I bought a 2021 Honda CRF150R brand new off of the showroom floor on April 13, 2021. Been having issues with it starting and staying on since I got the bike. I contacted the service department about my issues and the guy proceeds to tell me “that model of the Honda bikes are awful” and he stated that he “told them to stop buying them and selling them” due to all of the issues they have. My bike was there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it and all they did was fix my hot start that was sticking and told me nothing else was wrong with it and that “it’s a race bike” therefore “it wasn’t meant to putt around on.” Worst experience ever and I will not be recommend this company to anyone. No way a brand new bike shouldn’t stay running after being started, regardless of how it’s rode. I bought the PowerRev warranty from them and clearly it doesn’t matter because they won’t even figure out what’s really wrong with the bike!! They’ll make the sale but won’t make it right afterwards, save your money/time and invest in your recreational power sport vehicles elsewhere.

Fixed my atv and gave it it’s tune up. Good price, took some time, they did stay in contact. So overall it was worth it.

Went to pick up a bike for sale...we were told bike had been serviced but it wasnt...so we went to lunch. Clerk seemed like he didnt know much about the bike...didnt even know where the key was..my husband found it in one of the saddle bags. This was an out of state purchase...so for some reason we arent getting the title for 2 to 3 weeks...not sure why it takes so long. Still will have to register it in our state.Well we got a mile down the road and the battery light and check engine light came on sooo back we went.So the owner said he would fix and deliver it to my husband.

I wont be back. We were treated rudely, Upon asking a Middle aged salesman that works there for additional information on 2 bikes, we told him we were indecisive between them as which one we should buy, he quickly became irritated and rudely told us very condescendingly to let me know when youre SERIOUS and are ready to buy, he was DONE with us at that point, since we wasnt buying immediately.. So... from that, I assume that if a customer isnt buying immediately from that salesman, the customer must not deserve courtesy here?But I have to give props to the other younger salesman, he was very nice, cooperative, and seemingly appreciative that we were there (young guy, you should teach the other older middle aged guy how to speak to customers..makes the dealership look very bad).P.S. We bought from a dealer in Charlotte, thanks Destination Powersports of Laurens for making our decision to purchase all the easier.

Chad is awesome ! My husband called with questions about our Ranger 800 EV. Chad was willing to troubleshoot over the phone with us. We ended up having to take it to him the NEXT day ( imagine that) - it gets better...... he looked at it right then and he didn’t even charge us. So the problem was our batteries. We never imagined one bad battery could affect even the 4WD on our Ranger. We own our own business and agree that we would LOVE for all of our employees to treat our customers like Chad does his. We will never take our Ranger to anyone else but Destinati9n Power Sports!!!

All I did was get some parts, but they were friendly and helpful
They tried to completely screw me and charge me more for parts and labor than I know the repairs actually take. I verified this through another Polaris dealer. They were going to charge me almost twice what two other dealers quoted....Stay away....I will never go back...They also left both back tire lugnuts loose ....Someone could have been hurt...Shameful...

I bought a brand new sxs from this place in November 16’ since then the salesman that i dealt with has been “let go”. Well now that i have a issue with my sxs, no one from here will return my calls or give me a straight up answer! I’ve been given false information about hondacare and when i could or could not add it to my sxs, dealer saying i had to add it when bought new but other dealers and HONDA saying i can add it anytime during the first year of factory warranty! So long story short it’s at a different dealership who has great customer service and the most helpful staff! Destination powersports is a true “stealership”
I was hunting a gas buggy & I pretty much found what I was hunting, so I bought it & finally gonna get to ride it today and check it out
I drove an hour to get a part they said they had. Part was broken and they were going to sell it to me that way. Maybe you should inspect all parts before you try to sell them.
