DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS! THEIR MECHANIC DEFINITELY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM I INITIALLY BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR, IN FACT WHEN I PICKED IT UP AND PAID FOR MY UNFIXED CAR THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT BACK AND THEY WOULD TRY AGAIN. I TOOK IT BACK THINKING THEY WOULD FIX IT AND WOULD CONSIDER IT PAID FOR FROM THE FIRST TIME BUT STILL PAID MORE MONEY AND CAR STILL NOT FIXED.I TOOK MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT MECHANIC WHO FIXED MY CAR AND CALLED THIS PLACE TO LET THEM KNOW I WOULD LIKE SOME MONEY BACK FOR THEIR LACK OF SERVICE ON MY CAR. THEY WOULD NOT MAKE THIS RIGHT.I WOULD NOT GIVE 1 STAR BUT HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW

Knowledgeable staff, the secretary tries to leave the talking to the owner. The owner is a good mechanic, but his customer service skills and politeness is what hurts this review. Theyve been in business so long, it seems they dont care how they talk to their customers; because they have plenty of customers. Often times, theres a 2 or 3 day wait to get into the shop.
