I was a walk-in at Mattress by appointment, I wasnt planning on buying one right then and there but the process was so fast and efficient that I bought a California king mattress for under a 1,000. Dollars and easy monthly payments that come straight out of my bank account. I heard about this place through a friend and honestly I was skeptical. But when I called and talked to the owner about an appointment she was incredibly accommodating to my work schedule, so I knew I wanted to give them a shot. I walked in and was immediately greeted by super friendly staff, they were knowledgeable and patient with me. Then during the buying process they offered to deliver it RIGHT THEN! They almost beat me home! Buying a bed is always expensive but they were definitely the least expensive in town and I was able to sleep on my VERY comfy bed the same night! I absolutely cant recommend this place enough. Shop local!!!

My husband and I came in last week to purchase a new bed. Weve both been struggling with back pain, I have problems with my hip and neck. Judy was super helpful, answering all my questions and keeping our 5 year old entertained while my husband and I discussed options. We wound up buying a memory foam mattress (shower to both of us, lol) because it was so comfortable. This was a great shopping experience and we have both been sleeping great on the new mattress (pain free!)

Overall, a pretty standard: Im such an incredible entrepreneur, speech while we searched for a mattress. But the experience started off horrible with her inability to wear a mask. Just the entire time. How unfortunate. Ill never be doing business with her, and in fact my wife and I went elsewhere the very next day. At least they wore a mask, and thats why we bought from them, and not Mattress by Appointment.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mattress By Appointment. My roommate and I were each looking for a bed. When we got there Judy was extremely helpful in finding beds that would work for each of us. She also helped me find a mattress that was in my price range, and she went Above and Beyond on that. They deliver your mattresses for free in town. They were even offering to possibly deliver it the same day if we needed it. When we got to our delivery day they were very prompt getting here at the time they said they would be. They set up everything very quickly she made sure to tell us to make sure to keep our warranty paper somewhere where they would not get lost and a little hiding place that would keep them in one place where we know where they were. She also made sure to tell us to call her with any questions and she will help us find anything else we might end up needing for them I will be recommending them to anybody I know. Who is needing a bed.

Referral program pays $20 per referral. Mattress warranty is outstanding on the mattress I chose - 10-year warranty that will replace mattress at no cost if it sinks more than 3/4 as long as the mattress has no rips or stains, so use a mattress protector!

Overall a very satisfying experience. The quality of the beds are great very good staff, had my matress delivered the same day! They answered all of my questions and even when I changed my mind on the size of the bed last minute were very flexible and patient with me. The delivery driver was a very polite gentleman who helped me carry everything once it arrived and had no issues with the quality of the bed I bought. The prices were amazing as well! Honestly the only place I will go to for another matress!
