks from store are being sold. You might find something you like depending on your tastes. I feel like the prices are still too high even with price cuts.

‼️‼️‼️To those who has a gift card from PIER 1. ‼️‼️‼️Please file the claim through the bank and CC you bought the gift card from. You will get your refund in minutes. The business is handling this in HORRIBLE way hurting lots of people pockets. Let the bank deal with them and get your money back 🙏🏼 we had this situation yesterday. They offer to call customer service but it doesn’t guarantee your refund. Don’t waste your time for that.

Very nice management, we got this swigasan from there, it was a bit scratched on the bottom, so the manager gave us nice discount.

Lee was a great help. Will definitely go again. Everyone was very team oriented. What they didnt sell, they also gave me great ideas for as well!!

I always love pier1 for their decor and style. People in this store are nice and helpful. Just make sure you remind cashier person to take price off if what you are buying is a gift. Although she knew it was a gift, i made the mistake of not reminding her 😫.

Please beware of purchasing anything from Pier 1 online. I placed an order one and half month ago, and paid with Pier 1 gift card. Never received merchandise. Gift card balance is now gone. Unable to contact anyone by phone, chat, email, facebook messenger. Unless you are willing to lose your money, do not purchase anything online from pier 1.

One of my favorite stores. Their items are so unique. I especially love all their holiday items.

Product is excellent. Prices are competitive. Customer service awesome. I regret not knowing this place earlier. Kudos to the owner!

Great sale, sadly due to the store closing.

I only gave 4-star because what I was looking for at that moment the store did not have, I will have to go back next week for a real shopping trip.The store practice social distance so please prepare to wait in a line outside and have your mask on hand.

I visited the Paramus store to purchase a lamp that was the same as one I purchased months ago. I didn’t have high hopes that I would be able to find the matching lamp. To my rescue came Sam and Gail who worked tirelessly to find it. After searching for quite some time on the store computer they found it. These women who were so helpful and caring went the extra mile and I couldn’t be happier. I want to thank them for going the extra mile for me. I’m never all that happy when I have to shop but Sam and Gail made it a pleasure. Thank you both!!

Had to wait in the hot scorching sun until noon when the store opened. Very, very little merch left in the store.

Not very inviting! An employee “Jessica” shouted at my son for laying on a white couch with no remorse. Not a store I would recommend!

I sometimes just step in to see the beautiful layout of the store and all the ornate pieces. Theres always great service and friendly employees.

Loads of unique items featured. Kind of pricey, but with sales and coupons, great bargains can be found.

I like the things they have, but what really sucked from the store was the fact that the workers there are so off putting and stuck up. Really you just work in a damn retail store what are you so proud of? Seems like they are more interested in talking on their headset, avoiding eye contact, ignoring and literally running away from costumers than being helpful. Besides that, the stuff in the store is pretty nice.

Had a horrible experience here. The got me order wrong, then when I arrived to pick up the correct order was offered NO help to get two big boxes in my car. They were very rude and made comments there were disturbing. The manager Lily lied to me that she was the manager when in fact the manager called me days later. They are very unprofessional and should be ashamed of the way they provide customer service. I am still waiting for the regional manager to call me back as I was told would give me a call. Its very unprofessional that a company like Pier One would not try to call back sooner and listen to what their workers are NOT doing and providing to their customers. Very disappointed and will never shop here again!
